This 70 + year old hotel surely exceeded my expectations. The check-in process was straight forward and simple so I quickly found myself in my room. This room was nicely furnished and newly renovated with all the standard necessary amenities. Very comfortable king sized bed with very clean sheets and pillows. A couple of bedside light switches were broken though. The bathroom was very clean, with ample supply of towels and toiletries. The dinning area where a buffet is set up was cool, smelling good and no insects flying around. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Very attentive service. Reasonable priced food both for the buffet and ala cart menu. Enjoyed the hotel's bar at night. The Blue Moon. Drinks and karaoke. There is no swimming pool. There is a large garden where one can eat al fresco. Overall a very good experience.

In my 3 days experience, I stayed at Red Planet Hotel Davao branch, which was amazing. Near hospital, Sm Malls, near Probinson grocery and schools. Very accessible rides taxis or public transportation. About room so quiet, clean and so cool. Friendly staff and very affordable when you book online.

We used to frequent at GoHotels (other branches) many years ago so I know that it’s a reputable hotel. But this time, COME ON. They renovated the exterior and lobby of GH Lanang to look new but the rooms are way too old. I paid 4,100+ for 2 nights and it was not worth it - TERRIBLE at that. I didn’t sleep well because of the room state and avoided using the toilet and shower as much as I could because just look at the photos and be the judge. Not only did it look bad, it also smelled bad. On my 2nd morning, I kindly requested for room service but the staff informed me that they only do room service on a guests’s 3rd day but I was only on a 3D2N stay so I figured I wasn’t qualified. I went on and requested that the CR at least be sprayed with air freshener because it was smelly (I literally told them it was smelly). They agreed this time so I expected it to have been done upon my return in the evening but unfortunately it wasn’t (still smelly when I arrived) and I didn’t bother to request again. There was no exhaust fan in the toilet - only a small window that didn’t help at all with the smell up to my last day. Note that there is no “main” CR door - only 2 separate glass doors, one for the toilet and one for the shower. So expect to smell your own poop in the entire because the doors would not hold off the smell for you, lol. You can see the sink from your bed because it was just… there. The only redeeming factor of that room was the duvet and 2 of the pillows (the pillow cases of the other 2 were old and cheap). Other small things I should note: in-room phone wasn’t working so I had to google the number and call the front desk from my mobile phone. I borrowed a flat iron and was quickly brought up to me (thank you, staff). I also requested for a towel change (just 1; there were 2) on my first night because the towels were giving off this weird smell. They quickly changed it (thank you again) but it smelled the same so maybe it was the detergent being used that smelled weird. I let it go. One of the bedside lamps had small stains that looked like blood, which freaked me out NGL. Look, I wasn’t expecting a luxurious stay. I’m a frequent traveller who even stays at smaller, unfamiliar hotels when on long trips to smaller and farther towns. But this was way too bad. I’ve stayed at many rooms like that of what I experienced with GH but I only paid 800-1,000/night so who am I to complain? With GoHotels, I expected more because it’s a Robinson’s property. Heck, Gokongwei group had an advertisement at the lobby so I expected a decent stay at bare minimum! With that experience, I will NEVER stay at ANY GoHotels again and will probably avoid Summit hotels too because it was being advertised at the lobby and I don’t wanna risk paying more money for another sub-par experience. P.S. I cannot comprehend how others have recently rated GH Lanang with 5 stars LOL

Viví 3 noches, aproximadamente 2000 yenes. Como se dice, si no pides un sacrificio, creo que si este precio es adecuado. Precio más bueno, ubicación del centro de la ciudad. Hay edificios coloniales con piscina de jardín interior y escaleras. desayuno gratuito, no hay mucho, puede elegir. Puede ver la televisión por cable en tubos de imágenes. El servicio del personal es muy bueno. Las instalaciones de mal lugar sólo son lavavajillas, bolsas de lavado de cabello, bolsas de sabón. No hay toallas, caja fuerte, caja de agua caliente eléctrica y toallas de baño. Hay neveras entre los dos de lujo, pero fallos. No quiero entrar en la piscina. No hay ascensor (ayuda a mover mi equipaje cuando me quedo). Conexión Wi-Fi es buena, pero lenta. Espera. Cuando llegue a DVO, quiero comparar otros hoteles o Airbnb con los mismos precios.

