También hay un cargador inalámbrico. Es muy conveniente y novedoso. También me gusta usar el cargador inalámbrico en casa. y atento y ayuda a resolver las necesidades lo antes posible. Debo recomendar este hotel, ¡es tan increíble! Mi familia y yo reservamos una habitación doble y una habitación temática para padres e hijos. ¡Nos encantó! La familia está muy satisfecha y los niños se divierten mucho en la habitación. Vale la pena mencionar que el hotel también cuenta con un centro de entretenimiento de aguas termales. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to public transportations, such as buses, train stations, and the subway, the famous hot spring park is nearby. There are abundance of restaurants within a short walking distance. While the hotel amenities may not have been updated to five-star standards, it was clean and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was great. The check-in process and English communication were easy. Overall, I found this hotel to be a fantastic value for the price.

Overall the stay was great. There are just a few incidents that I did not appreciate. As a black international family, constant looks and whispers from staff members was very uncomfortable for my family. Other travelers also constantly took pictures of us. The breakfast was imbalanced and was more catered to Chinese customers. Croissants were advertised but nowhere to be found. We changed our stay from 2 nights to 3 nights to enjoy more time in the hot springs and swimming amenities and staff were great. The staff in the restaurant during breakfast need more training on how to treat black foreigners and not look down on us, we were after all paying to stay here. We had dinner at the restaurant on one of the days and were told there’s no beef for the pasta. Please train the restaurant staff! Also a suggestion, if people book more than 2 nights, let them have unlimited access to the hot springs. It just makes sense. The playing area is in the restaurant for families information, you can’t access the playing area if the restaurant isn’t open. Overall a good experience.

We had a very pleasant stay at Sanfang Qixiang Shuxiang Wenru Hotel. The hotel is extremely well located, right within the Sanfang Qixiang area, making it very convenient to explore the historical streets, shops, and local food by foot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything felt tidy and fresh throughout our stay. The amenities provided were sufficient and thoughtfully arranged, making the stay easy and comfortable for families. Service was excellent — staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help when we had questions. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers great value with its location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended for families or travelers who want to stay in the heart of Fuzhou’s cultural district while enjoying a quiet and comfortable environment.

優點：設施：温泉設施在温泉酒店中算是非常齊全的！！ 衞生：衞生做的不錯，就是廁所小總是有股沼氣的味道！ 環境：環境絕對是漳州温泉的天花板了！！除了天子可以媲美一下！ 服務：服務員都很有素質客氣！ 缺點：1、沒有WiFi，跟酒店説了，酒店沒人來處理！2、跟酒店説要打掃房間，沒人，後來攜程通知才來，可能是人太多的緣故，忙不過來！3、叫電瓶車基本都沒來不過，自己走路，還在不遠！4、温泉區酒店的房間很小，而且浴室沒有東西掛衣服的，很不方便，容易被外面的看到，這點很不好！！！

The location is good. However, the bathtub was very dirty. To be fair to the hotel, this is probably because of the hot spring water, which can cause stains — but it still didn’t look clean or comfortable to use. The hotel suggested using a plastic cover for the bathtub. Also, almost everything in the room costs extra, such as tea and the bathtub cover. The WiFi is also very slow. It would be better to choose other kind of room.

This is unbelievable complex with many hotsprings - outdoor pools and two levels within cave system. We’ve been to many upscale hotsprings, but this complex is realy impressive in terms of size, variety and design. There is also another hotspring complex only for client guests located up in the tops of trees. Restaurant building and offer was also very good, although coffee could be offered for foreigners. Many elements of healthy culture visible on site. Complex is multi layer located on the hills which adds to views. Rooms interior was ok, however to be honest it was not so much relevant to us considering the resort complex was so amazing. Items to consider for improvement: would be good if there was at least one person speaking English at the complex to support communication with foreigners, although we are used to use translation tools, this is not a major problem. Apart from this all perfect and very unique place you will definitely bot regret visiting hotsprings and hotel here.

The shangri-la putian is conveniently located opposite a huge shopping mall and beside a garden. The room was nice and cosy and the service was attentive and impeccable, with Melvin (?) accompanying us to the room and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us many suggestions on where we could go during our stay and rarely have we experienced such excellent level of hospitality when staying at similar hotels. The river view we had was amazing. Food at shang garden was tasty, and Lydia's service was excellent, offering us extra snacks and soup. The portions served were huge and reasonably priced. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Putian! 莆田香格里拉酒店地理位置优越，对面就是大型购物中心，旁边就是花园。房间舒适温馨，服务周到细致，一位名叫（Melvin）的服务员亲自送我们到房间，在大堂碰到我们时会问我们是否需要任何帮助。所有员工都非常友好热情，为我们提供了很多游玩建议。入住类似酒店，我们很少体验到如此卓越的服务。房间的河景令人惊艳。香园餐厅的菜肴美味可口，服务员（Lydia）的服务也无可挑剔，还主动为我们提供了额外的点心和汤。菜量十足，价格也十分合理。强烈推荐给所有来莆田的游客！!
