I am a foreigner, and this accommodation has been very pleasant. The breakfast is one of the best at a hotel I’ve ever had, absolutely delicious, and the coffee is really good and aromatic. The staff are friendly and kind, the room is aesthetic and well-presented. It is a bit small, but it is enough. The bookstore below creates a homely and cozy vibe, and I would like to come back again in the future. Certainly an experience which is value for money!

位置在景區裏面，會有接駁車來接，很貼心。民宿門口就有一條小河，所以大家帶喜歡水的狗狗還是先別著急鬆開😂不然就會像我一樣得到一條落水狗。民宿工作人員服務到位，給我們馬上拿了一次性浴巾給狗擦水。大大點贊。民宿不管白天還是晚上都環境優雅很有氛圍。房間內部有個不到兩平米的小院，雖然很小但是佈置得不錯，房間也不會悶了。唯一不太好的問題是房間的投影儀有點low，操作不便。

This is a very pleasant little bed and breakfast located on the southern end of Dongqian Lake and in the tourist village Hanling. We stayed there for a weekend getaway. The accommodation we booked had two floors: the groundfloor had a sofa and a huge television (it's capable mobile phone broadcasting!) and the top floor featured a good size double bed and a balcony which I enjoyed sitting in when the sun sets. The rooms are clean and you get the usual amenities. So it's a fine place.
I would recommend two improvements: the first is to have stronger aircon on the top floor to keep the room cool (albeit it was 40C outside!); and secondly but most importantly would be to install a bathroom door for some privacy otherwise your room mate is going to see you using the toilet!

El diseño popular es muy elegante, cada esquina puede exhibirse, se puede ver la estética de la bosqueta es muy en línea, la habitación es muy cómoda, los productos de cama son cómodos y cálidos como la casa, y duerme muy bien toda la noche. El jefe de la boda es como muchas opiniones muy cálidas, que te consideran como amigos familiares, como si fueras a casa, la familia está muy satisfecha, diciendo que ya es amigo de la familia Anley. La boda de la temporada este también está en mi horario, lejos de la boda de la ciudad, para beber la boda para relajarte y volver la próxima vez.

周邊環境很安靜的，隔壁就是一個海鮮大排檔，店名字叫上百冷飲，我一頭霧水的，冷飲和餐飲大排檔有啥關係！
由於我到的當天沒空，老闆安排了車帶着孩子去看了蔣氏故居，車接車送的！很周到！

皮皮蛋_001Small boutique hotel ran by a very friendly woman and man. The 古镇 itself is very quiet and the surrounding town doesn't have much going on. Everyone is in bed by 10. Perfect if you're looking for a quiet couple days, but definitely worth mentioning!
There is an amazing trail system all around Ninghai and the hostess can give you many excellent hiking recommendations. She's local to the area and (as far as I understood) the property which is now the hotel belonged to her family at the beginning of the 20th century. There's even a good bit of original furniture around.
The guest rooms are clearly brand new and exceptionally clean. If you are sensitive to odors, you might ask them to remove some of the wormwood (艾草) from your room ahead of time. Two bags of it are hung in every room. I happen to like it but I could imagine some might find it too strong.
The hostess speaks some English and works very hard to accommodate everyone. She even fed us dinner when we arrived too late to eat in the town.
Overall very nice, we'll definitely stay here again if we go to Ninghai.

UUsuario invitadoDo not hesitate to book here. The location, views, amenities and room are all perfect and it’s topped off by the best customer service you’ll ever get. Nothing is too much for them, they (and the rest of the town) are extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as helpful. Their breakfasts are delicious, lots of choice, and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. We booked a sea-view bedroom and it’s was amazing to go to sleep and wake up to the sound of crashing waves. The place is also very clean with a lovely public balcony area; a stone throw from the sea.
This is an amazing find, I cannot stress this enough and it’s also secluded from the main town - yet easy access to it for restaurants and cafes. There are other homestays here, however this place has the most welcoming feel to it. It’s also somewhere we only intended to stay one night at, yet we fell in love with it and ended up extending to 5 nights. We will definitely be back.

UUsuario anónimoWe took a family trip from Shanghai to Ninbgo. This was the most convenient location and setting. The service of the young workers was excellent and they were very friendly. The food was outstanding and a good value. The room was very large and clean and well designed. I would recommend the first floor rooms over the second floor as the first floor is much bigger. The only feedback is we wish their swimming pool was more clean, but there was too much dirty in it to swim in. But overall it was a great experience and my wife, baby and grandparents all had a good time.

UUsuario invitadoLas instalaciones están completas, y quiero llevarme los artículos del día aquí como en casa, lavavajillas, cocinar, leer libros, y pequeños jardines traseros, la casa de la cama elegante, el cuarto de cuatro personas no es grande pero muy cálido, el cuarto tiene aire acondicionado, la higiene también es muy buena, el entorno no tiene que decir, por detrás de la montaña verde, saliendo de la bodega, Una calle de comida extraña, sin que puedas comer, sin él no puedes. La pequeña parte de Chongqing (la mano es deliciosa) del otro lado del almohada de la colina, y el lugar no está lejos de la estación de metro, en general es muy bueno.

Yo ajustaba el televisor durante media hora, no puedo ver un filme por la noche, No sé por qué tengo más de mil dólares en esta habitación. ¿Qué hacemos con esta habitación? ¿Estamos pagando por culpa?? ¿Estoy de acuerdo en cambiarla? Sólo me convertiré en mi propio señor...Es pequeña la habitación que me cambia. ¿Es el paisaje que fije 360? Una vista del cielo, realmente no tengo palabras... Estamos cruzando la montaña y cruzando la montaña en medio hora, realmente decepcionado. LLarissaZWe are a Brazilian family that lives in Ningbo. Because of the pandemic, we were asked to stay in the city. Since Fenghua is a district of Ningbo, we decided to spend a few days at Huayuzui hostel. The Villa is huge and very well decorated, beds are super comfortable! It was a lovely surprise to join the party they had to celebrate the Chinese Lantern Festival, with many Chinese traditional activities. How fun!
Staff was really helpful! A big thank you to Wu Zonglin (吴宗霖), even though he doesn’t speak English we were able to communicate well using a translation app. He is extremely kind and would do anything to make us happy during our stay.
If you are a fan of visiting ancient villages, this is the place to be! There are many places to go. You can rent a double bike 🚲, drive or ask for a DiDi to move around the area.
I recommend Huayuzui and would definitely stay there again!
