During winter, the road for the last 800 meters before reaching the hotel is closed, and you must walk in. Guests need to park at Okama Onsen first. Before arrival, you are required to inform the hotel of your check-in time so that a staff member can guide you on foot to the property. The staff will help carry your luggage, but if you have many bags, it’s best to inform them in advance. The highlight of this stay is definitely the walk to the hotel. You walk deep into the forest along towering walls of snow on both sides, and eventually discover the onsen hidden in the woods. It feels truly special and secluded. The lobby area is not very large, and the number of staff is quite limited, but overall the service was very good. Dinner was served at a counter bar, and the chef was extremely friendly and spoke good English. The receptionist at the lobby, who is from Taiwan, speaks English, Chinese, and Japanese fluently. She explained everything clearly, helped carry our luggage on the way out, and even assisted with clearing snow off our car. Personally, I found the public onsen area to be a bit disappointing. The floor was icy and slippery, which felt somewhat unsafe. However, the private onsen in the room was excellent — very private, spacious for an in-room bath, with a beautiful view and wonderfully fragrant mineral water. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and peaceful. Mobile signal does not work inside the hotel, but the hotel provides Wi-Fi, which was stable and fast. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, and the hotel responded to emails and accommodated our special dietary requests, which we really appreciated. The only regret was that the snow was extremely deep during our visit, making it hard to fully see and imagine the surrounding scenery.

El viaje fue incorrecto, lo que llevó a quedarse más de una noche en la planta de la aldea de la vacaciones de mama caliente. Esta pequeña ciudad parece tener este hotel abierto y también nuestra familia de huéspedes esa noche. La familia del jefe es muy amable, el servicio es muy bueno y ha hecho todo lo posible para ayudar a los huéspedes. La calefacción también está en el interior y en el exterior, la comida es un poco como la comida japonesa común, muy fresca y comer muy dulce. Las instalaciones son antiguas, y no hay ascensores, el transporte de equipaje es muy cansado.

We drove to the hotel and appreciated the big free parking available. We also noted the proximity of the train station, so location wise, it is convenient yet gives the sense of seclusion which is perfect for relaxation. Check in was a breeze, the English proficiency of the receptionist with the printed information in English good enough. the Onsen was large and the outdoor part was a joy! i particularly enjoyed my time there soaking in the hot water, listening to the sound of the flowing river and watching the fauna. food spread, quality and quantity at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. i noted that the staffs were diligently topping up items that were running out even to later in the meal times, unlike some places where they may just not do so. We booked a room with open air bath and it was worth the money for it! would totally do that again when i return and highly recommended. must compliment the lounge with their welcome drinks and rice crackers which you can help yourself to. although its just rice crackers, it a nice touch, perhaps adding some nuts is my only suggestion. would highly recommend this place to stay if around, in fact we deliberately chose to stay here to break our journey from Hirosaki to Morioka, so glad we did!

El Hotel Kamenoi está ubicado en la montaña y es uno de los pocos establecimientos en funcionamiento en la zona. Sus instalaciones son muy amplias. Optamos por un paquete de media pensión, que ofrecía una buena relación calidad-precio. Además, como de costumbre, por la noche sirven ramen de cortesía, lo cual es perfecto para los niños en crecimiento. Nos alojamos en una habitación tipo suite que contaba con camas dobles de estilo occidental y tatamis japoneses. La habitación era muy amplia y espaciosa. El agua de los grifos del hotel es agua potable de la montaña, con un sabor fresco, dulce y muy agradable al paladar. Nos encantó. Además, me di un baño en el onsen exterior en medio de la niebla, una experiencia fantástica.

El equipo caliente es perfecto, el sabor de la comida es delicioso, la actitud del servicio del personal es serio, es más barato que muchos hoteles de alto nivel de las ciudades. También hay acuerdos adecuados para prevenir la salida de la saliva, muy recomendado!

This place is super relaxing and peaceful, but you’ll need to drive there. The drive up to Towada Lake is an adventure in itself. The room is super clean and spacious. The dinner and breakfast are decent too. The bathhouse is a bit old-fashioned, but it’s clean and has a great view of the lake. It’s the perfect place to unwind during the middle of our trip.

就是很典型的日式温泉酒店，舊，但舒適。接送機服務、温泉、早晚餐都完美，我們順着山路走到了海邊，風景美到無法用言語形容。 特別棒的是，吃晚餐時候的阿姨，看到我們喜歡盤子下的餐紙，很貼心的給我們捲了新的，語言不通的前提下，如此暖心，是這次旅行中最棒的體驗。可惜不知道她的名字，希望能跟她説聲謝謝。 有機會夏天會再去的！

El hotel es un viejo hotel 🍽️, el entorno es muy tranquilo, hay un estacionamiento gratuito. Aunque los servicios no saben inglés, es bueno que los servicios intenten resolver los problemas que necesitamos. La colina fuera del hotel es muy estremecida, el conductor debe tener cuidado  No hay tiendas fuera del hotel. Necesita comida en el hotel. Aunque no es demasiado comer, el sabor japonés es aceptable 

Recientemente viví en el templo de la hoja de hojas de la especie caliente y brillante de la ciudad de Zhuangjiang, y la experiencia global es muy buena. El entorno del hotel está tranquilo, rodeado por la naturaleza, lo que me hace sentir muy relajado. El cuarto está diseñado con algunas características, tiene un sabor tradicional y un sentimiento moderno, la cama es muy cómoda, y me hace dormir muy bien. El mejor hotel de la cama es un hotel con instalaciones de calefacción y refrigeración, agua limpia y la verdad es muy limpia. El personal es amable y está dispuesto a ayudarme en cualquier momento, y me siento entusiasta. Además, hay muchas rutas cerca del hotel para caminar, especialmente adecuadas para los enemigos de la naturaleza cercanos. En resumen, el temperamento de la ciudad natal de Temshengluang Leaf Museum tiene una opción ideal de vacaciones, ¡sería de nuevo!

El hotel está situado en una zona natural muy tranquila, con un servicio de lavandería y comida deliciosa. La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable tener algunas opciones occidentales en el desayuno, pero por supuesto es una casa japonesa tradicional, pero estas opciones se sentirían aún más lujosas. Algunos de los decoros se sientan un poco fechado, cocina o no ser armonioso, creo que necesitan una reconstrucción de los muebles, ya que parece más un montaje que una selección armoniosa de decoración y muebles. ¡Es un poco en el lado raro incluso a veces! ¡Pero la cama es excepcional!
