We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with answering questions and assisting us without even asking. The amenities are top notch. The place was clean but a little attention to details would make it better (like the stained carpet in the bedroom. We ended up with an ugly but clean view. Even saw people walking by and was about to change so glad that there was curtain in the bathroom area but I love the open and airiness of the room. The hallways were dark as well as the hallway along the first floor corridor. I think it’s for the atmosphere. The amenities were amazing. The food for breakfast was not memorable but suitable and cooked well. The pool area was so crowded with children so I passed but everyone look like they were enjoying it. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

帶着兩個孩子，開了兩間房，五點多辦理入住後就帶孩子出去吃飯，一直到十點左右才回房間，回到房間就洗澡準備休息，哥哥洗完澡進被窩就説感覺裏面有渣子，當時沒有太在意，凌晨兩點多，兩個孩子幾乎同時醒來，身上發癢，哥哥腿上起疙瘩，妹妹腳上臉上都是紅點點，給孩子抹了蛋黃油，堅持到天亮，對了，其中一個的床單還是破的，截止到發佈此評論，哥哥的疙瘩差不多消了，妹妹紅點點已成片發展，依舊被瘙癢困擾，帶孩子去那麼多地方住了那麼多酒店，第一次遇到這種情況，無語至極！！！

The resort offers a stunning view and beautiful natural surroundings. However, there were a few challenges, especially for international travelers. Pre-arrival information was limited, and important details like the need to register vehicles in advance to enter the scenic area were not clearly stated on the website. I only learned about this by messaging the hotel via WeChat, which may not be accessible to all foreign guests. While the location was excellent, room maintenance could be improved for the price. The pool tub was not well maintained. As the resort is set in nature, it’s also worth noting that insects may be present in the room or bed. Overall, a scenic stay, but more proactive communication and better upkeep would enhance the experience, particularly for foreign visitors.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, y estaba limpio e higiénico. El único inconveniente fue que al día siguiente, después del servicio de limpieza, había suciedad o virutas en la cama; deberían ser más cuidadosos. Sin duda, me alojaría aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que visite Qingdao. El personal del desayuno buffet fue increíblemente amable y atento; incluso me recomendaron algunos platos. ¡Muy recomendable! 👍🏻

Stayed at this hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. Location was excellent with easy access to LaoShan YangKou Scenic spot. The highlight was the sea view, waking up to breathtaking, beautiful sunrise. Service from hotel staffs were top-notched, really friendly, approachable and ready to help in anyways. If u r planning to book your own ride there, good to contact the hotel staff in advance (to add to WeChat), so u can provide them with the vehicle information once u board it and is on yr way there. The hotel is within the scenic area and only allowed registered vehicle to enter. The vehicle information registration is smooth and fast so no worries.
