Un lugar agradable y acogedor con un personal maravilloso y amable. Buena ubicación cerca del centro de la ciudad y de la estación Grand Central. La zona común es bastante grande y está bien decorada. Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones son cálidas y acogedoras. Un baño para 10 camas puede ser demasiado bajo, pero nunca he hecho cola.

Really great staff and very helpful

Just a few steps to birmingham coach station. For solo traveller,be careful if you arrive at midnight because the road to the hostel is dark and no people on the road. Except for the weekend there is a bar and few drunk people. The hostel is nice and the room is comfortable except if you have chinese roomate that always make a noise at night. Locker is available and make sure you have your own padlock. Wifi conmection very good,the lady at the counter also very nice and helpful.

Nive tavern style room with tea and coffee making facilities, above a friendly bar, good access to digbeth businesses. Very nice and helpful staff.

Nice place, location quite good, just a little bit far but overall it’s very fine. A lots of restaurants available nearby.

Spent the night here because our bathroom was being refurbished. Lovely little hotel with friendly staff. It's quite a way from the road so very quiet.

Great staff really friendly, the rooms are a decent size too, comfy bed and great shower pressure
