Worst Check-In Experience Ever I recently stayed at this Stubborn hotel in Geoje Busan, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Upon arrival, there was not a single staff member at the hotel — not even one. The property relies entirely on a self check-in machine, which unfortunately did not work with my Trip.com booking number. To make matters worse, there was no advance or welcome email with instructions, leaving me completely lost. After spending about 30 minutes searching for help, I finally managed to find a hotel hotline. When I called, the experience didn’t improve — the staff struggled to communicate in basic English, even counting numbers was unclear, which made the process even more frustrating. Finally getting into the room didn’t bring relief either. The bathroom design was shocking — the shower head was installed directly in the basin. Yes, in the sink. It felt completely impractical and honestly quite unsettling. Overall, this stay was stressful from start to finish. Lack of support, poor communication, and bizarre room design made it a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended unless major improvements are made.

The hotel has a good spot, right next to the riverside. Especially during the lantern festival it's a good choice (as I did), because it's so close to the entrance. But to be honest, that's it. There's not much more that is positive or outstanding, given the fact that you (me) pay 100USD per night). Cleanliness was ok. My pillowcase and my sheets had stains. Nothing to worry about but still. The bathroom was ok, the tiles were not really clean. The room had 3 chairs, 2 of them with holes. In the lobby, there is 1 couch to sit down and that's it. If you wait for your check-in or after check-out, you can only sit down in the self owned café and only when you're buying something. Toiletries come with a fee. 1 powersocket for the whole room? yes, and not even any near to one of the beds, it was on the other side of the room. So i charged my powerbank to then charge my phone during night with the powerbank on the nightstand. All in all it's ok, but for the amount of money you pay it's definitely not worth the visit. I'm sorry but this is my honest review. I know I can't expect a luxurious hotel for 100USD, but i can expect more than that.

The room was spacious enough for a relaxing stay, and the bed was comfortable after a long day of traveling and enjoying the concert. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation, making it simple to travel between Gimhae and Busan. There were also restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Busan area, especially if you’re looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay while attending concerts or exploring the city.

아난티 숙박은 처음인데 골프여행객이 대다수이더라구요. 저희가족은 골프목적이 아니라 부대시설을 다 즐기진 못했지만, 주변 산책로가 잘되어있어서 좋았어요. 다만 가평, 기장 아난티에 비해서 이터널저니가 다소 협소하다는 느낌이었고, 평일 오후 입실하자마자 방문하니 치즈빵 품절이라 아쉬웠네요..

El hotel dispone de un parque temático en el sitio que le hace una elección típica para familias con niños. La única opción es comprar en la cabaña de mart o tener sus comidas en restaurantes en el sitio. Los restaurantes en el sitio como muchos hoteles de parque temático son sobrepreciados. Esto hace que se siente mal para las familias donde se cocina o tiene que pagar precios exorbitantes. El hotel tiene un buen servicio de habitaciones, y tiene un buen servicio de habitaciones.

Misleading Photos – Do Not Trust the Listing Do not trust the photos shown for this hotel. The images advertise large windows and beautiful sea views, but in reality, none of that exists. I specifically chose this hotel based on those pictures and even booked 4 rooms — not a single one had a large window or any sea view at all. This is extremely misleading and feels like false advertising. When you book a hotel, you expect the room to reasonably match what is shown online. In this case, it was completely different and very disappointing. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious and not rely on the photos when making your decision.
