The staff are all very friendly. Location wise for us is amazing as we want a quiet place away from the busy streets. Food is good. Going anywhere is easily accessible by grab. Will definitely come back again in future.

Lokasinya cukup strategis dan tenang meskipun bersebelahan dengan jalan tol tp jauh dari kebisingan, sehingga memberikan suasana yang rileks. Dengan suasana yang nyaman dan pelayanan yang memuaskan, Hotel Delonix Karawang menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk liburan keluarga. Pasti akan kembali menginap di sini lagi!

Stayed four nights in a standard room. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and they changed things up each day. Many international TV channels. The room was standard 24 square meters – no wardrobe, but they had some hangers. It wasn't downtown, but easy to get to by car.

Recomendará a otros amigos que vengan aquí.. Si te quedas aquí otra vez, es mejor tomar una habitación además de la sala ejecutiva.. el tipo superior para que puedas quedarte en un nuevo edificio con una vista mucho mejor

Nice hot spring in the room, just the water not hot enough..

I really love everything about this hotel. I stayed in the studio room and the view was amazing and you can even see the mountains from there. The only downside was that the swimming pool was under maintenance during my visit. Breakfast was great with so many choices. The location is also perfect, not far from the city center, and you can walk to a nice park nearby. Plus, it’s right on Riau Street, so there are lots of cafés and restaurants around. The reception staff were super friendly and kind too.