We are giving a 4 out of 5 stars because we had a small accident while staying in our villa. Unfortunately, the wall tiles fell off and almost hit me while using the bathroom. However, the staff were very quick to fix it and transferred us to a different villa as per our request and they were apologetic and so patient with us. There is definitely room for improvement as they only opened this resort last year. Other than that, all of the staff were friendly and very welcoming. We also made friends with some of their staff making our stay feeling like we’re at home. Their lifeguards specifically Kuya Norjoy Aming and Kuya Gerald Santiañes they are very nice people and so outgoing. Also their guest relation officer Kuya Charl Limon he took good care of us and answered all of our questions and concerns. Kuya Jay R Hadia their golf cart driver he was very funny and also offered us a ride even though we were just going down to their pool. The food was great we ate at the Bistro, The Shoreline, Haribar & I specifically liked Morning Catch the best. Though, I think their restaurant menus should expand more as there’s not much variety of choices especially for a picky eater like me. There’s just one thing to note, there will be times that the electricity will go out but that’s only because they’re changing it frequently especially they’re located on an island with limited access to resources which is understandable. They also decorated our bedroom on my birthday and gave me a cake and their teddy bear Coco as a birthday gift. I also liked the location since it’s secluded and guarded by security. Thank you so much for making our 3 day stay enjoyable. Would definitely consider coming back here in the future.

I am on my Vismin leg of trainings and Davao is my last for this week. Had a great, smooth time in Tacloban, Cebu, Bohol and this last seminar in this hotel have been very challenging so far. At the front desk, I requested for lower floor, which I normally do (due personal traumatic experience which I do not need to explain) and after a series of ”please” thank God, Kate of Front Desk stepped in and found us a room at 6th which will be ready only by 5pm. It was turned over around 6pm. In preparation for our Monday seminar, we coordinated with Rose of Banquet to ocular the place as we have a specific layout to follow that will be good for classroom set up, group dynamics and dining. When we arrived at Ruby function room, linen staff Cory was there arranging for our seminar on Monday so we rendered help in lay outing the tables and chairs, projector screen. When we had to coordinate with the technical, we requested an HDMI longer than 1 meter so laptop can rest on the tech table. Sure they have a longer one but with additional charge of P300/day. When I asked for wireless mic to be used since the activity will involve passing around of microphone among the participants, guess what? Yes, an additional P800/mic/day will be charged! So with the 3 days seminar and 1 week stay that we pre booked and paid , these little requests do not come free. I do not want to ruin my Davao stay because I am an avid fan of our former President Duterte and only have the highest respects for his place. I hope to find some pleasant things from this hotel for the remaining days of my stay here to compensate for the ugly start. Time to activate the Vision Mission which is in every room of the hotel and not just left on the brochure. A simple greeting, some genuine smiles mean a lot to every customer. So far the only staff who has a ready smile and genuinely asks how he can be of service is Jaypee, service crew of Cafe Frances. He takes time to talk with the customers and ask how they are doing and recommends the best dish. Food is great and reasonably priced -- large servings and delicious! As for the edifice, needs repairs and refurbs. We had to call in help for the A/C and busted light bulb.

En julio de 2023, estuve en el Blue Lotus Hotel por una noche, aunque visité a menudo su restaurante Sky View. Tuve una gran experiencia. La habitación era bastante espaciosa, aproximadamente 30 metros cuadrados. El ascensor es una de las clases donde no tienes que tocarlo, pero simplemente utilice tu tarjeta de clave de hotel con RFID. El hotel está situado en el centro de Davao, donde se encuentran los hoteles de la ciudad de Davao. El personal de mantenimiento también fue atento y tomó menos de 10 minutos para entregar el ferrocarril y la mesa. El hotel cuenta con un jefe malasio, Chef Shah, que cocina platos malasios auténticos como sate, murtabak, curry de pollo, masaquismo de hitam y nazi beriani.

