UUsuario anónimoHotel is very nice & clean. There are hot springs indoor & outdoor pool. Every staff is very nice and helping us a lot. They can’t speak English but they use WeChat to talk to us and help us everything since we booking like booking the bus or send us how to go to railway or How to find the bus. They also help order the food, booking scenic spots tickets, write the sign to help us to get back to hotel went we go out. If we have a chance, we will absolutely come back here.

La habitación era espaciosa e inesperablemente limpia, con la adición de comodidad de un calefactor en el lavaboa punto más definido, especialmente en el clima más frío.
3. Hospitalidad
El propietario, el Sr. Feng, y su personal, especialmente el Sr. Xia, junto con el resto del equipo, son joyas. Son extremadamente útiles, y su intención de ayudar a los huéspedes es genuina. Ofrecen apoyo con un sonrisa y nunca muestran ninguna reticencia. Sus esfuerzos nos han hecho sentir cómodos y memorables.
4. Asistencia y acuerdos
El Sr. Feng y su personal fueron arriba y más allá para hacer nuestro viaje sin moldear. El día siguiente, el Sr. Xia nos ayudó a comprar entradas a la montaña de Changbai (Lago Celestial). También nos aseguró que nos dejamos en la estación de autobús y nos recogimos más tarde, haciendo que el proceso sea totalmente libre de problemas.

El hotel tiene un lugar especial en nuestros corazones. En nuestra partida, nos dejaron en la estación de tren a principios de la mañana. El Sr. Feng se unió a nosotros para decir adiós, que nos tocó profundamente.

MMarsha MarshaI had a great time in Yánjí since I planned a lot of border excursions. I can speak both Korean and Chinese comfortably to navigate this region, which is also known as the Third Korea. The location of this place was great since it was in the city center across from Yanji University. (I was assigned room 1206.)
I'm not sure which photos they're using for advertising, but my room looked far more beat up and outdated. I also killed a lot of small cockroaches that were roaming around the kitchenette area. Again, this was not a big deal for me since they weren't ginormous, but one huge cockroach did appear one day near the bathroom. It's one thing for the room to look somewhat different from the advertised photos, but please at least keep the space much cleaner. (The laundry machine was bonus, but I had to buy laundry soap next door at the convenience store. This should have been provided considering there was an empty soap box on the floor next to the machine.) The reason why I booked this place was to do frequent laundry rather than stay at a hotel...
I traveled from NYC, so it wasn't like I was an average Chinese tourist from a domestic region. This was my first visit to China since 1996.05 and I used my 10-year China visa for the first time since I applied back in 2017.08.
Note: I checked out the other rooms on the floor and they were much nicer than what I booked. I'm guessing those were listed on WeChat and the less attractive rooms are listed on here, etc.
After I checked out by 12:00 noon, I stored my luggage next door at the convenience store for a few hours. They charged CN¥5/per hour… I paid CN¥15 since I knew 3 hours was all I needed before my flight.

SSuriInShanghaiWe recently had the pleasure of staying at this capsule hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views of the surrounding snowy mountains and the frozen river. The breathtaking scenery was a perfect backdrop to my stay, making it a serene and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Shanghai .
The capsules themselves were surprisingly spacious, immaculately clean, and very cozy. The modern design combined comfort with privacy, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. Each capsule is equipped with everything you need, which made our stay incredibly convenient. However, I would suggest the hotel to have coffee and tea sachets available in the little kitchenette for guests to make their own in the morning.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. They helped , recommended and accompanied us to get a ski suit for me and to take us to and from the ski resort. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home.
We loved playing in the snow, making snow angels and making a big snowman.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this Capsule hotel to anyone looking for a unique lodging experience that combines stunning natural beauty with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!

UUsuario invitadoAbsolutely a place I would recommend to anyone visiting Changbai to visit to do activities like snowboarding, atv, the Changbaishan mountain. It’s the perfect location and the room and hotel design is beautiful. The receptionist, which is also the owner, is a sweetheart was so caring to us. She helped us get a driver and also order food. I would 100% recommended this spot for anyone visiting.

From the warm welcome to the heartfelt farewell, every aspect was defined by a level of personal care and hospitality that truly sets this place apart.The beautiful, peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop. Stepping into our room, we were delighted to find it lovely, spacious, and wonderfully warm—a cozy and immaculate retreat after a day of adventure. Waking up to the provided hearty Chinese breakfast was a daily highlight, offering delicious, authentic flavors that fueled our days perfectly.
However, what truly made our experience unforgettable were the owners. Their kindness went far beyond the expected. They were incredibly helpful with booking our activities, offering expert local advice. Most extraordinarily, they personally drove us to places in their own car, transforming simple logistics into cherished personal tours and conversations. This genuine, above-and-beyond service created a feeling of staying with friends or family, not just at a hotel.
Overall, this is more than just a place to sleep; it's a haven of personal hospitality. If you are looking for beautiful comfort, fantastic food, and hosts who truly make you feel at home, look no further. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will absolutely return.

La habitación es muy limpia y muy nueva, tiene pantalones de proyección y el cine es bueno. Caminar a un par de pasos al mercado occidental, el mercado del agua también está cerca, y el camino está a diez minutos, el entorno de abajo es muy próspero, y la actitud del servicio es también super! NNomadica BryanVery homely and nice people. The owner brought us around in the morning to take the pictures of the rime. Away from the crowds and that was special enough. Saved the money without have to pay the entrance. Tickets as we went to other remote places. Can contact me if need more location help. The accommodation is basic. Bring your own towel as they don't provide. And bring your own toiletries too. Good place to bunk in for photography as it is in a village setting. Had the opportunity to witness a traditional wedding during my visit. Have a great time.
