Las fotos de este precioso hotel no le hacen justicia. La habitación es luminosa, espaciosa, limpia y el baño es muy moderno. Mi pareja y yo habíamos estado viajando por Sri Lanka e India durante un mes y ambos coincidimos en que esta cama era la más cómoda que habíamos encontrado. El hotel es muy seguro, con mucha vigilancia y controles de equipaje. Incluso nos guardaron las maletas después de hacer el check-out para que pudiéramos ir a la ciudad un rato. 5/5 ✨

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The Taj Mahal Delhi is a beautiful hotel with splendid decor and an old school ambience. However, some of the underlying cost cutting is noticeable. The breakfast buffet for example is anything but - with a handful of items such as bread and rudimentary cereal laid out but anything substantial needs to be ordered and it arrives in due time in small portions. It's awkward to know how many times can one order in the circumstances. Another example occured when I changed some currency at the hotel. I expected the rate to be bad and it was, but this was not an issue. I am happy to pay for luxury and convenience. However, what irked me slightly was when the staff explained that there was no change so she couldn't give me 60 INR. It's a very small amount but I felt it was a liberty - imagine offering currency exchange at an exorbitant rate but you don't have currency. Other than that we had a good stay. The pool was stunning as was my beautiful club suite. It was a very generous size and beautifully designed with views over the pool and Delhi beyond - a real oasis in noisy and bustling Delhi. The club lounge is ok but not really worth paying for - the timings for high tea etc are so inconvenient that you won't be able to use them. Overall, this was still a good stay and probably the best hotel for the price in this part of town.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!

La ubicación es muy conveniente, a un corto trayecto de las terminales, y está cerca de Aerocity, un moderno complejo comercial con una amplia variedad de opciones gastronómicas. Es una excelente opción a medianoche o temprano por la mañana si necesitas algo rápido para un vuelo temprano. El café estaba bueno. La piscina es preciosa; tenía muchas ganas de probarla. Ubicación Excelente ubicación, a solo 7 minutos a pie del centro comercial y los restaurantes principales. Hay restaurantes muy buenos y la zona de comidas ofrece una gran variedad. Probé un restaurante esta vez y me encantó. Servicio El servicio de limpieza fue excelente. Al anochecer, el equipo llamó a mi puerta, fueron muy amables y me preguntaron si necesitaba algo. Fueron muy atentos e hicieron todo lo posible para que me sintiera cómoda. Tenía una consulta sobre las funciones del televisor inteligente. El señor vino enseguida y fue muy amable. Recogida en el aeropuerto. Raju fue muy puntual, educado y amable. ¡Gracias! Agradecí especialmente que el servicio de recogida tuviera solo un cartel del hotel, en lugar de un cartel grande con mi nombre, algo que no suele ocurrir en otros hoteles. Un detalle muy considerado. (Otros: No necesito dos mesas en la habitación. Si se pudieran reemplazar por un sofá, sería aún mejor). This hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot. Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!
