Very nice and quite surrounding, perfect for resting. Big room, king bed, and they provide a baby crib for my child. Tasty breakfast with lots of choices made our stay prefect. Thanks!!

Originally living in Dubai come to Karawang for short trip. Got a very long flight from my last 2 weeks trip from Europe, and continued from Dubai to Karawang. Jetlag, my daughter 3 years old complaining about bad smell ( i guess from the cigarette smoke) Even the room and corridor it’s non smoking but quite strong. I guess the hotel have to take this concern seriously. After first day long sleep and asking for the kettle and borrow the iron from 10 AM have to wait until 2 AM next day to get it. I don’t understand why there’s no explanation because i have to follow up until 3 times then i got the iron almost next day. Below far from my expectations,sadly. Anyway i have extended for the 3rd night check ou on 25th. Hope gotta feel better feelings about staying here for The first time.

Staf hotel juga sangat ramah dan sigap membantu saat kami membutuhkan sesuatu. Lokasinya cukup strategis dan tenang meskipun bersebelahan dengan jalan tol tp jauh dari kebisingan, sehingga memberikan suasana yang rileks. Dengan suasana yang nyaman dan pelayanan yang memuaskan, Hotel Delonix Karawang menjadi pilihan yang tepat untuk liburan keluarga. Pasti akan kembali menginap di sini lagi!

all is gteat, more than expected. they have air purifier in the studio room.

Stayed four nights in a standard room. It was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, lots of variety, and they changed things up each day. Many international TV channels. The room was standard 24 square meters – no wardrobe, but they had some hangers. It wasn't downtown, but easy to get to by car.

El hotel es un hotel muy bueno. El personal fue muy amable y útil. El desayuno fue bastante impresionante también la cantidad de opciones es enorme. La ubicación es conveniente también que su cercano a alguna zona de ocio.

Please just be careful before booking this hotel. I'm not sure what's wrong here. The type of the room is not the same as the real one. it gets swapped with other room types. so better ask the property 1st before you book. Breakfast is nice. not many options but it's good. location a bit far from the city and challenging. The room was good. overall okay.
