這次入住真的特別滿意，酒店地理位置特別好，出行打車、逛街吃飯都特別方便。走進大廳環境乾淨大氣，前台工作人員態度特別温柔熱情，辦理入住退房速度很快，全程不用久等。房間內部收拾得一塵不染，角落都打掃得很乾凈，沒有任何異味，床品柔軟親膚，睡着特別舒服。房間設施齊全，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品品質也不錯，隔音效果也很好，晚上特別安靜，完全不會被打擾。整體性價比超高，服務貼心、衞生到位、環境舒適，不管是旅遊還是出差都特別合適，已經收藏了，下次過來還會繼續選擇這家酒店，也真心推薦給大家！

Este hotel es realmente uno de los mejores que he estado en. He visitado varias veces ahora, y cada estancia ha sido constantemente maravillosa. El servicio es siempre amable, las habitaciones son insatisfactorias y cómodas, y la atmósfera en general le hace sentirse relajado y cuidado.
Recomiendo este lugar a todos amigos, familia, colaboradores porque sé que lo amarán tanto como yo. Estoy segura de estar de vuelta en el futuro. Si piensas en reservar, hazlo. No te arrepientas de ello!

Hotel location was not favourable. It cost around 2hrs car-ride to get there from The Mountain Fanjing.
However hot-spring was wonderful at the hotel. I stayed there for 6nights, I saw my skin quality improved.
Breakfast was delicious. And service was good at the breakfast section . But the service was not pleasant at the hotel front reception. I asked them to help booking a return taxi to Tongren south station but they were not trying help at the first time ; I kept asking them to help doing so, few days later, it was finally setting down.
I felt very tired to do such arrangement …….Normally hotels are having taxi booking services , and getting down only by informing the date of leaving , and the budge of cost . That’s all! Then you can have a peaceful of mind to enjoying the stay.

Quedamos muy satisfechos con este hotel de aguas termales. Las piscinas termales eran cómodas y la ubicación del hotel era muy conveniente; el taxi al casco antiguo costaba solo 7 yuanes. El desayuno buffet ofrecía una gran variedad de opciones. No esperábamos recibir un servicio tan bueno y un ambiente tan agradable a un precio tan bajo durante el Festival de Primavera. El servicio fue excelente, especialmente la recepcionista, la Sra. Zhang. Fue muy atenta; al hacer el check-out, olvidamos nuestras toallas y nos lo recordó, además de recomendarnos con mucha paciencia las atracciones cercanas. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

酒店有專屬通道進入景區，進去後就是車站很方便，新開業不久的酒店，房間設施中規中矩，就是衞生間和卧室之間沒有門，並且衞生間窗簾四邊漏光不能很好的休息，前台服務員很有意思，提出來房態允許的話能否給升級（因為提前看評論有很多提到可以升級），服務員説可以升一級，但是衹有首尾房可以選擇，説我訂的大床房衹有首尾房是這個房型，我説那可以換成雙床房嗎？服務員説大床衹能升大床，不能換成雙床（攜程金鑽會員這個規定也是第一次聽説），我説那就不升級了就要安靜一點的房間，服務員説安排的是下電梯第一間，我説能安排離電梯遠一點嗎怕亂，説換不了，沒有打掃好的房間衹有這一間。okok！

酒店離景區大門不遠，而且景區還可以接送。特別方便。前台的小妹妹服務態度也是特別好，任何問題都有迴應。房間的設施是不錯的，衞浴馬桶質感都不錯。值得稱讚的是早餐也很好（因為大部分民宿早餐都很一般），做得很精緻。兩百多三百不到的價格簡直性價比拉滿。

