The staff were friendly and helpful. The included continental breakfast was good. The location across from the beach was great and also easy to walk around the main part of town. Lots of choices of places to eat within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I was bit surprised at first because all the reviews I saw were about noise from the bar. I was aiming for stressful sleepless night since I booked in for the weekend. Glad to say I was worried about nothing. Stay was very pleasant. Only noise was people walking the stairs. Overall Room was very clean. And they gave me a complementary drink , breakfast coupons sadly I wasn't able to use it. Access was easy since the hotel location is 9 minutes away from Perth station. And also bus stop is few minutes away. So many good restaurants nearby. I think if I have a chance ro stay here again I will. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Hardwares and cleanest are up to the standard. However, service & complimentary details could be better, example like bottle water 2 per day, need special request for a family, no complimentary parking for this kind of location etc..

Esta fue una excelente opción para mi viaje a Australia Occidental. Pasé por Carnarvon de camino a Exmouth y me alojé en este hotel en ambas ocasiones. El hotel está situado junto a un parque y la ruta costera para correr de la ciudad, lo que crea un ambiente agradable. El servicio de lavandería es gratuito y el restaurante del hotel también es muy bueno para los niños.

The hotel has a great location close to the wonderful beach, Dolphin Lagoon site, supermarket, small shops, and numerous cafes. Interesting facilities with indoor pool and jacuzzi, free parking, spacious rooms, when some with good enough equipped kitchen. I liked the staff's attention from the first minute I entered and great thanks to all of them. Even though the hotel is far from being brand new its maintenance is definitely on the proper level and I didn't have any reasons to complain at all. Eventually, I'm grateful to myself for making the right choice.

The location of Hilton Garden Inn Busselton was really great. We could easily jog to the Busselton Jetty and enjoy walks along the beach — very relaxing and convenient. The hotel itself was comfortable overall but One funny thing was the room air-conditioning and blanket seemed to be “fighting each other” 😅 — sometimes too cold, then too warm. But overall, we still enjoyed the stay mainly because of the excellent location and beautiful surroundings.

Due to flight change, we arrived at airport early morning.Then we asked early check in…so kind staffs, they prepared room for us. We could rest well and start sightseeing. Thank you so much. And location is great. It’s close to station. If we have chance to come, we must book this hotel again. Thank you.

Conveniently situated only 5 min drive from York St (Albany City Centre). My room was very spacious and well equipped with a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, which were very practical. The windows were difficult to open/close and one did not close properly. The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly.
