I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Samoa Aggie Grey’s. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. The breakfast buffet also offered a great variety, making for a lovely start to each day. The only downside was finding several cockroaches in my room, which unfortunately took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience. I hope this is something the hotel addresses, as the service and facilities have the potential to make for an excellent stay.

I arrived at 2am from a late flight and checked in. The room looked relatively clean but there was an ambient smell of sweat/BO. I went to have a shower and at 2:30 discovered that the hot water barely worked. I was there 2 more nights and the hot water worked then, so maybe they switch it off or turn it down late at night but either way it’s something to be aware of. When I went to sleep I discovered that the ambient smell was coming from the pillows. They smelled absolutely disgusting. I had to put a polyester swimming shirt over the one I was using to block the smell out. This meant I could no longer use that shirt because it was soiled. When the housekeeping came to make up my room the next day, they took away the used towels and did not replace them. I was staying in a room meant for 2 people but I was only 1 person so maybe that’s why they felt justified in only giving me half as many towels. I called the front desk to see if I could get more and they seemed really reluctant to give me more. They said we will pass it on to housekeeping who will pass it onto laundry who might be able to give me more towels. When I asked how long that would take they wouldn’t say. They eventually gave me one more floor towel, and no extra bath towels as I had requested. This was disappointing. Lastly, there were a few small flies in the bathroom, and the breakfast was decent but not exceptional. I am not sure what other hotels in Samoa are like, but this one was not very good. I was unaware before arriving how hot and humid it is, and it is unsurprising that previous guests would return to their rooms extremely sweaty after being outside, however more needs to be done to address the effects of this. The pillows and bed linens need to be thrown away and replaced much more frequently. The location is excellent, being close to town, but I would try to go elsewhere next time. I did see lizards and a giant crab around the grounds though which I liked. It does seem that this hotel is really popular with other foreigners such as sports people, flight attendants, and retired couples, so perhaps my experience was an outlier. Yours may be different, but mine was not ideal.

My stay at Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing. The place is so beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush tropical plants that make you feel completely connected to nature. Everywhere I looked, there was greenery, colorful flowers, and the calming sound of the ocean , it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They always greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Every Wednesday night they host a Fiafia Night. The resort also offers some great tours, including an Apia Town tour, a Savaii island tour, and a South East Coast tour. We went on the South East Coast tour and got to see the To Sua Ocean Trench. Overall, Sinalei Resort & Spa is the perfect getaway for us looking for beauty, tranquility, and authentic Samoan hospitality. I can’t wait to go back!

It is just about 500 meters from the ACC market and about 900 meters from the main Savalalo market. So, location is good. The setup of the hotel is nice. It has a Ruby's burger shop within the premises, but it was closed on Sunday. Room was neat & clean with aircon and fan. 4 pillows, 2 towels, 2 blankets, 4 coffee shacets (3-in-1 mix), a kettle, and a small fridge, all these add up to great facilities inside the room. The receptionist Oma is a friendly lady and can help you with some information & cab booking requests.

Great amenities, friendly staff, although our stay was short, we had everything we needed and were very accommodating🙏💯 would absolutely recommend👌🏻 thank you Moatoga🙏

El hotel es muy bueno y es barato. Además de la ubicación geográfica en el centro de la ciudad, el pie puede llegar al mercado de pescado, al mar y a la oficina de correos, a la catedral y al centro de actividades culturales, el hotel está limpio y limpio, la cocina de la sala de estar no perderá más en el país, y el precio es super personal, la masa es grande y no me atrevo a hacer más 🤣, el hotel puede alquilar un coche, Completamente satisfacer todas sus necesidades, el jefe es amable, dispuesto a ayudar, tiene una respuesta paciente a nuestras preguntas, este hotel es absolutamente recomendable 👍.

It’s a average place,restaurants was okay,looks like it’s still trying to find its place,except more from this place as its been open for just about 12mouths now,hard to get food apart from the restaurant there,that’s very big but empty 🧐 needs a lot more hospitality experience in staffing, its cheap but can do a lot better

The owner and staff were amazing and it’s a wonderful simple concept for people who tour around the beautiful island and have a place to rest! The only little concern was the noise from the car wash next door. Overall the owner and staff were welcoming and hospitable!!! Thank you for being a wonderful host, excellent!!!

Este es el mejor hotel en la ciudad y esta es mi 4ª reserva con. La bondad que me han mostrado es más allá de las palabras. Sentí el calor. También la limpieza es superior y está en el centro de la ciudad. No encontrará un mejor hotel en este punto de precios.

Very clean with a comfortable bed. Great service, and the location is quite good for me because I don't like living in the city. They dont have much on the breakfast menu; however, the papaya and coconut were good enough for me.
