Room has a lots of ant for me and my friend. By the way, the wifi connection is bad. I need to improve next time

Персонал очень дружелюбный и вежливый, все показали, рассказали, хозяин был на связи. В конце даже проводили до автобусной остановки и показали отличный вид с крыши дома. К номеру тоже никаких вопросов, свет и горячая вода были, единственное - слабый WiFi непосредственно в номере, но это мелочь

Un hotel maravilloso, difícil de notar desde la calle y con un cartel discreto. Como era de esperar, lo encontramos y lo reservamos por casualidad y, desgraciadamente, sólo por una noche. Personal amable que lo recibió atentamente y, antes de la reunión, le envió instrucciones sobre qué hacer si llega a una hora no programada. El tuk-tuk alquilado fue conducido al patio trasero y antes de partir, el propio personal lo estacionó junto a la salida (dado el tráfico loco, una gran reverencia por esto 😅). Nos mostraron dónde cambiar dólares por rupias a buen precio. La habitación es preciosa, dos camas dobles para dos no eran tan inusuales, todavía me pregunto por qué no se limitaron a una cama) La piscina en la azotea con vista a la ciudad merece una atención especial, desafortunadamente, No puedo valorar la cocina, llegamos tarde y cenamos en la ciudad y nos fuimos temprano, limitándonos a tomar un café, pero la impresión general fue sumamente positiva.

Room is spacious, have all amenities and toiletries (just missing the slippers). It have heater instead of air conditioner as there is mostly cold here. Centralized control system is a plus. Washroom is comparatively much smaller and just the basic size. Cons: The main thing was the management which was poor and mostly looked after only locals as we came to know by our driver. At check in the room key didn't worked 3 time and they have to call some technical guy to resolve the issue which was actually the issue in room door, still they gave us the same room. When we go to food court for breakfast in morning, it was only 4 set items only which also they decide they want to give or not. For every request it was a no even when we are willing to pay extra for the same. For the meal we had we asked extra sambhar they deny they can't give. We asked for sandwich or any breads which was also unavailable. But after sometime, they give sandwich to some other persons. When we confronted them, they told it is in different meal, we asked to give only sandwich they outright denied, when we said give meal they say come after 11. After complaining and telling at the reception his response was mostly defending and at last only told you can discuss with senior manager. It was our time to leave the city as per our itinerary so we left the place as it is.

A lovely family as a owner, kindness and help spread. They can arrange lots of service, like tuktuk tour or taxi. It’s possible do an authentic kandyan cooking class. Peaceful place into nature, far from city caos, close 4minutes by tuktuk ride to center. Spacius and clean room. Strongely recommended.

Stay for three nights. The hotel is heritage not recommended for a person who is afraid things stay alone. The location is perfect at the front gate of the temple of tooth relics. However, one male GSA do not respond well as I told him that the telephine is broken, the fridge inside is very hot and the light in the toilet is broken so many times. Until I checked out the telephine is still broken, the fridge inside is still very hot. But the light is fixed by an electrician who was recommended by male maid not GSA.

El hotel está en la cima de la montaña de Canti, y la carretera de montaña es muy estrena, pero el paisaje es muy bonito. El hotel es más como un pueblo de alto nivel en el país, la decoración es muy elegante y tiene un ambiente local. La habitación está abierta, una ventana de aterrizaje grande puede aprovechar la belleza y el aire de la boca es muy guapo. Más importante, el personal es muy entusiasta, todos sonrieron 😊 en la cara. Lo más que me recuerda es que la hermana de la recepción es muy bonita, también sonríe muy bien, los niños la aman especialmente.

nice location, room was fine too. service was good. easy to go around as it was not far from most of the tourist places. breakfast was reasonable and stay was very accommodative. they had multiple hotel around the same location and this one was one of the nicest one. we had good time. may be little overpriced
