The pension is easy to find, and staff are very helpful. Beds are comfortable; coffee and tea are available; everything is clean. The only difficulty might be is there is only one bathroom for all the guests. We were here in low season, so didn't have much difficulty, but I can imagine problems in the high season. The pension is in the old part of San Sebastian, so visiting the most picturesque parts is easy, as is visiting nearby villages. Local food is excellent. I highly recommend this pension; excellent value for your money. It's the best base for exploring this part of the Basque Country.

Loved my stay at Hotel Arriaga! The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of everything and super easy to walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and the bed was super comfy. The staff were really lovely and gave us some great tips for local pintxo bars. The vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, which we appreciated. Small note for light sleepers: ask for a room away from the street, as it can get a bit lively at night (but that's part of the charm of being in a great location!). The WiFi was also a bit spotty at times. Overall, fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay here again for a casual city break! Perfect for: Travelers who want a central spot without the fancy price tag.

La habitación era básica pero limpia y estaba a las afueras de Bilbao. El aislamiento acústico era pésimo y se oía claramente a los demás huéspedes a través de las paredes. También me pareció muy fría y no había aire acondicionado ni calefacción para mantener el calor. La recepción no está abierta las 24 horas, así que no hay nadie a quien preguntar. Me pareció carísimo, ya que es como un albergue juvenil, ya que no hay baños compartidos.

Он расположен в спальном районе. Но рядом супермаркет и бары даже есть. Оооочень доступный в не сезон. Из особенностей - номер на 2 этаже - окно на потолке. Много розеток, но из одной торчала булавка!!! (Это прям жуть) Есть лифт на 2 этаж Есть и кухня. В целом даже на несколько дней норм. Поспать, поработать за столом. Зимой кондиционер норм топит. Заселение по коду.

Todo genial, la habitación muy cómoda y acogedora. Los trabajadores fueron súper amables y atentos. Repetiríamos sin duda. Muchas gracias! :))

La verdad que elevado el precio para las prestaciones que tiene. Se trata de un edificio en el casco antiguo de Bilbao, reformado para el turismo. Habitaciones muy pequeñas sin aire acondicionado y sin ascensor. El ascensor no es tan importante porque las habitaciones están en la Segunda y tercera planta pero el aire acondicionado si que lo echamos de menos. Hace bastante calor en verano y solo un ventilador, puede que la estancia no sea tan agradable. Por otro lado, el estar en pleno centro, como la habitación no sea interior, el ruido de los bares al medio día y la noche es tremendo. La chica de recepción muy amable, la segunda noche al quejarnos del ruido, nos cambió la habitación por una interior que mejoró bastante el tema del precio. Aún así, el precio lo veo desproporcionado

Progressive hotel at the heart of Eibar's town; a great place to stay if you're going to watch their soccer team play. My only downside with this hotel is their could be more correspondence in advance over the auto-check in process. Other than that, my friend and I adored this hotel room and had a great stay.

En el ascensor y la zona principal hacia una olor no muy agradable , en cambio la habitación estaba genial y era muy cómoda la cama , la zona es inmejorable

Nice and newly renovated room in the middle of the old town. Extremely comfortable bed and pillow, with smart tv in room!! Soundproofing wasn't the best, however, one could hear if there's noise in the corridor . And plausibly, the old town. Bring your own earplugs if you're sensitive to noise.

Me encanta alejarme este sitio cada vez que me quedo en san sebastian, es la tercera vez que lo hago el registro es super rápido por internet, las chicas de la recepción son super atentas y amables.el sitio es limpio amplio y con todos los servicios, cuenta con pequeña nevera y tienen un bar fuera de la habitación para que te prepares cafe o te por las mañanas esta genial
