Staff was friendly and the location is central. But the bathroom was smaller than on the pictures, tv had problems and the AC always blown cold air even when it was on 30 degrees. Asked for room change twice, they don’t allowed it

La cama es un poco más firme. demasiado suave para mi espalda y me desperté desfrescada. Felizmente fue sólo por una noche y me mudé a otro hotel. Además de eso fue genial. No sabía el desayuno sin embargo.

Good place to have a vacation. Good japanese vibe on cottage and private onsen. Friendly hotel staff, good quality and taste on Fushimi Restaurant. Really like Ryokan design that resembles japanese Ryokan, all the wooden material gives good vibes. Private onsen also really good, after not-so-long journey from Surabaya, you can soak in mountain hot water with good temperature (not to hot also not to cold) whilst enjoying night view from Ryoukan. For anyone who will spend a vacation in here, don't forget to bring Bug/Mosquito repellent and bring some mineral water bottle because you can only have 1 time mineral bottle refill.

La habitación era muy confortable.

這家酒店有很大的花園，有漂亮的泳池，酒店的位置很好，對面有加油站和超市。離碼頭還有診所很近，早餐很好吃。這家酒店的服務員很熱情，很有禮貌，每位工作人員都和我打招呼，幫我拿行李。特別是前台接待處的女士，她的笑容讓我感到很温暖。她給我提供了許多幫助，讓我在banyuwangi的旅程很順利！

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was negative due to a booking error. I accidentally selected the wrong date, and when I tried to change the reservation, it turned out that there were no available rooms on the day I needed. The cancellation policy was too strict, resulting in me losing money even though I didn't physically use the hotel's services. Despite not being able to evaluate the hotel myself, my friends who had previously stayed there spoke very highly of it. They noted the comfort and convenience of the accommodation, and also mentioned that the hotel offers trips to Mount Ijen, which is a significant advantage for travelers. Overall, although my impression was marred by an unfortunate booking experience, I hope other guests can avoid such situations and enjoy their stay at this hotel.

We use this place every time we go to Ijen to do birdwatching for years. Room is ok with warm and good water pressure. They have western and local restaurant on site. The Western one was ok but the local restaurant is always a no and serve poor quality food, the warung can serve better Nasi goreng than in here. Some of the server in the local restaurant are lack of training.

La actitud de servicio del personal del hotel también es bastante buena. Después del check-in, se prepararon bebidas y refrigerios por la noche. El desayuno es un alimento básico + jugo/café por persona. Se encuentran disponibles gachas de desayuno indonesias, frittata italiana, etc. También regalé un pequeño recuerdo cuando hice el check out ~

Kamar tidak bersih. Alat mandi sudah karatan. Ini bahaya lho untuk kesehatan. Kasur tidak nyaman tetapi menu breakfast lumayan banyak variasi dan tepat waktu. Kebersihan dan kondisi hotel perlu diperhatikan.