No recomendaré este hotel para ustedes, porque no permiten traer alimentos con antojos como frutas (langka, marang y durian) y su inodoro no tiene extractor y el agua del inodoro se desborda. Tampoco tienen antena para TV. Y si mancha la ropa de cama sin querer, debe pagar la multa por valor de ¥ 2500 y luego le darán la ropa de cama para que se la lleve a casa.

La habitación estaba en el 7o piso. No hay nada especial en la habitación sólo una habitación normal. El problema es que estoy en el 7o piso y su teléfono no funciona. Tengo que bajar al lobby si tengo algunas solicitudes o si tengo suerte si hay un personal de hotel que roaming la zona. No traje a mis propios pantalones de baño esperando que haya un pantalones de hotel, pero abri todos los pantalones de baño y no hay ningún. No hay comodidad también proporciona sólo un blanquecino blanco claro que es por lo general la primera capa de blanquecino colocado a cualquier otro hotel .Me decepcionó que pague esto mucho pero no esperaba que el servicio o las instalaciones no es lo suficientemente bueno para su La buena cosa es que tienen buena conexión WiFi, suficientes toallas y allí el desayuno buffet es delicioso.Más

Staff are pleasant and accomodating . Room service is excellent and very prompt in attending to our request. Rooms, hallway and lobby are very clean. Very accessible if you want to have a city tour .

The apartment was good,close to malls restaurant as well,even transportation very close to the gate,rooms are spacious,AC is good,we enjoy our stay with my family for 5 days,we stay here again.when I get holiday in Davao City Philippines

Another beautiful resort in Philippines, Pearl Farm Beach Resort is a beautiful place nestled between the waters of Davao Gulf and the hills of Samal Island. Our Samal House room was perched above the water and we could hear the gentle waves lapping the shoreline at night. Very relaxing. The staff were always smiling and quick to assist with any questions we had. Excellent!! The food was very good, the selection and variety of the buffet quite impressive. This applied to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My only suggestion is it would have been better if there was another restaurant or two that served a la carte. Nothing wrong with the buffet, just preferred other options. Overall, very impressive and will definitely recommend. Well done.

I felt like the mattress were cleaned. However towels were smelling very downy which is great 😊 in my opinion. TV wasn’t smart tv and outdated which not really a big deal nonetheless. Just felt like they can do better. Moreover, enhanced the grout on bathroom tiles (look poor finishing)

El AC (un poco frío) funciona bien, el dormitorio está bien mantenido. La cama de sofá convertible es agradable para una noche de netflix. La piscina es hermosa, ofrece una buena vista del Golfo de Davao. Disfrutamos de las eslidas de la piscina tanto para adultos como para los niños. La playa lluvia no es tan impresionante desde que lluvia a la mañana temprana. Pero todavía nos disfrutamos de la piscina en la zona profunda. La cena de la casa de la ciudad fue muy buena, y la cena de la ciudad fue muy buena. En general, tuvimos una buena impresión y experiencia en el Crusoe Cabins Costa Azalea.

El servicio del hotel es tan malo. Sólo dan 1 tarjeta clave y cobran 1000 depósitos por otro. WTH por un pedazo de plástico. La habitación necesita mejoras. La cabeza de ducha también necesita limpieza. Para 3500 por noche, el desayuno tampoco vale la pena. El servicio es realmente malo. Para un país orientado al servicio como Filipinas, ¡el mayordomo que nos asignaron es realmente promedio! Después de alquilar un barco mar adentro, los dos marineros miraron teléfonos móviles además de sus teléfonos. La camarera no hizo más que ayudarnos a llevar un chaleco salvavidas. Ni siquiera hay una herramienta para bucear en el barco. 1800pso por persona

La habitación estaba bien, aunque un abrigo de pintura lo haría más agradable que las marcas de escapar en todas partes. La iluminación era fuerte - las burbujas brillantes recién desaparecidas no dan el ambiente adecuado cuando no se disminuye. La unidad de aire con aire acondicionado fue muy ruido por la noche, lo cual parece depender de la madera.
