非常高檔而温馨的酒店。位置優越，周圍應有盡有。停車非常方便而且安全，有地上和地下停車場。房間嶄新，裝修簡潔用心，乾淨整潔寬敞，床上用品散發著淡淡的香味，熱水快而充足。早餐非常好吃，現做的餅很好吃。服務人員漂亮熱情有禮貌，非常關心客人。這是一間誠心的酒店，讓人會再次選擇這裏。

El estacionamiento del hotel es conveniente, el hall es amplio, el servicio es bueno, la habitación es amplia y está equipada con instalaciones luminosas, hay lavandería, tenis, la habitación tiene un pequeño plato, paga por oro 😉, el desayuno es rica.

We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Tuve una estancia agradable en el hotel, caracterizado por un ambiente acogedor y un personal amable. El personal fue muy atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar; sin embargo, cabe destacar que su dominio del inglés era limitado, lo que a veces dificultaba la comunicación. Las opciones gastronómicas disponibles eran bastante razonables, con una variedad de opciones para todos los gustos. Si bien la habitación ofrecía un espacio cómodo, mostraba signos de antigüedad. Además, había una fuga notable en el baño que necesitaría una reparación.

酒店挺大的，有個很大的露天停車場，停車很方便，辦理入住時也很快，前台還給免費升級了個房間，進去房間後，空間也比較大，因為他們房間在後麪，晚上就很安靜，一點也不吵，價格也很便宜，環境也乾淨，簡直是性價比裏的天花板 推薦 推薦，下次來還住這！

酒店位置好找，有地上地下停車場。前台服務人員熱情，辦理入住快捷。房間乾淨衞生，很寬敞，配有沙發，衞生間乾濕分離乾淨無異味，入住後送了銀耳羹梨粥，很好喝，還送了梨、聖女果水果。浴缸為獨立浴間，配有一次性浴缸套，乾淨衞生。熱水充足，24小時供應。早餐豐富，品種多。周邊有小吃，葯店，銀行。

首先是環境，驚艷到我了 之前也住過其他的全季，我問了前台 他們説星級不一樣，不得不説，環境特別滿意，我比較喜歡簡約乾淨的風格，他們家就能給我很好的體驗感。 其次是入住環境 ，房間不是跟狹窄的空間，反而很寬敞，沒有同其他酒店一樣 給人很壓抑的感覺。 俺妞比較喜歡他們的智能喚起 小孩子好奇心太重了 玩得很開心。 服務：服務沒的説，小姐姐們都好熱情。我們的需求都能很好的滿足。 衞生：我從進店到到前台竟然沒有找到垃圾桶 這一點很讓我差異。竟然能乾淨到這種程度。 真的值得推薦。

帶家人來衞輝逛景點，糾結好久選了香巴拉温泉商務酒店，結果全程驚喜不斷！酒店位置太便利了，就在健康路核心路段，步行就能到結義廟，周邊餐館、超市一應俱全，帶長者孩子出門超省心，自駕還能免費停車，完全不用操心車位問題。 最打動我的是細節和舒適度！客房乾淨又安靜，隔音效果特別好，晚上睡個安穩覺，床品柔軟親膚，是那種不用換枕頭也能一夜安眠的質感。衞生間乾爽無異味，24小時熱水供應超給力， 衞生這塊直接拉滿，再去泡泡澡蒸一蒸，旅途的疲憊全消散了。  服務和配套也沒得挑！24小時前台小姐姐熱情又周到，不僅詳細介紹酒店活動，還主動送了泡澡的澡票，天冷的時候還可以泡泡澡。早上的自助早餐種類豐富，中式口味很閤家人胃口，吃飽喝足再出發遊玩元氣滿滿。更驚喜的是有免費自助洗衣機，帶娃出行換洗衣物再也不用愁，商務套房性價比超高，還能享受雙早+桑拿，不管是家庭出遊還是朋友小聚，這家酒店都值得推薦！已經把連結分享給親友，下次來衞輝還住這兒
