Wonderful atmosphere and very comfortable. Terrific breakfast! Very attentive and hospitable staff who answered all of my questions and happily helped with anything I needed. Extremely comfortable and warm beds. Room was clean and spacious. The atmosphere was so great that even on stormy days, I had a fulfilling time just sitting in the lobby and enjoying the ambience and refreshments. There were only a couple areas for improvement: - the shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap had a very powerful scent. I have suggested the staff offer unscented options, and they made a note of it. - one of the USB charging ports in the room didn’t work well, and the placement of some outlets were a little inconvenient. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely cost this hotel again. とても雰囲気が良く、非常に快適でした。朝食も素晴らしかったです。スタッフの皆さんはとても気配りが行き届いていて親切で、私の質問にもすべて丁寧に答えてくださり、必要なことがあれば喜んで対応してくれました。ベッドはとても暖かく、寝心地も抜群でした。客室は清潔で、広さも十分でした。 雰囲気が本当に素晴らしく、嵐の日でさえ、ロビーに座って雰囲気や軽食・ドリンクを楽しむだけで、充実した時間を過ごすことができました。 改善点を挙げるとすれば、ほんの少しだけあります。 ・シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープ、ハンドソープの香りがかなり強かった点です。無香料の選択肢があると良いのではないかとスタッフに提案したところ、メモを取ってくださいました。 ・客室内のUSB充電ポートのうち1つがうまく作動せず、また一部のコンセントの配置がやや使いにくく感じました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。またぜひこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

El alojamiento es mejor de lo que esperaba, con habitaciones cómodas a precio asequible sabiendo donde se está. Los baños compartidos son numerosos y siempre han estado impecables. El desayuno está bastante bien. La localización, quizá un contra para algunos, permite un paseo de unos 20 minutos al centro en el que no se siente, en principio, ningún peligro. Lo recomiendo!

the staff was super helpful. the room was spacious and clean; with generous heating to boot! the floor of the bathroom was heated, which i thought was a nice touch. the breakfast was tasty with variety of foods to choose from. i especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs. the location is superb, too. it’s the first drop off and pick up point of the airport shuttle bus. the bed was comfortable and the duvet was clean, crisp, and super warm. one thing i missed was maybe a refrigerator, but you don’t necessarily need one, so not a big deal anyway. overall a pleasant stay!

非常棒，值得推薦。 住了3晚，房間小巧，但是公共區域非常大非常舒服，即使不出去遊玩在酒店的沙發上坐着也很享受。餐廳和早餐也很不錯，裝飾的很舒服，剛好碰到雪天，能看着外面的飄雪吃早餐。雖然是公共洗浴間，但是有很多間，基本上不需要等，乾淨寬敞。地理位置還行，離市區有一點距離，大約15分鐘，需要從民宿後面過一條河，也是不一樣的風景。比起酒店，我更推薦這裏！

¡El desayuno era rico! ¡Elija muchos de estos! ¡Este hotel es el único hotel de 4 estrellas en Svalbard! ¡Hay saunas y baños al aire libre! ¡Hace calor dentro del hotel! ¡También cerca del supermercado local! Las instalaciones ambientales son realmente buenas, ¡me encanta su sauna! ¡Es tan cómodo!

房屋很好，屋裡很温暖，識別度也能高，位置離小鎮的超市購物基本上也就10分鐘步行，酒店早餐也很不錯，吃的很好。

El resultado es que hay dos habitaciones. ¡Es una sorpresa especial! El espacio en la sala es grande. ¡Puede hacer algo de cocina fácilmente, el cuarto de baño también es muy amplio. El calor en la habitación es suficiente. ¡La ubicación es muy conveniente abajo es el supermercado!

這個是個露營地木屋，整體的氛圍很不錯。這個酒店還包括了早餐，整體來説我們是很滿意的。屋子很大還有廚房，我們煮飯都很方便。值得推薦
