El personal: El servicio era excelente. Esquí: ¡Tenemos un gran tiempo en las colinas! Nuestro plan: Un día era demasiado corto. ¡Nos gustaba tanto que planeamos volver el próximo año en la temporada de otoño para una estancia más larga de 3–5 noches para ver los colores de los árboles! The glamping tents are perfect for visiting the Charyn Canyon (Valley of Castles). They're right by the visitor centre at the entrance gate, 10km down the road from the turn off the highway. Guides there also offered us an exclusive canyon hike. Tent itself was great for two of us - two beds, heater, light, and the view is amazing. It was occasionally a little noisy when the wind got really high. The tent doesn't have a bathroom - you have to walk a few minutes to the visitor centre. Regardless, it's one of the best places to stay to visit the Canyon.

Отель находится рядом с дорогой, в 30 минутах езды от аэропорта. Подходит для того чтобы переночевать пару ночей. Для тех кто любит тишину, номера с окнами на дорогу , скорее всего покажутся шумными. Номера вполне приличные. Светлый и современный дизайн. Все необходимое в виде ванных принадлежностей. Также в номере есть чайник, соответственно предлагается растворимый кофе и чай в пакетиках. Кровать для нас была комфортной, постельное белье свежее , чистое. Очень понравилось гостеприимство со стороны администратора. Была дружелюбна, с пониманием отнеслась к нашим вопросам. Единственным минусом хочу отметить температуру горячей воды, она была слегка тёплой . Не совсем комфортной для принятия душа.

The stay was overall excellent and very satisfying. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The environment was peaceful and suitable for families. The service was good—staff were friendly and helpful, although there is still slight room for improvement in responsiveness. Amenities provided were also good and sufficient for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which was quite slow at times. In addition, the pick-up and drop-off process was a bit slow and could be improved for better efficiency. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others, especially for family trips.
