Отель неплохой, но месторасположение никакое. На запрос в отель по трансферу из аэропорта, ответа не было. В аэропорт увезли. Общественного транспорта рядом нет. Чистенько. Персонал приятный.

The checkin was frustrating, we had to wait in line and couldn’t check in because I couldn’t find my license which was no fault of theirs however once we found it we got back in line to check in and was told that the room was not ready so we walk out of line and received a text that the room was ready so we had to go and wait in line agaiin. We requested ground floor close to elevator because of issues. We realize that requests are not guaranteed but 4th floor way down the hall? This was our third stay with no previous issues We will not return to this hotel.

Free cookie no. Smile and greeted no. Shuttle to casino no. Refrigerator in room no. Walls paper thin. Don’t list amenities if you don’t have them. This was a nice place 10 years ago. Location is excellent.

after an amazing experience in December staying in a corner suite I had my daughter for a daddy daughter Easter weekend and I decided to book the same corner suite to really treat her. We stayed from Friday, April 18 checked out Sunday midday April 20 when I arrived, I asked concierge if I could give them the bag of stuff from the Easter bunny. I simply asked if they could put it in the room not only did they put it in the room, but they had arranged everything in a very nice way that made my job. Is the Easter bunny very easy Sunday morning. shout out to Justin, Jesse Ishmael, Omar, Samuel Ingrid in housekeeping among several others you all make me feel like the most important person in the world. Every time I stay there when I know for a fact this time there were many more VIP guests than myself. I was a little hesitant that the pool may be a little boring for my seven-year-old daughter however we essentially could not leave. The happy Easter card under the door with the breakfast vouchers was an unbelievable surprise. I only wish I could bring an unlimited stack of cash to tip the team every time I stay at the Conrad because I never seem to bring enough. They deserve everything they get and more. Thank you all for providing me and my daughter with an unforgettable weekend and we will be back soon sooner rather than later!!! I cannot recommend taking To a corner suite anymore stayed in 1401 in December and 15 oh1 this past weekend just amazing amazing view of the city and an amazing room.

Lovely and convenient room. Hot water, coffee and tea are provided at the dining area. The pool is also enjoyable. Great location (close to the downtown area), with only a few minutes’ walk to important business district and sightseeing places.

La habitación es relativamente grande y cómoda para vivir. Hay un cómodo ventanal. La habitación tiene nevera y cafetera. La recepción fue acogedora, el desayuno era bueno, frutas, bebidas variadas.

This is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot. Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart. Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor. My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

Anuncian un desayuno gourmet, a mi sorpresa --- ni siquiera estaba cerca, no había crema para el café, una de las bebidas de jugo estaba fuera, no hay yogur, entonces para ponerlo todo fuera --- La máquina de waffles era desagradable!!! Sucio, y cuando pregunté sobre la dama haciendo un waffle en mi frente sobre su waffle amarrado al fabricante de waffle, el anfitrión dijo ”Bueno, es porque todo el revestimiento no de stick en el fabricante de waffle está desaparecido” y el hotel se suponía que estaba recibiendo un nuevo ¡Cuando lo limpié con un cojinete - cosas negras aparecen en él ... Así que no es necesario decir NO waffle para mí hoy!! El fabricante de waffle ni siquiera debería haber estado en uso! Wow. Y la temperatura de los enlaces de salsa era fría al toque!! Bathrooms were nice. Towels big & fluffy. Shower was WONDERFUL! Crack in tile at the rear of shower but it did not effect the shower itself. Not super soft water, which was great. Some places have water so very soft that a person never feels clean. Bed was comfortable with lots of varied pillows; good choices. Television monitor big and responsive. All the lights worked and were good to read by. Everything was covered in dust from construction. Breakfast lady did her best but not enough seats and dust hovered in the air. When we first arrived, we did not know how to get to the front desk to check in. (WHEN will you be finished remodeling?!) Lady with green/blue hair tried to be nice but I am NOT her ”hon.” Three times she called me hon or honey. I'm 73. My wife standing right there. How about a little respect?
