The view was very pretty from the room. That Wanaka Tree is just 10 minutes away by walking. The shared kitchen and common area are very big.

Good hostel. Reasonable price and well equipped facilities. I would stay here if I come Oamaru again. One bad thing. There is no front desk. So guests always have to be aware of PIN that lets you get inside (even their room). So I had to bring my mobile even when I went to the toilet. If I had forgotten my room PIN, I couldn't open the door of my room.

A diferencia de la Haka House en Queenstown, que tiene café y té gratis, este albergue no tiene nada. Es sólo $3 sin embargo. Pero el espacio en las habitaciones era mayor que entonces en el centro de la ciudad. Gran zona de cocina, y mayor salón. Puedes prestar una corda para tu cargador. Retroceso negativo: esto está delante del lago y mi habitación estaba frente al lago, así que puedo oír el sonido de los coches pasando, el ruido de la gente caminando en la carretera si eran demasiado altos.  Segundo: el uso de “toallas limpias” para secar las herramientas parece sucio, incluso si se lavó fresco debido a las tijeras y probablemente porque es viejo y se ha utilizado mucho. También, no ponen suministros ilimitados de las toallas para secar, vi a la dama poner sólo 3 toallas a diferencia de la casa de la reina de Haka y la casa de Haka en MT cocinera donde ponen suministros ilimitados de toallas limpias y parecen limpios y presentables. No he usado esas toallas para secar las herramientas/cutlerias que sólo las aero secas al lado. El esponja también parece viejo y se lleva.. sería agradable si se sustituyen al menos cada 10-15 días.

床還挺舒服，也挺乾淨的。早餐有麪包牛奶麥片果醬。還有24小時行李寄存。

Unbeatable location, with only few minutes of walk to pretty much most of the meeting points. There are fridge and a clothes hanging place in the room (some perks that are not frequently available in share dorms). The only downside is that the kitchen is small and very crowded during mealtime, and the ventilation for the kitchen is a bit not enough. Though overall speaking, it was a great stay.

La cama es limpia y cómoda, pero es una estancia costosa para lo que era realmente un cajón... a menudo se sentía que no había suficientes baños, con largas filas para los baños en todos los pisos de la mañana y la noche.

This accommodation is in the middle of the city, close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. I loved the Wi-Fi, rooftop kitchen and hangout area. Pod beds are generally comfortable and more spacious than I anticipated. Equipped with light, fan and power sources. This place is a great option for budget travelers.

This is my first time staying at a hostel as I always stay in hotels when I travel but NZ is way out of my budget to get a hotel for 8 days of stay. I am surprised that there is free basic spices if you opt to cook and you should to save money and they also have free spread for your sandwiches you can use and free coffee. Free bodywash by the hostel and you can also use the conditioner and other shampoos that other guests left when they check-out for fr e. They also have charger you can borrow. The 4square grocery is very close like 2-3 min walking distance and other restaurants. I have 8 days so I am staying here in Haka house Queenstown, the on in mount cook ( which doesn’t have all these free spices and I think because how far grocery store is) and my last remaining days I will try Haka by the lake front. I don’t have hostel pics so sharing with you my view from Queenstown Hill viewpoint.

本当に素晴らしいバックパッカーホステルでした！口コミがとても良いことにも納得ができます。 まず、清潔感がとてもあります。共有スペースも綺麗ですし、宿泊者も皆綺麗に使用しています。各部屋も綺麗で、下の段のベットにカーテンがついていて閉められるようになっていることも素晴らしいです。 また、ホットチョコレートや紅茶が飲めるように準備してあります。ニュージーランドは秋で寒かったので、ホステルに戻ると温かい飲み物が飲めるということがとても嬉しかったです。 遅いチェックインで朝早くのチェックアウトでしたが、事前から連絡をくれて、丁寧に対応してくださりました。 また、泊まりたいと思う素敵なホテルでした！
