Servicio por parte del personal ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Solo responde rápidamente por whatsapp, el procedimiento para realizar el check-in es muy sencillo. La habitación está bien, obtienes lo que pagas. en cuanto a limpieza, siento que hay que mejorar porque el piso de la habitación en la que me quedé está sucio, con solo pisar el piso se puede sentir pegajoso 🥲 antes del check in me pedirán un depósito, es normal en cualquier alojamiento. El proceso de reembolso de Depo también es muy rápido y no tan complicado como el de un hotel, es decir, lo recibiremos el mismo día que salimos del hotel.

A very clean European-style youth hostel, with very cute kittens downstairs. The air conditioning is sufficient, the location is convenient, the facilities are well maintained, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The whole environment is very clean, because you need to take off your shoes. The cat is very well behaved and cute, and the atmosphere is very warm. Have to take off your shoes when entering the door. The hostel is chic and practically design, the accommodation was tidy and cozy with affordable price. Moreover, the spacious common area and separated Male/Female bathrooms, simple pantry with 3in1 coffee, tea bag, snacks, water dispenser and microwave oven. There are 3 cute & friendly cats in the hostel too. The public space design is not very interactive. The capsules or boxes are comfortable. Have good locker system which uses card. The capsule pod was poor ventilation after cover by curtain as there is no mini fan and exhaust fan, towel not provided. After pulling the curtains and turning on the light, you can clearly see dust flying around. It is generally very clean, but the bed is relatively small This dormitory hostel has strategic location and are good, small, noisy electronic lockers, privacy curtains don't bring that much privacy. Staff don't seem to care a lot about what's happening and the staff are not that friendly. The mattress was comfortable. The lobby was clean and offered complimentary hot water and snacks, which was a nice touch. There are no bath towels and slippers, and it costs RM5 to ask for a bath towel. No hot water for shower and 2in1 shampoo/body wash provided but rarely replenish. The bathroom and toilet have windows to the outside, so they are more ventilated, the space is large, and they are very comfortable to use. The shower head has a brass retro shape, which is super beautiful. No deposit needed, easy to check in and check out. Location is strategic and near to major attractions, shopping malls and eateries within walking distance. But no lift and amenities. Have to climb up stairs and suitable for younger generations.

The bed not clean and the location is quite far from the attraction spot; however I would give a thumbs up to it’s customer service.

The price reflected it's worth. It's cheap and front desk is 24/7 even tho we have to check in by Whatsapp while we are already in the lobby. Room is a bit small but clean, toilet is clean, got towel and I bring my own toiletries. The water dispenser is outside. Btw, no window for this room It's perfectly comfortable for sleeping and resting but not for vacation unless you're on budget.

Habíamos reservado una habitación con dos camas individuales, pero de repente, en la habitación reservada, ampliaron su estancia, así que no había una habitación con la cama deseada. Al final, nos dieron una habitación con cama queen y aire acondicionado... ¡La opción más económica! Sin quejas, ¡solo una noche! Todo bien.

部屋はとても清潔で、快適に過ごせました。エアコンをつけておけばしっかり冷えて、夜もぐっすり眠れます。シャワーの温度もちょうどよく、水圧も安定していて使いやすかったです。スタッフの対応も親切で、笑顔で対応してくれるので安心感がありました。タオルも無料で貸してもらえるのがありがたかったです。川のすぐそばで、川を眺めながら休めるテーブルがありました。立地も便利ですが、近くの飲食店が夜遅くまで営業しているため、外の音が少し気になることがあります。また、洗濯機がない点は長期滞在の人には不便かもしれません。全体的にはコスパが良く、短期滞在にはとてもおすすめのホテルです。

Este lugar es muy bueno para los viajeros solos. El cuarto es limpio, el baño es limpio. El río está cerca y todas las tiendas están cerca. Altamente recomendado.

Un buen lugar, un poco lejos de las atracciones, así que tuvo que tomar un taxi, pero hay muchos lugares para comer. No hay ascensor y tienes que subir un vuelo de escaleras. Aquí tienes un buen lugar para viajeros solos.

Bueno ...La ubicación es maravillosa. Más central y más romántico no se puede vivir. La habitación es cómoda, absolutamente viejo shock. maravillosa vista al río. El dueño meganett. Pero ... Se reservaron 36m2. El cuarto tenía 16m2 más un pequeño baño sin agua caliente ... También es saboroso sacar los zapatos de la puerta de la casa más caminar por la casa. La oferta debe ser revisada urgentemente. Y el precio es entonces demasiado alto. Pero no obstante recomendar para el alquiler adecuado. Pero no lo reservaría más ... demasiado caro. Y demasiados barreras en toda la casa. El baño está diseñado para niños pequeños.
