Was expecting more given the price we paid, apparently already considered low season. The pool lagoon was disappointing and expected higher standards, more staff and cleanliness. Hotel restaurant food expensive unless gambling and apparently would have great discount. Room service was good and value for money. Expected small amenities like free bottled water to be more generous given the heat. Apparently just 2 bottles per check in although we stayed 2 nights . Bathroom and toiletries reasonable although bathroom door had a drum which made it inconvenient to open as door swung closed automatically ..

Un alojamiento en Uluru con una buena relación calidad-precio. Pasamos tres días seguidos y fue bastante interesante. Hay muchos japoneses, parece un campus universitario, muy divertido. ¡Si no reservas con antelación es muy difícil conseguir habitación! Muy recomendable.

If you arrive outside the reception hours of 8 to 5 you will have to go to the H on Mitchell Street to check in. I didn’t get the text because apparently trip.com had given them some random number, definitely not mine. Other than that, it’s very noisy on a Friday night so make sure you have your earplugs, I messaged them about a couple of things (the kettle didn’t turn itself off after it boiled, there was no hot water coming out of the sink tap), bed was comfortable, location was good.

Es terrible. Ni siquiera es comparable a una casa de huéspedes a nivel de condado en China. Hay una máquina de aire acondicionado ruidosa al lado. Es muy, muy inadecuado. El hotel al lado del famoso lugar escénico de China, Jiuzhaigou Shennongjia, es mucho mejor que este. .

Though the company had the monopoly in terms of accomodation, it did not compromise on the service the provided. Hence nothing but the appreciation for the people that worked hard to provide us a great time.

The check in experience was not good. Room was fully paid for but had to provide credit card even though I don't have one. Desk clerk made it quite clear that any damage would need to be paid for. why, because I am Aboriginal (he did not say this but it was clear in his attitude). He also mentioned about guests. for a company that makes a substantial amount of money from the Aboriginal community it is sad that you have prejudiced people welcoming guests.

El hotel está situado en el centro de Marrara, donde se celebra el evento. Lo que más nos gusta: muy limpio hotel, cómodo parque en el lugar del hotel justo en frente de nuestra unidad a un coste adicional, gran piscina y alguna opción de restaurante y cafetería en el sitio. La habitación que reservamos era realmente espaciosa. Teníamos una estadía muy agradable.

Great location with smooth and easy check-in and check-out. We were kindly given a room upgrade for a special birthday, which was a lovely surprise. The reception and housekeeping team were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the Thai staff member (sorry we didn’t catch your name!). A wonderful stay overall.

Great place for an authentic outback experience. Well done to the team for offering very reasonable pricing on food and drinks. The common facilities were well maintained and in good condition. Our main concerns were the lack of an emergency contact number and the air conditioning in Cabins 24 and 25, which was not functioning effectively at the start of summer. Initially, we assumed this was due to daytime heat; however, the cabins never cooled properly, even later in the day. If the issue was related to the cabin location, providing pedestal or portable fans would have helped. What was confusing is that the same air-conditioning units installed across the resort appeared to work well in other areas, such as the toilets near the bar. Overall, it’s a great property, but addressing these issues would significantly improve guest comfort .

The hotel is located slightly off the CBD area but it is still within walking distance of 10-15 mins. The hotel rate is competitively priced and the room is quite spacious and you have everything you need. I love the well-lid room especially when you wish to do some reading at night. The Continental is quite simple and basic. If you wish to add the hot breakfast item (only 4 hot dishes anyway) you have to add AUD 10 per person per night. Honestly they should just adjust the room rate a bit and offer a better breakfast for all to give a better experience. Overall, it is a good stay and I will recommend.
