I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t believe the value for money. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The location is absolutely brilliant, close to everything you’d want, making it perfect for both exploring and relaxing without needing to travel far. The hotel itself was spotless. My room was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable, which made a big difference after long days out. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping the place in great condition. One of the highlights was the bar and restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was excellent, and the drinks were just as good. It was so convenient having such a high-quality option right there in the hotel. Overall, this place offers incredible value. Great location, clean rooms, and top-notch food and drink, it really ticks all the boxes. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable stay.

Check in was easy and the lady on reception was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and cool. Lovely bathroom with quality shower gel and shampoo provided. I had several hours to myself so I made use of the gym, great equipment and all very clean.  Good swimming area, very busy on a Saturday afternoon. Enjoyed the sauna and steam room. Had curry in the bar which I thought was overpriced. We had a great, comfortable night’s sleep followed by a delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

This hotel was the best went to check in had booked double room got upgraded to a family room and as soon as we got to the room we had trouble finding out how to open the door with the card. Yes me and my mum had 1 of them Richard Gere from Pretty Woman moments haha but once got in the room we was impressed was so clean and tidy it had a mini fridge under the TV everything was accessible staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others who was passing through the area to stop was no noise from the motorway traffic and eateries on the motorway services was right next door. Didnt book in for breakfast as was leaving early next morning. 20/10 top marks very happy customer. Big shout out to tariek

The hotel and staff are great,but unfortunately on this stay the fire alarm went off at 4am in the morning,due to a fault..so broken sleep unfortunately

Brilliant service. Infact on this app i paid for 2 adults breakfast at time of booking but when i got to the hotel and checked in they confirmed that i actually paid for 4 adults!!! Other than that hotel room superb, clean and quite spacious. Would book again. Full retail park across the road.

La habitación era muy agradable, la habitación era muy agradable. Nuestra habitación se enfrenta a la carretera ocupada, así que fue bueno que habíamos traído alas de orejas 😁

It was a beautiful hotel with a very affordable price . It had a nice bathroom with a good size and was extremely spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend to as many people as possible.

La ubicación es excelente, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de tren y el centro de la ciudad. Uno de los pocos lugares que permite que los animales de compañía permanezcan. Hay un suplemento de 10 libras por noche, pero vale bien si necesitas tener tu animal de compañía con usted. Las habitaciones son limpias y funcionales. El hotel dispone de un buen espacio de baño con buceo de ducha de tamaño.

Nos encontramos en el hotel, pero no nos encontramos en el hotel. La primera habitación se derritió de cannabis y el borde de la pieza de metal de la cama estaba a punto de salir con gel de ducha medio vacío. El baño de este hotel también tenía secador de pelo y un limpiador de pelo. También tenían un tablero de hierro. La persona en la recepción era muy amable, sonrió, no importa qué y incluso ofreció té mientras esperaba. Algunas de las habitaciones tenían buenas vistas, por ejemplo, puede ver la rueda Leicester.

Great hotel. Close by to the motorway meant convenient but quiet. The spa facilities were excellent. The steam room was very effective, which isn't always the case in many hotels, even shortly after opening first thing in the morning it was up to temperature. Room was clean and comfortable. As for the restaurant, I'm still wondering when the potato shortage started in this country! My fish and chips could have done with some more chips. There were so few they were able to hide them all under the piece of fish! That's a shame as the food was really nice. Would definitely stay again and will look out for Leonardo again in future as a previous stay somewhere else was really nice.