Desde el momento de la reserva, el mayordomo le llama, le añade al chat grupal, recoge su equipaje, le indica el aparcamiento y le acompaña a su habitación; todos los servicios son increíblemente atentos. Incluso al hacer el check-out, le obsequian con un regalo. La casa de huéspedes está construida a media ladera de una montaña, con un estilo elegante y refrescante y terrazas escalonadas perfectas para relajarse y disfrutar de las vistas. Desde la casa de huéspedes, puede ir andando a la cueva Qinglong (se recomienda una visita guiada por 80 RMB) y a la montaña Shiping. De regreso, tome el ferry de manivela de 1 RMB recomendado por la amable dueña. Por la noche, vuelva a la casa de huéspedes para una ceremonia del té en la chimenea, con una variedad de aperitivos y bebidas a su disposición. Pasee por las calles empedradas del casco antiguo y admire las luces a lo largo del río… Todo el casco antiguo cuenta con más de 2000 años de historia, ofreciendo un rico patrimonio cultural, tranquilidad, un ritmo de vida pausado y precios asequibles. Muy recomendable.

Lo que más nos impresionó fue el servicio de mayordomo. El anfitrión fue excepcionalmente profesional, cálido y atento, siempre anticipándose a nuestras necesidades con genuino cuidado y consideración. El servicio fue personalizado y refinado, haciéndonos sentir verdaderamente bienvenidos y bien atendidos durante toda nuestra estancia.
Cada detalle reflejó un alto nivel de hospitalidad, desde la tranquilidad del entorno hasta la impecable experiencia de servicio.

Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

TTomasz Kucharski2This hotel offers excellent experience, with wide selection of hot springs. The complex is huge and nicely located on the waterfall scenic spot. In our package we also had special dinner which was very sophisticated and prepared well in every detail. The whole experience also covered many gifts and great service from the staff. Breakfast was very delicious and high quality although variety and selection was limited. On reception nobody spoke even a bit of English, which would be great for foreigners.

UUsuario invitadoWe visited Muyun on our way to Guiyang. The resort is a pleasant surprise. Driving from the airport through the local neighborhoods, you do not foresee this setup! Excellent - you get the vibe from the moment you step outside the lobby. The facilities are well designed and are made with every detail taken into consideration.
Room facilities and amenities are very high end.
Value for price is excellent.
Venues and garden landscape is impressive.
We tried the spa which is equipped with branded oil essentials - 5/5
Breakfast was also well appointed and the venues for both Chinese and western restaurants very comfortable. 5/5
Tea room was also beautiful and we spent one afternoon there -

UUsuario invitadoVery much enjoy the kind and friendly staff, from the moment we stepped out of the taxi we felt cared for. We had to pay extra for the breakfast and the hot springs. Did I mention there are so many pools of varying temperatures and some had Chinese medicine immersed. We got so relaxed and sleepy that we wound asking the restaurant staff to box up our order to take upstairs. After resting we found the food was EXCELLENT! Kudos to the chefs. The half steamed chicken tasted like 贵妃鸡！ The asparagus was so tender and the fresh walnuts had the inner skin peeled. So delicious with the 冬草 chicken porridge. We slept so well . The checkout can be as late as 3 pm, so accommodating, although we left around 1pm for our tour. I highly recommend.

XXiaochichilaohu住過這麼多觀景房，這家我是真的很喜歡啊，房間空間很大，我們帶的行李箱擺在地上都不佔空間的，房間的設計也是簡約又高級的，暖調的燈光讓整個屋子都特別温馨，這房間裏不出門也能看到絕佳視角的景兒，不看不知道，一看嚇一跳啊，建議親眼來看看，酒店的設施也很好，完善又齊全，房間的熱水很是充足，水壓也很大，真的很不錯，服務這方面也沒得説，有求必應，從我們入住到退房，全程態度都很好，而且辦理也很速度，一點也不拖沓，全程都很省心，下次來玩還住這兒

LLoo LoisExcelente hotel . Amo el robot que hace la entrega . Hemos tenido todos los 3 platos en el restaurante cantonés . El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad , y se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad . No hay necesidad de mencionar varias piscinas de primavera calientes con diferentes calor para adecuar a los individuos .. tanto en el interior como en el exterior . Piti no he tenido que visitar las compras de 2 pisos . Mi marido está feliz 😃
