Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Este es el hotel más terapéutico, relajante y con mejor servicio en el que me he alojado. Toda la música de la habitación, incluido el aroma de los aceites esenciales, era increíblemente relajante. Está cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero es tranquilo y apacible. Las habitaciones son increíblemente espaciosas y cada detalle está diseñado con mucho gusto. El agua de manantial que nos proporcionaron era excepcionalmente dulce y suave. Reservé dos habitaciones y nos dieron una superior, ¡simplemente fantástico! El desayuno también era abundante, a la carta, principalmente vegetariano, y todo estaba delicioso 😋. Incluso nos ofrecieron aperitivos y té mientras esperábamos para hacer el check-out. Cada detalle nos hizo sentir cómodos 😌. El diseño y el servicio en general son comparables a los de los hoteles de lujo de primera categoría. Sin duda, volveré a alojarme aquí la próxima vez. Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel Rating: ★★★★☆ We recently stayed at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel during the national holiday in China, and overall, our experience was quite enjoyable. Here’s a breakdown of our stay: **Location: 浦江仙华檀宫国际度假酒店 **Check-In Experience:**   We arrived at Xianhua Sandalwood International Hotel and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information about our stay. However, the English was limited, but at least it was smooth and no hassles.   **Room Comfort:**   Our room was spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the comfortable king sized bed, view, huge bathtub, cleanliness, and spaciousness. However, as a coffee lover, there was only one serving of coffee, so when we woke up the next morning I was quite upset that only myself was able to enjoy an early morning coffee. Nevertheless, it was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. **Facilities:**   The hotel offered various facilities that enhanced our stay. We particularly enjoyed facilities like a fitness center, indoor pool, hot springs, table tennis and the pool table. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a mix of local and international cuisine. **Service:**   The staff was exceptional. They were always available and eager to assist with any requests. Their friendly approach made our stay even more pleasant. The front desk manager Kang was super friendly and arranged for the coffee bar to open earlier the day we checked out. **Room for Improvement:**   While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas for improvement. We traveled with our 7 month old daughter and the noise and maintenance were quite unpleasant. However, these didn’t detract significantly from our enjoyment. **Final Thoughts:**   This international hotel is just a few minutes' drive from the city, offering a serene escape with a beautiful exterior. Guests are welcomed by a picturesque fish pond, vibrant gardens, playful rabbits, and a designated play area for kids, making it an ideal family-friendly destination.  In addition to comfortable accommodations and expected amenities, the hotel provides a relaxing environment for guests of all ages. Would we return? Absolutely!

¡Madre mía! Es casi un evento anual, y nos vamos otra vez (el año pasado a la zona de VOCO), ¡este año un poco más al sur! La experiencia en general fue genial, ¡así que usaré mis ”tres criterios” para evaluarla! Primero, el ”ambiente”: realmente se sentía como un hotel resort, con comodidades para familias, un ambiente relajante y las características operativas de un hotel completo (incluyendo pequeños paquetes turísticos), ¡incluso el ”fragancia” en el vestíbulo, jaja! Segundo, la ”atención”, especialmente la ”respuesta de servicio” atenta y meticulosa del servicio al cliente ”Zhou Zhou” (Qi Qi), ¡me sentí como en casa! Tercero, la ”justicia”: hay un descuento para estancias consecutivas, ¡lo cual es realmente ”genial”, jeje! En resumen: instalaciones bien, limpieza bien, ambiente bien, servicio bien… ¡Volveré!

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado en China. El personal es muy amable y acogedor. Las aguas termales son increíbles. El territorio es limpio y hermoso. Las habitaciones son frescas, limpias y cómodas. La ubicación, alejada de la carretera principal, lo convierte en el lugar perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas y relajantes. De verdad, estamos maravillados con este lugar. 😍

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

We stayed at this resort for a two-night, three-day trip, and while the building and location were visually impressive, our overall experience fell short of expectations, especially for international travelers. First, the golf course was not well-maintained and did not resemble the pristine images shown online. Additionally, while the archery court was fine, it lacked proper safety protections, making it a concern for families traveling with young children. Despite being branded as an Italian resort, there was no functioning Italian restaurant during our stay, which was quite disappointing. Even though the breakfast was really good, the food options for lunch and dinner were very limited, especially for non-Chinese guests. As visitors from Nepal, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals, and one member of our group who is vegetarian struggled even more to find suitable food options. There were no alternative dining options nearby, so if you don’t bring snacks or food with you, your choices are extremely restricted. Another challenge was the language barrier. Only one staff member could speak basic English, which made communication quite difficult at times. While the venue might be suitable for events like weddings or photoshoots due to its scenic appearance, it’s not ideal for a relaxing getaway unless you come with your own activities planned. Without that, there isn’t much to do onsite, and the lack of entertainment, food variety, and language support made the experience feel isolating. Overall, this resort has potential, especially in terms of architecture and ambiance, but it still needs significant improvements in service, food, and international accessibility to truly be welcoming for global guests.

千島湖站的高鐵酒店通勤巴士能直接送到酒店門口，非常便利。位置清幽，但打車不會不方便。服務很好，工作人員都很客氣。從大堂到房間有接駁車，可以隨時call接駁車接送。酒店的餐廳還可以，不願出門的時候不至於吃不上好的。趕上了週六的自助晚餐，吃的很爽。健身房不大，衹有有氧器械和幾組啞鈴，但是有泳池，室內外都有，好多帶娃玩的。泳池邊有賣泳衣，款式不多，建議自帶。大堂門口就有各種自行車電動車租賃，也很方便。 入户棧道很漂亮，跟湖邊的森林別墅似的，夢想中的房屋位置。房間三面環窗，漂亮通透；床很大，睡着挺舒服的；空調給力；套房有倆馬桶是最最好評的。就是設施稍微偏老，卧室裏的電視不能投屏，衹有客廳的可以。另外可能因為時間久了，沙發和地磚看着不是很清爽。中途有衹很親人的貓咪來做客，非常可愛。 總體來説體驗還是很好的，悠閑避世，每天就是吃睡閑逛蹬車游泳，猛猛充能。 （P8是房間客廳往外看的視角，P9是別墅門口觀景台視角）
