¡El alojamiento es genial! Creo que es relativamente nuevo, solo tiene unos pocos años. La cama es cómoda, el baño es de estilo japonés y la habitación tiene calefacción bajo los pies. Escuché que algunos decían que los espejos eran falsos, pero elegí esta habitación y tenía espejos de verdad que se pueden abrir para que entre aire fresco. Todo en la habitación se controla por voz. Si quieres una ventana de verdad, ¡elige esta habitación! Está en el segundo piso, al final del pasillo. El personal fue muy atento y nos dio buenas recomendaciones. Para los amantes del café que no lo encuentran en ningún otro sitio, el alojamiento tiene café de sobra. Está cerca de Jiuzhaigou y de la parada de autobús que lleva a la estación. También hay una tienda de conveniencia al lado que vende yogur de leche de yak en una botella azul; quizás quieras probarlo, no es caro. Hay un restaurante en la planta baja que ofrece un 10 % de descuento si te alojas aquí. Si estás cansado y no quieres caminar o no puedes comer carne, puedes pedir arroz (sabe a zongzi, pero creo que es carne) y cerdo salteado con patatas.

Tras varias búsquedas, finalmente encontramos una habitación que nos gustó. El servicio del hotel fue muy atento y atendieron todas nuestras solicitudes de inmediato. El transporte era muy práctico, a 5 minutos a pie de la zona panorámica del templo Emeishan Baoguo, lo que nos ahorraba las prisas al mercado por la mañana temprano. El hotel cuenta con varias aguas termales y las habitaciones también cuentan con pediluvios. Remojar los pies en las aguas termales después de una caminata fue realmente relajante. El desayuno comenzaba a las 7:30 h e incluía gachas de avena, leche, bebidas y una variedad de aperitivos chinos y occidentales. Para ser un típico B&B, este desayuno es bastante generoso. El restaurante está situado en la planta baja de nuestras habitaciones, en la Zona A, lo que facilita mucho comer. Comí la carne de res con las piernas cruzadas dos días seguidos; la sopa estaba realmente deliciosa.

The most notable parts of our stay were the service and the hotel design. Firstly, the hotel is beautifully designed with such a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, we experienced some issues with the amenities but the service by the front desk and other staff was excellent. Our issue with the amenities was a shower that did not drain the used water, and therefore prevented us from using the bath tub which was meant to be the defining point of our stay at the hotel. Once the water finally drained at midnight, the drain started emitting a stale, moldy smell that filled the room.  The front desk staff were quick to understand and apologize for the issue with the amenities and stated that they would resolve it ASAP for next guest.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the comfortable bed—the linen was incredibly soft. However, we did experience a few issues. The biggest concern was the heater/air-conditioner in the room, which didn’t seem to work properly. The room felt very boiling, and even after setting it to “cool,” it didn’t get any better and made weird noises, which made it uncomfortable through the night. We were also given a twin bed setup, considering we are couple purposes in our booking. It would have been nice if this had been confirmed with us in advance through the app. Additionally, the listing on Trip.com advertised hot spring amenities available all year round. However, upon arrival, we were informed that access depends on specific room types or that the public area was closed due to the cold season. This felt a bit misleading. On a positive note, breakfast and tea/coffee were provided in the lobby, which we appreciated.

The hotel provided an excellent and very warm welcome. There is a convenient vehicle service between the hotel and Bipenggou parking lot, just contact the hotel via WeChat. All the staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was clean, new, and modern, build quality are excellent. I was truly impressed. The hotel also offers a hot spring in the evening, laundry facilities, and an on-site restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and was very impressed. Highly recommended!😀👍🏻

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. The room was clean and the view was just as good as shown in the pictures. The service was excellent. The hotel even arranged a pick-up service, and the staff took very good care of us throughout our stay, which made everything very convenient and comfortable. This place is highly recommended for anyone who doesn’t want to do just a one-day trip and rush back. Staying here allows you to fully enjoy the area and relax. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐ Highly recommended.

朋友推薦的民宿，聽她們説是今年3月開業的，來了這家民宿真的沒踩雷，做為消費者整體住下來特別舒服，真心推薦給大家。 位置也很好找，這次住的民宿真的超出預期，體驗感拉滿，必須來認真誇一誇😊剛到民宿門口就被驚喜到了，工作人員熱情地給我們獻上哈達，瞬間就有儀式感，心裏暖暖的，一下子就感受到了當地的誠意。全程都是管家式服務，從入住到退房，有任何問題隨叫隨到，不用自己操心任何事，特別省心。晚上到的，還有酒吧，特別適合打卡，調酒師是個帥哥，調的酒也超好喝，老闆還彈了吉他給我們聽😊很有氛圍感。 早上還有管家送來九宮格早餐，打開窗簾就是雪山風景，民宿中餐火鍋下午茶咖啡這些都有，中午吃了川菜，味道很不錯👍咖啡現磨也很醇香，下午本來打算去景區玩的，但是他們這裏實在太美了不想走了，又在這裏喝下午茶打卡拍照📷，晚上吃了火鍋菜品新鮮 味道可以。性價比真的很高，平時在其他地方住2K的完全比不了這裏，下次我還會再來這邊玩，聽老闆説6.7月還可以來這裏摘車釐子🍒 後面再來😊良心推薦給各位朋友，超出片真心不錯哈哈

Ambiente: El onsen, la sauna, la terraza, el lobby bar y el gimnasio son excelentes, al igual que la lavandería. Higiene: Bastante bien, aceptable. Instalaciones: El aislamiento acústico es el punto débil; se podía escuchar claramente a los vecinos hablando por la noche. Incluso el altavoz inteligente se activaba por error. Aunque me ofrecieron cambiar de habitación después de quejarme, no quise molestarme en plena noche y supuse que todas las habitaciones tendrían una distribución similar. Las ventanas no se podían abrir, lo que hacía que la habitación se sintiera un poco sofocante sin aire acondicionado, y un poco opresiva. El baño se accedía a través de la ducha, lo que lo dejaba empapado después de ducharse; este diseño no es muy práctico. El lavabo y el armario superior también son una combinación extraña; hay que agacharse mucho para lavarse la cara o el agua se escurre de las manos y la cara. El baño privado es inútil para los que tienen TOC, es demasiado grande y se desperdicia mucha agua 😂. Hay un dispensador de agua potable en la habitación, lo cual es bueno. Servicio: Hubo un pequeño inconveniente con el aparcamiento, pero la actitud de disculpa fue suficiente para que olvidara cualquier molestia. En general, aunque la ubicación no es la mejor, la relación calidad-precio es bastante buena por el precio. Aunque hay algunas deficiencias en el diseño, los aspectos positivos en general compensan parte de lo negativo.

Loved the view of the hotel. definitely should stay there. One of the receptionist was being helpful and kind to provide us a transportation to Bipenggou. Didn’t get the chance to ask his name but he is 25 year old young man. Keep up the good service. also, good breakfast!

¡Este hotel es absolutamente fantástico! Ubicado al pie del Monte Emei, está a menos de diez minutos a pie del Centro de Visitantes del Templo Baoguo. Hay una calle llena de restaurantes y tiendas de equipamiento cerca, así que asegúrate de comprar tu equipo al pie de la montaña con antelación, especialmente en invierno. El hotel tiene todo lo que necesitas: lavandería, gimnasio, aguas termales y piscina. Relájate en las aguas termales la noche anterior a tu ascenso y desayuna a la mañana siguiente antes de emprender una emocionante caminata.
