The best 4 days ever! Highly recommend this hotel! We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination! On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient. I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant. Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it! The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed. The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey. There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times. The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes. A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather! The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He also called us in advance before our arrival to confirm our plans and helped arrange a transfer to the train station after check-out. Great hotel! The prettiest, greatest hotel in the area. We had a room with a balcony view to the mountains, so calming and relaxing. If you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city, here’s the perfect place for you. The bathroom is very clean and hygenic, and the beds are also really comfy and fluffy. The owner is really hospitable, welcoming and friendly, he is really familiar with the area so he recommended us a lot of different places and good restaurants. He helped us during all our stay. It is true that the hotel is a little bit far away from the nearest town, but it is really worth it because at the end, it is not far away (15 min by car) from the nearest Huangshan entrance.
