EEric Tan_tanfengEl hotel está convenientemente ubicado y tiene fácil acceso al transporte. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas, la ropa de cama es cómoda y la insonorización es buena. El personal de recepción es amable y eficiente con el registro. El desayuno ofrece una buena variedad de opciones y es bastante sabroso. En general, ofrece una buena relación calidad-precio y volvería a alojarme aquí.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light!
Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available.
Amenities
Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good.
Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out.
Location
Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely.
Service
House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable.
I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful.
Airport pick up
Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful.
(Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.)
Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!

UUsuario invitadoReservé una habitación con una cama tamaño king y una cama individual, pero cuando hice el check-in me dieron una habitación con una cama tamaño king únicamente. Cuando pregunté, me dijeron que instalarían camas adicionales y que esas camas apenas se adaptaban a la habitación.
Cuando hice la reserva, mostraron una foto de dos camas permanentes en el sitio web.
Creo que me degradaron en el momento del check-in. No estoy contento con la habitación.

UUsuario invitadoMy stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists.
The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient.
The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt.
Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.

UUsuario invitadoPleasant surprise. Clean, well maintained. 10 mins to airport early morning 200 INR uber and about 15 mins from airport around 5pm. Uber easy to get and it was like 300INR but from airport I didn't want to wait i uber lines so I just did XL to get immediate ride which was like 750. (do not do the book ahead on uber where you give them flight number!, drive does not' come and then you still have to get in the long line of people waiting). Make sure you get dropped off in front of Lemon Tree regular NOT Premier, they are same building but different entrances and not that much fun walking from premier with luggage. Hotel even acknowledged my bad luck at long lines in check in with a comp. So much easier to say in Aerocity, on a previous visit I stayed at a hotel in adjacent neighborhood Mahalampuri (sp?) and it was awful. A lot cheaper but awful worn rooms (i was even careful to NOT get a scam hotel that posts fake pics which is most of them, but pics were probably made 5 years ago and now worn and gross) and getting there from the airport at 6pm took 45 ins although on map it was super close. If you can swing the extra cost, def recommend. Also there are some good last minute deals. And you can ALWAYS get a room in the adjacent neighborhood so if last min aerocity doesn't work out you have plenty of options.

CCasualTravellerI had a wonderful stay at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for transit travelers and business trips. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and great amenities.
The staff provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay and were always professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and the dining experience overall was impressive. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool area.
Overall, Pullman Aerocity offers a luxurious and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi.
