We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

Las aguas termales de Fengxiang son realmente hermosas, con flores en flor a lo largo del camino y aire puro. La mayor sorpresa fueron las cortinas suaves y fluidas del patio, y la iluminación cálida y brillante por la noche creaba un ambiente maravilloso. La piscina de aguas termales estaba limpia y cristalina; sumergirme en ella me dejó una sensación de calidez y una relajación increíble. Las camas eran suaves y cómodas, lo que garantizó un buen descanso. Con su belleza natural y un servicio atento, esta estancia fue una experiencia perfecta y muy recomendable.

Este hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo al lado del famoso restaurante 'Primer Edificio', y a solo siete u ocho minutos a pie del mercado nocturno de Gulou. Me hicieron un upgrade a una habitación familiar... que resultó ser una cama grande y una cama estándar, con sábanas y fundas de edredón de Mickey Mouse. La habitación estaba bastante limpia, pero la iluminación era muy tenue, tanto que no sabía si me había aplicado bien el maquillaje. La puerta del baño estaba mal orientada, al abrirla bloqueaba el lavabo.🤣 Curiosamente, el hotel también ofrece cena (un snack nocturno) y cerveza. Por la noche, la recepción se anima bastante con muchos huéspedes yendo a comer wontons pequeños. Sin embargo, solo se pueden canjear a partir de las diez de la noche y la recepción estaba un poco caótica por la falta de personal en ese momento. El desayuno se sirve en el sexto piso, con la variedad habitual, incluyendo fideos y wontons pequeños. El sabor era normal y la leche no estaba buena. La recepción en el séptimo piso también ofrece trajes tradicionales chinos para que los huéspedes se los prueben y se tomen fotos. Al hacer el check-out, incluso me dieron un regalo de despedida. En general, estuvo bien. Principalmente, elegí este hotel porque quería visitar el 'Primer Edificio' después de disfrutar de la mañana de mi último día, y era muy conveniente tener el hotel al lado para recoger el equipaje.

Me and my parent , 3 person have checked in this hotel for a night. Absolutely very nice place to stay , the front desk and staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is strategic to Longmen Grottoes with 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. I personally enjoyed the Hot Spring very much. Will definitely come again

The facilities are quite good including Swimming Poor, bath poor, and GYM room. But the air conditioner is quite noisy. Water from faucet in the bathroom is very small. Breakfast is just OK with less choice and without coffee machines for coffee.

床鋪寬大柔軟，寢具乾淨，睡眠品質很好。房間配備超大電視、充足的床頭插座與 USB 充電接口，使用起來非常方便。浴室空間寬敞，乾濕分離設計良好，花灑水壓穩定、水温充足，洗漱台也很大，置物空間充足，整體衞生維護得相當不錯，入住體驗令人滿意。 酒店位於聶灣文旅小鎮內，周邊餐飲選擇很多。步行約十多分鐘即可抵達洛陽博物館，前往應天門、洛邑古城等熱門景點，打車距離也都不遠，地理位置相當不錯，很適合作為遊覽洛陽的住宿選擇。 入住前管家會主動添加微信，全程溝通非常方便，回覆速度快，服務熱情又細心。如果是夏天入住，建議提前約一小時通過微信聯繫酒店，請工作人員先幫忙開啟房間空調，不然剛進入房間時會比較悶熱，提前降温後入住體驗會更舒適。 早餐是在附近合作的胡辣湯店享用，憑房卡可抵扣20元，店家給的分量非常充足，一般人都很難把額度全部用完，也能順便體驗當地特色早餐。 唯一需要注意的是，酒店沒有電梯，客房位於二、三樓，對於長者、行動不便人士或輪椅使用者來説可能會比較不方便。不過如果攜帶大型行李，可以請酒店工作人員協助搬運行李，服務人員都很熱心，也會主動提供協助。 整體而言，無論是房間品質、服務態度還是地理位置都讓人滿意，住宿體驗很舒服，性價比高，下次來洛陽還會選擇入住，也推薦給準備來洛陽旅遊的朋友。

酒店有免費的擺渡車，交通很方便，服務人員很熱情，房間衞生不錯，非常乾淨整潔。然後去體驗了温泉，池子很多，佈景也美，適合拍照，很出片，還有免費的水果和零食。樂園可以喂小動物，還可以體驗滑草，水上自行車，小朋友玩得很開心，項目很多而且體驗也不錯，很適合帶着小朋友來玩。總的來説很值得體驗

房間都是在各個小樓上的，雖然應該是某個房地產項目改的，但是環境還是不錯，説優點：環境優美，温泉在竹林的掩映下也很舒服，離老君山和白雲山都不算遠，特別是服務很好，早上出門瞎逛，看見服務大姐騎電動車來打掃衞生，另一個大姐還專門提醒她要把電動車停正，放到不要妨礙車的位置，窺一斑而知全豹，可見平常對服務人員培訓是很用心的。缺點：有些硬件有待改善，比如洗澡沖的時候，水突然變涼了～，是否可以從13號修人走的台階到餐廳，要不走路需要走好遠，
