This hotel is amazing ! The atmosphere is beautiful and truly feels like being transported to Europe. The room is excellent very spacious and beautifully designed. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the ski slopes which is extremely convenient. The hotel also offers great discounts. The service is outstanding, especially Ms. Xiao Xu, who took very good care of me. I was extremely impressed and will definitely stay here again !

Basically didn't get anything I booked the hotel for.The  room I was given faced the alley way. Bathroom was mouldy and unpleasant with sewage smell coming from the drains. Had to keep the exhaust fan going constantly to try and vent the smell out. As with a lot of Hotels the sound proofing between rooms was non-existent. I booked a QueenRoom with window facing the river. If you want to choose this Hotel you'd better demand to see the room first so you don't get the ones in need of desperate renovations.

強烈推薦這家酒店!前台經理姐姐的服務超貼心，全程笑臉相迎，有需求都及時響應，特別有耐心，讓人感覺很温暖。入住還給做了升級，房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，床品柔軟、衞浴整潔，住得特別舒服。訂的含温泉的，滑完雪泡一下温泉真的好舒服，早餐菜品新鮮、口味很棒，性價比直接拉滿!酒店周邊用餐也很方便，就在縣城裡。距離富龍滑雪場也很近，開車衹需2分鐘，周邊雲頂、萬龍滑雪場也很方便打車過去。下次來崇禮滑雪還來他們家入住。

Lo más digno de elogio entre ellos es el servicio atento y de alta calidad. Al entrar al vestíbulo del hotel, quedará inmediatamente rodeado por un ambiente elegante y cálido. El personal se adelantó con una sonrisa y sus cordiales saludos fueron como la brisa primaveral que soplaba en el rostro, eliminando instantáneamente la fatiga del viaje. Manejaron los procedimientos de check-in de manera profesional y eficiente, respondieron pacientemente varias preguntas e hicieron que la gente sintiera su atención meticulosa. Las habitaciones del hotel son aún más cómodas y agradables. Camas cuidadas, decoración exquisita, instalaciones completas, cada detalle demuestra calidad y mimo. El servicio de habitaciones es aún más considerado y considerado, ya sea que necesite cambiar toallas, reponer suministros o tener otras necesidades especiales, con solo una llamada telefónica, el personal responderá rápidamente y cumplirá con los requisitos de los huéspedes de manera oportuna. Room & Cleanliness: I booked a double room but was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a 6-person family suite! The room was spread over two floors and was incredibly spacious and modern. It was very clean and well-equipped, though it lacked a refrigerator. One minor issue was the lack of a heater on the lower floor, which stayed quite cold, so I spent most of my time on the upper floor where it was warmer. Service & Perks: The staff provided decent service, and although their English was limited, they were very helpful. Check-in was a bit slow despite there being few customers. A huge plus of staying here is the 30% discount on ski passes and complimentary access to the Ski Lounge. Having access to the lounge meant I didn't need to rent a locker for my belongings, which was very convenient. Transportation & Getting There: After arriving at Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, walk to the far left towards the bus parking area. You’ll pass ski rental shops and staff holding signs for various hotels. Take the shuttle bus (runs every 15-20 minutes) and stay on until the very last stop right in front of the hotel. Don't make the mistake I did by getting off one stop early at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, or you’ll have a long walk! Ski Access & Facilities: For snowboarding, just take the elevator to the 1st floor, which leads directly to the ski slopes. You can buy passes and rent all your gear and outfits right there. Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor. I stayed in Building C, which is a separate building from the lobby but only a very short walk away. Noise & Atmosphere: The room was extremely quiet and offered great privacy. At night, the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, though it gets incredibly cold (I visited in late December). Surroundings & Dining: At the ski area, you’ll find a McDonald’s, and inside the main building, there are noodle shops, milk tea stands, and restaurants serving Xiao Long Bao, wontons, and hotpot. I highly recommend walking over to the Thaiwoo Ski Resort area in the evening. There are plenty of restaurants, clothing shops, live music, and beautiful light decorations—it’s a great spot for photos. Note that Thaiwoo has its own separate ski entrance from the hotel's.

Este es un viaje fácil. El Hotel Metropark es digno de ser un hotel de cinco estrellas. El paquete reservado en Ctrip es extremadamente rentable. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno, el software y el hardware están completos y me registré a las 1 :30 de la tarde Todo a su alrededor es conveniente. La piscina está limpia y el gimnasio está bien equipado. Tengo una pequeña sugerencia para el hotel. Sería mejor si hubiera tenis de mesa. No pude encontrar tenis de mesa. También es bueno ir a Tangshan Yan, que es una calle de bocadillos en la ciudad. Fue un fin de semana tan hermoso para ir a Hebei😀.

Из-за технических работ нам предложили заменить гостиницу на соседнюю Huazhong. При этом дали двухкомнатный семейный люкс. Персонал очень вежливый и внимательный. Обслуживание и уборка в номере на высоком уровне. В одном из корпусов находятся горячие источники, детские площадка и бассейн. Можно весело провести время семьёй. Единственно, в отеле и поблизости совершенно нет западной кухни, что ожидаемо из-за практически полного отсутствия иностранцев среди гостей.

We have been staying at BENLIA hotel for 5 nights. All the staffs were friendly and polite. A spacial thanks goes to李云昊. He helped us to get a deliveries which was super helpful and the front desk staff were always polite and effecient. I also want to thanks 宋佳乐 and 刘莎 for being so nice and helpful at breakfast. I highly recommend BINLIA hotel if you intend to ski at Taiwoo. The hotel is at a premium location. You can almost ski in and out of the hotel.

We went in the low season so it’s value for the money. Very quiet at night and we had a good night sleep. The outdoor hot spring was way too hot that I could barely put in my foot. And it didn’t show the temperature. So end up we went back indoor for the hot spring. The location is quite far from everything. Bit hard for those who’s travel with public transportation.
