Inicialmente, solo queríamos una celebración sencilla para nuestro quinto aniversario, ¡pero la atención al detalle de este hotel nos sorprendió gratamente! Reservamos una habitación doble básica, pero al llegar, nos dieron una villa privada de una habitación con baño termal privado. La privacidad de la villa independiente era incomparable. Disfrutar del baño termal mientras charlábamos con nuestra pareja hizo que la celebración de nuestro aniversario fuera realmente memorable, y cada foto que tomamos capturó a la perfección el ambiente. ¡El servicio de mayordomo merece una mención especial! Fueron atentos y discretos en todo momento, respondiendo con prontitud a cualquier necesidad. Su atención al detalle nos hizo sentir increíblemente a gusto y cómodos, como en casa. La experiencia gastronómica también fue excelente; los platos eran visualmente atractivos y deliciosos, e incluso nos llevaron la comida directamente a la villa: ¡un sueño hecho realidad para parejas que buscan comodidad! La habitación estaba impecable y sin olores, con todas las comodidades y un servicio exquisito. Cada rincón reflejaba una atención meticulosa al detalle. Originalmente habíamos planeado unas vacaciones sencillas, pero la experiencia superó con creces nuestras expectativas. Ya hemos añadido este hotel a nuestra lista de lugares imprescindibles y sin duda volveremos para esta escapada romántica. Muy recomendable para parejas: ¡crearán recuerdos inolvidables!

English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of.

Acabo de terminar mi estancia en este hotel y debo decir que ha superado mis expectativas más que cualquier otra experiencia reciente. Desde el momento de la llegada, cada detalle refleja el cuidado y la atención del hotel. Las habitaciones del hotel están diseñadas con amplias vistas, con paisajes urbanos o de jardines pintorescos a través de las ventanas de piso a techo. La ropa de cama es suave y cómoda, e incluso la selección del minibar muestra un toque de consideración. Aprecio especialmente la atención del hotel a los detalles: el aislamiento acústico es excelente, el sistema inteligente de iluminación y cortinas es conveniente, e incluso la ubicación de los enchufes está pensada para la comodidad del usuario. Las aguas termales privadas ofrecen una excelente privacidad y confort. El personal es atento y eficiente, y se forma un grupo de servicio privado para atender a los huéspedes. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Central International Hotel in Dujiangyan, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in China. First, the location and views are simply mesmerizing. My room overlooked the river and the surrounding mountains, and waking up to that scenery every morning felt like stepping into a traditional Chinese painting. The flowing river below and the misty peaks in the distance created a peaceful, almost meditative atmosphere. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the view from the window was nothing short of spectacular – highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and photography. Cleanliness – absolutely flawless: The entire hotel, from the lobby to the corridors to the rooms, was spotless. Everything smelled fresh and looked well-maintained. I'm quite particular about hygiene, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom was gleaming, and every surface was dust-free. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. 👉 A very special thank you to the Housekeeping Supervisor, who ensured my room was always in perfect condition. Her attention to detail and warm professionalism did not go unnoticed – she truly made me feel cared for during my entire stay. 👉 The front desk team – absolute stars! I would especially like to thank Ms. Kiki and Ms. Vivian at the reception. From the moment I checked in, they were welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to answer all my questions, recommend local attractions, and even helped me with transportation arrangements. Their English was excellent, and their genuine smiles made every interaction a pleasure. They are a real asset to this hotel. Thank you, Central International Hotel team – especially Ms. Kiki, Ms. Vivian, and the wonderful housekeeping supervisor – for making my stay unforgettable.

I can't say enough about how stunning this hotel is. Nestled in a breathtaking mountain area, the natural beauty all around is truly captivating. The hospitality we experienced was exceptional. Our host went above and beyond, assisting us with everything we needed. He even provided transportation and cooked delicious meals for us, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Our room was nothing short of spectacular. We were given a top-floor suite, boasting a spacious terrace with panoramic views. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a variety of tasty options. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we can't wait to return.

Location: a bit far from the scenic area but the hotel provided free ride so there was no big problem. Room: spacy and clean room with heating and air condition. Toilet with smart bidet; however I would prefer one with manual button to flush 😅 Since there was no way flush the toilet without electricity. Breakfast: Decent breakfast with wide range of choice. Service: SUPERB! Super friendly staff who would not hesitate to help you. They have translation device so feel free to talk to them in any language. - Free self service laundry service! - The hot spring looked kinda nice eventhough I haven't tried it since it was raining the day I stayed there. - There were some restaurants around the hotel but the food served by the hotel own restaurant was good as well.

This place was lovely, it has parking and electric charging.The location is great and the service is very good.They are so helpful. Some drawbacks, the breakfast is not varied and amounted to 3 different types of noodles. Every day, I had the dry numbing noodles, corn bread was lovely, and the sides were nice too, I did try it all. Menu was also limited. This I knew before. I did not mind, However, the bathroom is open to the rest of the room. So somebody showering or using the toilet is visible through the room.

Seguramente quedarse aquí si volvemos a este lugar. Bella hotel. Habitaciones tranquilas con excelente personal. Es un hotel para todos, solo, pareja, familia. Mejor de todo, está cerca de la estación de tren y también cerca del autobús de transbordo al Monte QingCheng.

Un hotel excelente. El personal incluso nos hizo un upgrade gratuito y nos ofrecieron un servicio de traslado privado. ¡Lo recomiendo! El paisaje de Jiuzhaigou también es hermoso. Se tarda 10 minutos en coche hasta el centro de visitantes y ofrecen transporte gratuito compartido hasta allí. Estoy muy contento y me gustó mucho. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que se aloje aquí.

A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨
