Hotel con ubicación excelente, inmejorable. Frente a la estación de tren y a 1 calle de la entrada al ancient town. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas y la atención excelente. Nos hicieron un free upgrade a una habitación con unas vistas preciosas. La zona de las piletas termales esta bien pero es un ambiente muy de familias con lo que relajarse poco con los niños gritando por todos lados. El desayuno es completo tipo oriental. Hotel muy recomendable para ir a ver los pandas

This hotel is conveniently located in the main tourist area next to Jiuzhaigou park entrance (about a 15 min walk away). The staff were very friendly and helpful and also gave us a room upgrade. The room itself was clean and large, and had a heated floor and bed frame. This can’t be turned off though, so be aware if you are a hot sleeper and come during winter. We had dinner at the ******* restaurant located on ground floor, and this was a delicious experience. Only issue is main hotel lobby area is a little dirty with rubbish around, so that was a bit disappointing. The hotel has a hot spring area but this is quite small so be aware. No more than a 3-4 of guests can probably use at one time. 4/5 stars.

The front desk staffs were polite and nice. The room has heating floor (and the staff are helpful, they helped us to switch on the heating floor to make us feel comfortable), however, the bed was very cold. Location is ok, but for muslim, u have to drive to find nearest halal restaurant.

It was such a pleasant stay! The lady helped us a lot with going around Bipenggou area. She also helped us find a driver to Zhegushan. The service here is spectacular. The room is also very comfortable.

¡Quedé muy satisfecho! Elegí este hotel por el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Tras registrarme, me impresionó la amabilidad de todo el personal. El personal de recepción vino inmediatamente a ayudarnos con el equipaje, nos acompañó hasta el punto de recogida del coche y luego nos recogió. La recepción tuvo la amabilidad de prepararnos un refrigerio de medianoche, e incluso nos compró rhodiola rosea para prevenir el mal de altura. El encargado de planta nos recibió amablemente... Lo más satisfactorio fue el encargado del traslado al aeropuerto, Jiacheng, que nos esperaba abajo temprano por la mañana y nos compartió la cultura y las atracciones locales durante el trayecto. ¡Fue increíblemente amable y atento! ¡Excelente!

Me alojé aquí con mi madre y mi hermana una noche. La habitación era excelente: espaciosa y con unas preciosas instalaciones de estilo japonés. La temperatura de la bañera era perfecta y el té que te dan para servirte nos dejó la piel de maravilla. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Gracias a 11, 12 y 16 por una experiencia fantástica. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo.

Reservé una habitación familiar para 9 personas antes de viajar a Emeishan. La habitación familiar es amplia y está equipada con todo lo necesario. Muchísimas gracias al servicio de atención al cliente, que nos ayudó a organizar nuestro enorme equipaje la noche del check-in y a la mañana siguiente, a pesar de la lluvia. También nos acompañó a las aguas termales y cenamos unas gachas calientes por la noche, lo que nos brindó un momento de relax.

We stayed only one day in Litang (way too short) but had a fabulous time, and the people from the guesthouse were definitely part of this! This is a real ‘homestay’, with a large common space for people to gather (see the picture), super friendly service from everyone working here, beautifully decorated rooms with high quality sanitary and amenities, and an oxygen machine in every room (useful at an altitude of 4000 meters), … We wanted to go from from Litang to Shangrila and the owner helped us fetch a ride - highly appreciated! Recommended.
