My 1st night i neeses room aervice but the room ph was out of order advises the dront deak who sent the maint persinnel who still couldnt fix it and said the front desk will call for a solution, waitwd but no call cam, then during the night nioticed the faucet was leaking and part of the bathroom floor waa wet, told the front desk but no one came. On my 2nd night i ordered room service as it was raining heavily. Ordered fries rice and spring rolls. The rice was soggy as was the spring roll, and the fried chicken was undercooked so were the 2 sticks of satay that came with it. There was no peanut sauce for the satay. It seems the front desk is alwaya pre occupied with other chores given that our complaints on the leaking faucet and faulty phone were not attended to. For room service i had to go down to the hotel restaurant to make the order. A disappointing stay overall, expected more from Mercure.

La habitación tiene 6 puertos de electricidad en la habitación, pero sólo 1 que funciona bien. El gel de ducha era demasiado bajo. El hotel está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.

I really love everything about this hotel. I stayed in the studio room and the view was amazing and you can even see the mountains from there. The only downside was that the swimming pool was under maintenance during my visit. Breakfast was great with so many choices. The location is also perfect, not far from the city center, and you can walk to a nice park nearby. Plus, it’s right on Riau Street, so there are lots of cafés and restaurants around. The reception staff were super friendly and kind too.

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

We recently booked both the Cherokee Tent and Willy’s Tent for our stay. In terms of room decoration, amenities, and facilities, everything was well prepared and met our expectations. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The tents are located quite close to nearby mosques, so the morning prayers were loud enough to wake us up, and we couldn’t go back to sleep afterward. Additionally, the tents’ design doesn’t offer much soundproofing. We could clearly hear conversations from other guests walking by. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was unique and memorable. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a different kind of stay.

The place emulates a village built on water. It was fun. The pool was good and big. The fishing experience was fun, even though we did not manage to get any fish. But the attendant was very attentive and helped us to catch some. Everyone gets grilled or fried fish. Nobody mentioned this in the review column. This was a very nice touch to our stay. I really love this hotel. Will come back if we visit Garut.

Si no vas a jugar a golf no vale la pena alojarte en este hotel. Reservé 4 noches porque pensé que era el mejor hotel de Karawang pero ahora tengo mis dudas. La próxima vez que vaya cambiaré de hotel para comprobarlo. La relación calidad precio está bien, pero cuidado que tienen una parte antigua y otra nueva, atención dónde te alojan. Área del gimnasio, zona de baño ”japonés” y piscina, bueno. Masaje muy normalito con un buen precio. Lo mejor del hotel el servicio y la disponibilidad para ayudar, sin faltar nunca una sonrisa, excelente. La parte negativa, la falta de profesionalidad en el restaurante japonés y en el desayuno. Un ejemplo, a las 8:30pm en el Japonés, ”last order” y quise pedir una cerveza y habían tres camareros sentados en el suelo detrás de la barra, como esta historia tengo tres más. Resumiendo, no recomiendo este hotel si no vas a jugar a Golf.

The location is good. Staff are friendly and supportive. The room needs more power plugs as the current travellers usually have many electric devices. The breakfast is ok, but it will be better if more fresh salad is provided.
