Clean & well-maintained, conveniently located near the Perth railway station. Everything was perfect. Loved that the reception went the extra mile to surprise us with a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion too. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!

The place is conveniently located near the airport if you just stay one night it’s great. Pick up and drop off are offered and the service overall is excellent.

Nice and tidy - friendly helpful staff. I missed dinner but lucky that has some really yummy sandwiches in their snack fridge was very grateful. It’s not on the cheaper end so I only stay when they have deals but it’s a good quality joint and always get a good night sleep.

The Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth earns high marks for its unbeatable location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to the Perth CBD, the Swan River, and major attractions like Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park. Public transport is just steps away, and the airport is a short drive, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers. Beyond convenience, the staff truly make the difference. From check-in to departure, every team member I met was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to offer local dining recommendations and ensure a smooth stay. It’s rare to find such consistent, sincere service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for the price point. While not overly luxurious, they provide everything needed for a restful night. Complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site dining add further value. In short, if you want a centrally located hotel with a personal touch, the Quality Hotel Ambassador Perth is an excellent choice. The combination of prime location and exceptional staff makes it stand out from larger chain hotels. Highly recommended for a hassle‑free, welcoming stay in Perth.

staff were really lovely and polite, they upgraded us to a deluxe room! its a 10min walk from the station and not fully sheltered. with a car its fine, just a little hard to find free parking. the bathroom was really bad for 4 star standards... the shower sprayed everywhere but me and the temperature fluctuated often. the bathtub was nice but the hot water wasnt really hot either, and theres no shower head. we only stayed 2 nights so it was not so bad for us.

Gracias Lena

Absolutely stunning especially the family suites with bathtub and especially the lounge awesome, breakfast in the main restaurant very good but not more. Breakfast in the lounge limited, dinner in the lounge awesome.

The television in the room did not work it would turn on but had no reception,we had multiple technicicians enter our room late at night it wasn't until after midnight a technician realized it was the wrong remote control after leaving and returning again and it was finally resolved only to realise the Tv does not have access to netflix or streaming tv. This was a disappointment to our anniversary treat stay at crown, was expecting a more relaxing stay without the hours of disruption of multiple technicicians working in our room at midnight to turn on the television. When the desk staff enquired how was our stay, they seemed oblivious but not overly concerned or genuinely apologetic about the interruption to our stay. It was a shame as the hotel and Crown complex is an impressive location that I have I had the prestigious honour to contribute to the construction and maintenance of the stone and tile installation, dating back to the original buswood build and ongoing upgrades to presidential suites over the years and even the more recently upgraded Crowns construction including their presidential and other exclusive areas. So this was a rare opportunity to experience first hand the exclusive facilities I contributed to. The finished product was a treat to see up close for where our stay allowed us limited access to, I would love to be able to afford to access some of the exclusive areas I had responsibility for parts of prestigious projects there that I hoped to one day witness even if it was on special events like my anniversary, but I don't think even on rare occasion that the local experience is worth the expense might look to Bali resorts still for value and quality of an all inclusive hotel experience stay.
