This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). English review (polished & natural): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If there were 10 stars, I would definitely give this hotel all 10. Honestly, I don’t even know where to begin, because everything was simply amazing. The location is very convenient, close to Shuangqiao Valley. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The heating system works quickly and efficiently, keeping the room very warm, which is extremely important in this area. Oxygen is also provided whenever we had health issues due to the altitude — there was truly nothing missing. During our entire trip from Chengdu until arriving here, this was the first time we met a host who spoke excellent English. She was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. Her husband even drove us around after our original booking was already completed. For the next day, I had booked another hotel. Although the room rate was higher, their conditions were unreasonable, and they even refused to provide transportation. Because we are not familiar with the local language, the owner of ShanShangShan Hotel and her husband went out of their way to help us and communicate on our behalf. In the end, ShanShangShan was the one who took care of us and gave us a ride. Now, as I am lying in another hotel writing this review, I truly regret not staying longer at ShanShangShan. The food here was also delicious, and the chef was extremely friendly and lovely. We felt incredibly comfortable, happy, and relaxed during our stay. Every corner of the room was carefully prepared, thoughtful, and very convenient. This hotel is not just a place to stay — it genuinely feels like being taken care of.

Acabo de terminar mi estancia en este hotel y debo decir que ha superado mis expectativas más que cualquier otra experiencia reciente. Desde el momento de la llegada, cada detalle refleja el cuidado y la atención del hotel. Las habitaciones del hotel están diseñadas con amplias vistas, con paisajes urbanos o de jardines pintorescos a través de las ventanas de piso a techo. La ropa de cama es suave y cómoda, e incluso la selección del minibar muestra un toque de consideración. Aprecio especialmente la atención del hotel a los detalles: el aislamiento acústico es excelente, el sistema inteligente de iluminación y cortinas es conveniente, e incluso la ubicación de los enchufes está pensada para la comodidad del usuario. Las aguas termales privadas ofrecen una excelente privacidad y confort. El personal es atento y eficiente, y se forma un grupo de servicio privado para atender a los huéspedes. Lo que más me impresionó fue que, después de hacer el check-out, me di cuenta de que las gafas de mi hijo se habían quedado en la habitación. We initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

El desayuno es muy abundante y el servicio del hotel es excelente. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, con muchos restaurantes cerca y a poca distancia de los lugares de interés turístico. Incluso ofrecen servicio de transporte, lo cual es muy considerado. Y lo más importante, la mayordoma, la Sra. Ma, es increíblemente paciente y siempre está dispuesta a ayudar. No hay que preocuparse por las entradas ni la información de viaje, así que no hay que preocuparse por nada. En general, la estancia en el hotel fue muy buena.

It's located right next to the train station very convenient and next to the sightseeing bus ticket The room was spacious and very good .. quiet and cozy .. The hot spring is the public and outdoor .. very good vibe .. you need to bring your own swimsuit or buy at the convenience store near by There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well and they are good When you are so tired from hiking ... Soaking in the hotspring is so good and next day you can dress up in Chinese traditional dress before leaving to chendu for good I really like it and wish to come back next time

Un hotel excelente. El personal incluso nos hizo un upgrade gratuito y nos ofrecieron un servicio de traslado privado. ¡Lo recomiendo! El paisaje de Jiuzhaigou también es hermoso. Se tarda 10 minutos en coche hasta el centro de visitantes y ofrecen transporte gratuito compartido hasta allí. Estoy muy contento y me gustó mucho. Recomiendo a todo el mundo que se aloje aquí.

A super pretty hotel with beautiful design and great vibes throughout the property and the rooms. The surrounding scenery is stunning. It’s very convenient that the hotel provides a Mercedes van shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park. The breakfast offers a variety of options and tastes great. I stayed at the end of autumn, close to the winter season, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to everyone! 🥰✨

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — just across the road, you can see the famous Blue Tears Dujiangyan. It is also very close to popular attractions such as Panda Selfie and Guanxian Ancient Town, making sightseeing very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Guests also receive a complimentary tea voucher to enjoy drinks while admiring the Blue Tears view from the 19th floor. The best seats are limited, so make sure to arrive early if you want to enjoy the most stunning view😉 There are also a few halal restaurants located behind the hotel, which is very convenient for Muslim travelers. The only drawback is that the toilet does not have a bidet. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, beautiful views, and outstanding service.

El servicio fue muy bueno, el mayordomo se comunicó con nosotros con anticipación para informarnos de las precauciones, cuando llegamos al estacionamiento tomó la iniciativa de ayudarnos a llevar nuestro equipaje a la habitación. La habitación también proporciona albornoces y zapatillas para los niños, este detalle me hace sentir que está muy cuidado, me he alojado en muchísimos hoteles y B&B y es raro que estén preparados para niños. Aunque no tenemos hijos. El ambiente es muy bueno y hay muchos lugares aptos para tomar fotografías hermosas, la tienda es muy atenta y tiene un folleto para que todos tomen fotografías como referencia. Fue muy agradable escuchar música en el bar de la azotea por la noche.
