Mi estancia en el Sheraton Huzhou Hotel superó por completo mis expectativas. El ”Moon Hotel” del hotel tiene un llamativo diseño en forma de anillo, y cuando las luces se encienden por la noche, su reflejo en el lago Taihu es particularmente impresionante. La habitación con vistas al lago que reservé ofrecía una vista fantástica, y por la mañana, podía ver las brillantes aguas del lago Taihu con solo abrir las cortinas. La habitación estaba completamente equipada y limpia, y el baño separado (con ducha y seco) fue un detalle muy considerado. Incluí a Xiao He, la camarera de pisos del hotel, en WeChat, y todas mis solicitudes fueron atendidas de inmediato. Fue un momento muy personal. Una pareja que viajaba con nosotros celebró su aniversario de bodas y les obsequiaron una pequeña tarta, e incluso renovaron la habitación con una decoración más moderna. El personal fue proactivo y atento, desde el registro hasta la respuesta a cualquier solicitud; fueron eficientes y considerados. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel a mis amigos y familiares, y sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo en mi próximo viaje a Huzhou.

The hotel was really good. Their service was excellent as they helped us with all our requests. The owner also offered to drive us to the Skyland cable car station which was really nice of them. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good and filling. The hot-spring was good and prepared well. Overall we had a really great stay.

Es genial. El aire acondicionado no se apaga al sacar la tarjeta, lo cual es genial. Siempre hace fresco en la habitación. La distribución de la habitación también es muy fotogénica. El pequeño cabezal de la ducha estaría mejor instalado con un soporte multiposición. Rocía hacia la puerta, así que después de la ducha, el agua se desborda fuera del baño. En general, es una estancia estupenda. El ambiente es genial, el servicio es excelente y hay muchas actividades. Incluso abren y cierran la puerta para fotos en el vestíbulo. Los gatos son muy emotivos. 😊

One of the best hotels i have been, the concept was nice it felt like some kind of vacation home, the hotspring was ofc the best, butler service was nice. Everything was clean and only downside was that that night i heard some noise from the surroundings. The outside pool looked very nice.

We found this OldTown NanXun and love the look of it, so we booked the Accommodation at this Location. It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs. The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good. They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out. There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area. The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals! Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand. And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful. If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking. My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake. Cheers!

酒店整體評分4.8果然名不虛傳！一進酒店就被江南風格的庭院設計吸引，環境靜謐又雅緻，瞬間感覺遠離了城市喧囂。 工作人員全程熱情周到，貼心給了旅遊攻略，管家服務響應很及時，歡迎水果和晚安燉品直接把温馨感拉滿。雖然因歷史建築不能安裝電梯，如有行李工作人員會幫忙。 房間設施很新也很齊全，智能馬桶、床品、洗漱用品品質都不錯。早餐管家會提前提供中、西式套餐選擇，正好和隊友選擇了不同的選項，味道也可口。 更值得推薦的是，酒店出門就是周總理故居，必須參觀下。出門左右前後前往熱門的八字橋、倉門直橋、書聖故里、魯迅故居休閑步行基本都在10幾分鐘到達，非常適合閨蜜、情侶、親子行程。附近的府山公園連着越王台，對着府山直街。酒店吃完早飯一路閑逛過來非常合適，享受充滿歷史氣息又有江南水鄉的紹興獨有魅力

衞生：酒店房間非常乾淨，浴缸有一次性塑料套帶 設施：房間設施很新，有游泳池，洗漱用品比較好 環境：位置比較偏，但景色不錯，離中心湖區遠，適合在酒店宅着不出門的人，附近基本沒地方吃飯和買水果…… 帆船中心水上項目2選1:免費皮划艇不錯，也不限時 早餐：中餐看起來沒那麼有食慾，9點30基本都涼了，建議可以學習下其他民宿，套餐制，現點現做

Las puertas de deslizamiento de la habitación no estaban muy suaves para abrir y cerrar. 2. El baño (y quiero decir la bodega de baño, no la sala de baño) está muy cerca de la cama (menos de un metro), lo que puede ser horrible si eres una lágrima tímida. 3. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from Wuzhen Xizha’s entrance. I loved the spaciousness of both the living and bathroom areas. The large window brought in plenty of natural light, and the king-size bed was especially impressive—larger than other hotels I stayed in during the trip. However, the bathroom flush didn’t work smoothly (though it still functioned), and the walls weren’t soundproof. Our neighbors talked loudly until around 2 AM and I could hear everything clearly. Eventually, I had to get up, knock on their door, and ask them to lower their voices so I could rest. Breakfast was simple. Since we visited during a quieter time, the kitchen didn’t seem fully open, and the food variety was limited. They offered packaged boiled eggs and pickles, together with boiled rice, mantou bun, yogurt cup, and half a corn cob for each person. For the staff, they were wonderful and made me feel at ease during my stay. They also gave great advice on getting to Nanxun and proper taxi fares (around 60 yuan one way, though Didi rides cost less. Returning from Nanxun, however, taxis seemed pricier). As for the garden, it’s just as shown in the photos—small but charming. Anyhow, if you’re looking for a relaxing space, your room’s spaciousness might be a better option.

泡温泉的人正好，池子也蠻多的，不用擠，而且小朋友很喜歡，裏面有小童樂園，外面也零星分佈一些遊樂設施，還是不錯的，就是今天風太大，這邊也沒有遮擋物，冬天不管泡澡還户外玩，最好還是選風小的時候來，不然大太陽也酷酷冷，入住畢港管家還貼心送了小朋友水果和小黃鴨禮盒，很貼心，早上説是運營到早上10點，其實大部分人都吃到10點半了，可能大家跟我們差不多，度假晚起，9點半才來吃早餐，所以在裏面很晚了都是烏泱泱的
