Estuve muy satisfecho con el servicio de transporte gratuito al aeropuerto y a la ciudad de Narita, así como con el autobús a la estación de Tokio. Aunque es un hotel antiguo, las habitaciones estaban en excelentes condiciones y quedé muy satisfecho con las aguas termales. Usé mi cupón de desayuno para disfrutar del buffet del almuerzo, que estaba menos concurrido que el del desayuno y tenía un menú más delicioso. Además, había una farmacia a unos 10 minutos a pie, muy asequible en comparación con los centros comerciales del centro. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo si vuelvo a Tokio.

La mejor opción para hacer escala en el Aeropuerto de Narita. El personal de recepción es muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a satisfacer mis peticiones. Aunque el hotel no es nuevo, está limpio y ordenado. La tienda de conveniencia de abajo, aunque pequeña, tiene de todo. Lo más recomendable, sin duda, es el servicio de transporte gratuito entre el aeropuerto y el hotel, que es muy práctico.

We were looking forward to the The Farm stay to end our fiat Japan trip. We were 3 kids below 10 and 2 adults. The best parts of the trip were, 1. Staff - mai and Narumi were very helpful. Mai especially took a lot of trouble to explain everything at the farm by using Google translate. Even the staff at the cafe at breakfast time and reception were all very very nice, though I don’t have their names. 2. Hot springs - was super experience and we loved it. Everything clean and proper and very comfortable, even though we were walking around naked. 3. Rooms- I stayed at Habita. It was good and kids loved it quite a bit. The loft, the futon on top, though the projector didn’t work too well. 4. Strawberry farm trip was amazing. The strawberries were all super nice and melting in the mouth with the right textures and flavours. Even better if? 1. BBQ- we wanted to do a bbq. Habita package didn’t come with free BBQ. The cost to do one was crazy expensive. 3,300 per adult and 2,200 per child just for ‘equipment’ cost. That’s 13,000yen or around USD80, without any meats or anything. Felt really excessive, so we opted out. 2. Board and card games- our family wanted to play some board games and there were plenty of those at the reception. When we asked if we could get a pack of UNO, we were told it was only for the ‘cottage’ occupants. Considering most of the property was empty, it was a bit sad that they did not allow us a pack to play with. 3. Though not the fault of the property, the lack of any public transport and the very taxi costs to outside world for anything was a negative. It would have been even better if they could arrange a couple of more shuttles to narita or to local town etc.

What a place to stay !! For a first Onsen style capsule pod hotel, this blew all expectations out the water. Massage facilities as well as electric massage chairs, study/work nooks, a shop, and four restaurants to cater any craving needs. Remove your shoes immediately and place them in a locker (located to the right when you enter the hotel). Exceptionally clean facilities, the onsen has numerous washing areas, a cold plunge pool, Sauna (90-100°C), Jacuzzi bath, three mineral hot baths, and outdoor hot bath, plus Ion bath. The Onsen is open until 1am and is busy from 5pm-10pm daily. Massages start from around 2000¥ Sleeping pods are spacious, although the lockable lockers within the pods are around 9 inches deep. There’s a hanging rail, and beside the sleeping area you’ll find a TV, power outlet, and standard USB charging point. Access: The hotel is located on the 1st floor. Use the outdoor escalators beside the bus terminal. There’s a McDonalds plus various other eateries and shops within the shopping mall, including a supermarket that sells everything from lighting, small/large electronics, and bicycles. If you’re visiting Makuhari Messe like I did, Uber will cost you 2000-3000¥ each way - taking around 10 minutes in peak hour traffic. The local staffed train station is located beside the Bus Terminal, providing decently quick access into Tokyo. Staff were extremely friendly, smiling, and always happy to help. There is a smokers lounge room within the hotel.

Had 3 nights stay here with my wife and 3 year old son. The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the waves are so mesmerising and therapeutic. We went during spring time - Sakura season and the temperature was about 9-17 degrees. But the room air conditioning is pretty good. It regulated the heat we required. The staff here are very hospitable, helpful and kind. Makes the whole stay even more memorable. On the second day, We opt for no cleaning of the room as we worry the room will be rearranged to the original state and we will have to rearrange the room to our usage pattern. And the staff were kind enough to send us a bag of new towels, toiletries and yukata etc. on the third day we requested for housekeeping, the room was cleaned up without messing our arrangements of the room. Good detail of the housekeeping team. I love the public and private bath. Especially the outdoor public bath. It’s an absolute must go with the ocean view. The only point for improvement I have for this hotel is the dinner buffet. The quality and spread has room for improvement. We had also tried the Mirai restaurant for a more intimate dinner setting. Mirai was good. Good for the new guest to know that this hotel had also hosted the emperor of Japan. And their onsen were listed as the winner for kamogawa area in the National onsen ranking.

Si le gusta el equipamiento para actividades al aire libre, puede visitar la tienda Montbell (dos plantas con una selección muy completa). Las habitaciones son más espaciosas y cómodas que las de los típicos hoteles de negocios japoneses. El desayuno se sirve en el restaurante italiano de la primera planta, un buffet por 1800 yenes. Se especializa en comida occidental, pero también incluye pizzas recién horneadas y opciones de desayuno japonés (sopa de miso, natto, arroz, curry, etc.). ¡Los ingredientes son muy frescos! 👍 El baño termal natural fue otro punto que elegí. Después de un largo día, un baño termal en el hotel es una excelente manera de relajarse y dormir bien.

Room compact but well equipped, even phone charger is available, and the bed very comfortable. Located in a quiet mwighbourhood, but a bit far away from the JR station, about 15-20 minute walk. Breakfast nice and tasty.

Great view of the beach, with easy access down the the shore. The lobby was very quaint and felt almost lived which gave a very cozy vibe. The staff were all very kind, and while English was difficult, it was manageable with apps and pantomiming. There was a surprise, and free, bus tour of the area. The food was delicious and eaten with a view of the ocean. My favorite part was the massage chair in the room, which was nice after several weeks of travel. Overall a very relaxing spa-like hotel.
