That's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

보홀 여행하시는 분들께 도움이 될까하고 후기 남깁니다. 1.위치 : 알로나 비치에서 멀리 떨어져있다보니 마사지 무료픽업 드랍에 편도 300페소 추가해서 이동했어요. 2.시설 : 룸컨디션 너무 좋고 밝아서 화장하기에도 최고였어요. 매트랑 침구도 좋았고 싱글에 베게를 2개씩 주어서 쾌적했어요. 3. 수영장 : 물이 깨끗하고 수시로 관리를 하고 있어서 물놀이하기 넘 좋았어요. 다른 리조트에서는 물에 아예 안들어 갔거든요. 4. 식사 : 조식포함이었는데 간단하지만 포만감있게 맛있었고 그 외 식사들도 언제든지 주문해서 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았고 맛있었어요. 5. 서비스 : 직원들 모두 친절하고 번화가가 아니라 가까운 곳은 호텔 픽드랍을 해 주었고 먼곳은 툭툭이를 불러줬어요. 그랩은 잘 안불러짐. 6. 총평 : 조용하고 편안하게 쉬고 싶을 때 또 묵고 싶은 리조트이지만 번화가랑은 멀어서 불편한 점도 있었어요. 물놀이 하기에 좋은 리조트이고 편도 400페소로 ICM에 쇼핑하러 다녀왔는데 가까운 곳에서 돌아다니며 노는 걸 좋아해서 다시 알로나비치 쪽으로 숙소를 옮겨서 놀았어요. 주변이 산이라 모기가 너무 많아서 하루에 약 10마리는 잡은 것 같아요. 전기모기향을 요청해서 피해를 줄이세요ㅜ 추천하고싶은 리조트이고 모기가 최고의 단점인 리조트입니다.

Fue una reserva de última hora. Llegamos a la propiedad a las 8:00 p. m. después de un largo viaje, y menos mal que todavía hay habitaciones disponibles. Los recepcionistas (Kuya y Ate), que creo que son el dueño o el conserje, son muy amables y atentos. Responden a todas nuestras preguntas e incluso nos dan consejos sobre dónde reservar en línea y detalles sobre cuándo abrieron el lugar, etc. El lugar es muy nuevo y las habitaciones están muy limpias y nuevas. Hemos estado en muchos lugares, pero este es el único que tiene piscina. Las habitaciones y camas son grandes, con baño privado, aire acondicionado, televisión y wifi gratis. El precio es de solo 700 pesos por noche para dos personas. Sin embargo, no tienen perchero dentro del baño, pero sí un armario para colgar la ropa y también se puede colgar la ropa mojada fuera de la habitación. ¡Cuánto nos hubiera gustado ver este lugar primero! El que reservamos antes también pagó 700 pesos, pero no tiene piscina. La habitación es muy pequeña, con una cama doble, y no tiene televisión ni baño privado. Al igual que Kuya, también ofrecen servicios de catering y la posibilidad de celebrar eventos privados en sus instalaciones. Además, tienen café y agua gratis en su mini despensa justo frente a la piscina. También ofrecen desayuno si se reserva con desayuno. Además, tienen un menú de sus platos disponibles a un precio razonable. En general, nos gusta mucho este lugar; lo que se ve en las fotos es exactamente lo que se obtiene en realidad. El personal es súper amable y educado. Encantados de atender tus necesidades. Gente encantadora. Reservamos el traslado al aeropuerto una hora antes de llegar (olvidamos reservarlo con antelación), ¡y aun así llegaron antes que nosotros! El servicio es increíble. El desayuno es excelente y el café, delicioso. ¡La piscina está impecable y brilla por la noche! Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están equipadas para que puedas llevar ropa y bañadores mojados sin preocupaciones. Aire acondicionado, caja fuerte y nevera en las habitaciones, súper prácticos. Tanto a nosotros como a nuestros amigos que se acaban de casar en la isla nos encantó tanto que volvimos. The soaps and other bath necessities provided were good and complete. But there was no free hairdryer. It is available for a fee upon request. Room is spacious and clean. They provide drying racks and cleaning facets outside, perfect for your after beach activities. They have a beachfront area as seen in the photo. They also have in house resto where you can order and ask to cook your seafood finds in the market. I would recommend this place again. Value for money

Staff: Everyone is nice, accommodating and easy to talk to.  Bed: Not sure if it’s only my bed, but near board area, it keeps on creating a creaking sound disturbing other guests.  -Clean and comfy Aircon: A bit hot, not sure if someone keeps changing the aircon temp, get sweaty sometimes.  Recommendation - noticed some guests doesn’t care about people sleeping in the area and just casually talking inside for a long time. 2 young foreign girls, having a love story during my sleep :D, anyway, please remind your guest to be quite at all times and have their chats and snacks outside or in the lobby.

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. It actually reminded me of a typical Japanese business hotel—simple, efficient, and comfortable. A good choice if you’re looking for a convenient and hassle-free stay

A Korean-run establishment in the middle of nothing interesting. The hotel itself is a decent motel with somewhat overpriced and limited bar, very basic (and the same) breakfast and a decent swimming pool. The greatest downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within 10 minute walk of it, nor are there any transit options (aside from taxis or trikes). It might be a good option to stay for the dive shops, assuming you're looking for basic and clean, but it's a 15 minute walk to the beach.
