I stayed in a large room, overlooking the sea, on the 30th floor. Nha Trang beach faces east so you can see the beautiful sunrise. The room has a small kitchen. bathroom is clean, with toiletries such as soap, toothbrush, 2 bottles of water and instant coffee. Although it is a Condotel, the room is cleaned every day. The location is very close to the sea, surrounded by many restaurants and juice shops, Highland Coffee, right next to the night market. There is a swimming pool, gym and spa on the 6th floor. The gym has basic equipment. Quite ok! In condotels, each room has its own manager, that's why the same name Panorama can have different names on travel booking sites. Check-in and check-out are done at the apartment reception. The procedure is also quite quick because I contacted the host in advance via the phone number provided on Trip.com. If you have not contacted the host of your studio in advance, you may have to wait a bit for the reception to find out information. Overall, I was nervous when checking in because it is a condo hotel, but it was fine, and it is a good hotel with a good location and nice views.

We had the city view room, it was a lovely modern room with an amazing shower and the bed was very comfortable, however there was a hole in the floor and the fridge didn’t seem to work. Apparently we had a free pool to access on the 6th floor however we didn’t check it out, I feel that was a nice addition. The location was very close to the beach and central to the strip of restaurants and shops. The service however wasn’t the best, we were not given our breakfast vouchers and so we had to wait about 20 mins for breakfast access in the morning only to be told we cannot have any and the housekeeping lady was rude when we told her we paid for late checkout.

Жил в этом отеле 2 недели, в 3 разных номерах. В любом номере что то было сломанно( тумбочка, микроволновка) персоналу до вас нет ни какого дела( т.к нет интереса для них) хотел продлить номер но они сказали нет мест.а через сайт Трип.ком есть.продлевал через них( очень выручает. Огромный минус это лифты.это просто жесть, можно простоять минут 15 дожидаясь пока приедет.а если поднимаетесь в номер тогда есть риск с кем нибудь подраться из за места в лифте.т.к народу скапливаеться так много, что доходит до ругани выесняя кто поедет первый.хотя там 8 лифтов.

Gia đình đã trải nghiệm 2 đêm tại villa rất vui. Villa đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi và thoải mái, có thêm khu vui chơi ở tầng 4 cho người lớn và trẻ em, ngoài hồ bơi vô cực còn có bãi biển đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện, chu đáo, dịch vụ rất tốt. 😊

The hotel was fine, but my stay was spoilt slightly by nearby dogs barking on and off during every night.  Obviously, nothing to do with the hotel. It was difficult to contact staff as no-one was ever at reception but, with the help of other people, I managed to speak to someone on the phone. No food was available at the hotel but there were plenty of eateries nearby.  I used the nearby 'Cilantro' restaurant every day.
