The hotel itself was good, but unfortunately we had to wait for almost 2 hours because of a Trip.com system/server issue. I had booked and fully paid for 3 rooms in one reservation, but the Mercure Hotel system only showed 1 room. As a result, my elderly parents and children had to wait for nearly 2 hours after a long flight. In the end, only 2 rooms could be checked in, and my sister had to book and pay for the third room as a walk-in, even though it had already been fully paid through Trip.com. This was very disappointing and embarrassing for me as I was hosting my family. My family will continue their trip to Lembang and Ciwidey, Bandung. Since all of these bookings were made and fully paid in early June, I expect Trip.com to ensure that every reservation has been properly confirmed. After the serious issue at Mercure, I do not want my family to experience any more check-in problems. Regarding the refund for the extra room payment, please process it as quickly and smoothly as possible. I have already paid in full over a month in advance, so this situation should never have happened. This experience has caused significant inconvenience and embarrassment, and I expect Trip.com to resolve it properly.

La piscina está bien. Hay una piscina enojada y fría. Qué divertido es hay un buque abundante.. esperar por sm anak2. No intente la comida del restaurante. La habitación es muy confortable, porque cuando se ducha, tienes que ir al baño y usar una ducha.

I really love everything about this hotel. I stayed in the studio room and the view was amazing and you can even see the mountains from there. The only downside was that the swimming pool was under maintenance during my visit. Breakfast was great with so many choices. The location is also perfect, not far from the city center, and you can walk to a nice park nearby. Plus, it’s right on Riau Street, so there are lots of cafés and restaurants around. The reception staff were super friendly and kind too.

rather new hotel in Garut, overall is good, not the best, but not bad either. room come with breakfast, the breakfast is quite nice. Many option from cereal, main course, bread and pattiserie, juice, milk and also coffee and tea the room itself is new, but build quality is not good. the tile is break on some parts, and you can hear person above you walking in the night. room amenities is good. but why only 1 sachet of coffee ? this room is for 2 person -- swimming pool, and hot water batch is nice like most of hotel near cipanas garut. the only challenge in my opinion is how to maintain the quality of the hotel. it is new, but i do not know in a few years ahead if it is not maintain. *please check the flooring and the toilet.

Hotel yg memiliki kolam rendam di setiap kamarnya. Dan pelayanan sangat ramah

Di tiap sudut ruangan wangi, bener2 wangiiii. Semua staffnya ramah, jam set2 udh bole check in dan main di playground (pdhl blm dapet kamar). Mesti coba Ofuro spa nya!!! Super recommended, tmpt gymnya juga lengkapp dan sepi (kalau sore) Will be back soon!

The aircond was leaking, and the bathrobe was missing a string thus unusable. The food was just okay. For those planning to stay here, maybe can search for a better option first.

Kamarnya baguss bgt, pelayanan oke, staff ramah, makanan enak2.. hotel sangat kids friendly.. bakal nginep kesini lagi

The location is good. Staff are friendly and supportive. The room needs more power plugs as the current travellers usually have many electric devices. The breakfast is ok, but it will be better if more fresh salad is provided.

GOOD PLACE TO GOOO, HAVE ONSEN THAT RELAXING AND HAVE A GOOD HOSPITALITY IM HAPPY TO STAY HERE, BUT THE LOCATION A BIT FAR FROM RAILWAY STATION BUT ISSOKEY
