La habitación era tan bonita como se veía en las fotos, pero nada más entrar me invadió un olor irritante, quizá a moho o algo así.
Poco a poco me fui acostumbrando después de estar un rato en la habitación, pero aun así fue un poco decepcionante.
Sin embargo, el precio es razonable para un hotel en Aerocity y está cerca del aeropuerto, así que está bien si solo necesitas un lugar para dormir por la noche.

Me quedé aquí por dos noches - uno al principio de una aventura de dos semanas en la India y uno al final.
La habitación es muy agradable, limpia y con una gran selección de té, café, agua. Elecciones de snacks en un minibar que también eran muy baratos.
El personal y el servicio que proporcionaron eran excelentes - estoy bastante seguro de que no ganan mucho y trabajan tan duro - así que es bueno poder conducir generosamente!
El restaurante es lindo con un buffet de desayuno impresionante - o ellos te pack un desayuno para ir a la bolsa si lo pides en la recepción. El hotel también ofrece un conductor y un coche para el funcionamiento del aeropuerto (un bargain en 1100 rupias - así que deje un consejo generoso!). La gran pequeña sección de café/cake también que fue genial para sentarse y la gente mira en una noche - otra vez, de manera barata pero hermosa.

La ubicación es excelente, la atmósfera ambiente, el personal es excelente. La habitación era limpia, elegante, acogedora con un excelente servicio donde tuvimos la cena. La comida era buena y el valor para el dinero y el servicio era atento y eficiente. La habitación estaba bien equipada y cómoda. Estaba muy contento con mi estancia. Espero estar de vuelta para una visita más larga en el futuro.

After a very bad experience at Hotel Edisson View, I booked Gracious by Vishesh Hotels & Home Stay at the same price, and the difference was unbelievable. This place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room felt safe and peaceful, and everything matched the photos and description.
The staff were polite and helpful, and I was finally able to rest properly. For the same price, this hotel is on a completely different level. I highly recommend Gracious by Vishesh Hotels & Home Stay to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay.

The hotel i stayed in is really good. The most important thing is i really felt safe here. And the staff was really helpful. Especially Mr. Sandeep he helped me alot. The hotel was each to reach and in a very good place. If you are a solo female Traveller i would suggest you to stay in. Safety with comfort and good food good service and very pleasant hospitality. I also would like to mention mr. Sujit takur for his room service. Thanking all the hotel staff for such a great experience in New Delhi.

Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.

Conveniente cerca del aeropuerto tanto T2 como T3. It’s not luxury hotel however good for a night stay at reasonable price. General experience was fine as expected. We just booked for a night as had to take flight next day from T2.

You can opt for the little more minimalistic designed rooms, view the rooms before staying in.
Overall the room was clean and nice.

Room is very clean and quiet; bed very comfortable with different types of pillows: softer ones, harder ones - a very good combination.
Bath room is clean; and shower is very powerful.

Team was very friendly and helpful from the security guard at the front, to front desk team and the restaurant team. All very warm, friendly and helpful!
Prince at the front desk, and Biru at the breakfast buffet have been very welcoming, and helpful! Much appreciated.
Overall it is the friendliness and warm welcome that has left with me a very memorable impression. Will visit again. Thanks very much!

MMemory HallMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night.
The overpriced Minibar Scam
I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel.
All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value.
Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments

Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light!
Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available.
Amenities
Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good.
Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out.
Location
Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely.
Service
House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable.
I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful.
Airport pick up
Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful.
(Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.)
Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!

UUsuario invitadoMy stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists.
The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming.
The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient.
The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt.
Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.

UUsuario invitadoI booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.
