The location is close to a large park, the lake and town. Our room had a wonderful view. There is luggage storage for early checkins. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked great. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Location was honestly excellent and unbeatable, it’s right next to a bus stop where coaches pick you up for the Milford sound day tour. It’s also a short walk to the steamer wharf area, ＜5 mins. The girls at the reception were friendly. We had no issues with only being able to access the room after 2pm. The room itself was cosy. This seems to be one of the only rooms with a king bed and private toilet - it’s called Lucy’s room. However, it was really dusty - see the dust we cleaned off the window ledge. I am allergic to dust, so I had to wipe it down myself.. There is a pub nearby so music can be heard all the way till 3/4am on Saturday night, so not recommended if you are a light sleeper. We had a quieter night on Sunday though! If I could do it again, I would have topped up the $50-$60 to book Crowne Plaza, which was also in an equally prime spot.

Feel so comfy to stay at here, loved the room decorations and especially the massage chair in public area, that was heaven after a long drive!! They even got a bidet in the bathroom hahahaha

Lovely hostel, ~10 min walk to the centre of the town and it’s a lot of fun because of the stunning view of the lake. I stayed in a 2-bunk bed room for 4 nights with a man… As a girl, I didn’t feel comfortable at all. The guys were fine but I think the hostel should consider same gender policy for this kind of room. Also found it very strange that staff doesn’t give towels when people check-in. They only give when you ask. I went all the way to my room to realise the towel isn’t on my bed and another tenant didn’t even know they provided towels.

Good location in the middle of the city, bed was comfy enough, but lacks curtains, overall clean and good to meet people.

Perfectly situated in the heart of town, this location offers unparalleled access to local attractions. However, the room's cleanliness falls short, with the en-suite requiring attention and a blocked floor drain in the bathroom hindering comfort. A mixed experience in an otherwise prime location.

La ubicación ideal para la base de tus propios lugares de interés. Aquí está el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado. Entidades incluyen TV, libros, juegos, par de guitarras, noches de tema ocasionales. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque si son bastante o más que bastante altas, las cabezas de ducha son sorprendentemente bajas. Entiendo las dificultades que esto tiene, dado el tiempo del año, pero probablemente se necesita un piso por piso limpio. Aunque no soy miembro de la diversión de la policía, con numerosas notas en todo el lugar que destacan la necesidad de mantener el ruido abajo después de las 10:00, puedo ver por qué esto puede ser un poco galante cuando el personal que viven junto a los huéspedes no se atengan a esto - especialmente cuando no tienes idea de quién es un trabajador que está fuera de servicio. Puede ser imposible dada las temperaturas, pero no era ideal subir a mi bastidor en el patio negro (excepto la luz del teléfono) y encontrar un gato dormido allí (Honestamente!) Me gusta un gato, pero si no hubiera tenido mi teléfono encendido, No habría sabido ni habría aterrizado forzadamente. En realidad lo encontré muy divertido, pero mucho no. Todo el infierno podría haberse desaparecido si hubiera aterrizado. (Divertido y no bromeaba, estaba viendo Don't F*** con los gatos en el momento y lo había descansado mientras subía. Tal vez fue escrito ...) En cualquier caso, muy bonito lugar y justo para el precio. ¡Adiós!

Polite staff and central location in Queenstown ( 5 minutes walk to city center). Amenities include free WiFi, laundry, a garden, hot tub, and bike access. Rooms were cozy but basic. The communal kitchen space was organized and easy to use. The sauna is the reason I will book again when in Queenstown. 🥰

Very good location at the city centre and walking distance to the Queenstown bay , McDonald's and KFC . Next door is the gondola available.. bus station to airport only 5 min walking distance away.
