Como viajero de negocios frecuente, era la primera vez que me hospedaba en un hotel de cinco estrellas y podía dormir hasta que me despertaba naturalmente. ¡El servicio brindado por el chico guapo Evan en la recepción fue excelente y muy agradable! La tía Ruby Zang del departamento de limpieza también es muy amable, trabaja con cuidado y concienzuda. Además, el desayuno buffet del hotel es muy rico y delicioso, ¡especialmente el plato de wonton pequeños! El punto clave es que el baño del vestíbulo también está muy limpio. ¡El conserje también es muy amable! La vista del gimnasio que ofrece el hotel también es muy buena y la calidad del agua de la piscina también es muy buena. ¡Esta es una muy buena experiencia! Volveré si tengo la oportunidad.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, and the facilities are among the best in Yantai. The service was also incredibly warm and professional. We had a special episode during our stay — my son accidentally left one of his shoes in a DiDi taxi, and we were struggling to contact the driver due to the language barrier. Thankfully, staff member Dragon Xu went above and beyond to help us. He communicated with the driver, arranged for the shoe to be retrieved, and even handled all the related details and costs with great care. That shoe had a very special meaning for our family, and we’re truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Because of this experience, we’ll definitely stay at the Pullman Yantai Center again with even more fondness next time we visit Yantai.

La ubicación del hotel está cerca de la estación de alta velocidad, llegó en unos minutos de coche. El servicio del personal de la recepción del hotel es bastante bueno. The Pullman Weifang is always my hotel of choice in Weifang, The European menu in the Cafe is a life saver serving anything from German sausages to burger or pizza to steaks. The buffet is equally good in the main restaurant where I enjoyed great lamb chops and drinks are included in the price which is a welcome relief. The hotel is located next door to a nice shopping mall and the rooms are large and spacious. The gym is extremely well kitted and the pool is amazing.

It is conveniently located within walking distance of Taidong Pedestrian Street and about a 10-minute walk to Taidong Metro Station. The room is nice and modern, and the breakfast is good. The only thing that needs improvement is that smoking should not be allowed in the lobby area.

I found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

Pasé dos noches en el hotel. La ubicación es realmente preciosa; te encuentras inmediatamente en un parque chino maravillosamente ajardinado, con numerosos puentes de piedra, flores de loto florecientes y fuentes. La vista del agua es preciosa. El desayuno estuvo bien. El personal no hablaba inglés, pero fue muy amable, y además de mi chino deficiente, usaron un traductor para comunicarse. ¡Un maravilloso primer viaje a China!

I stayed at this hotel for my birthday weekend and from check-in to the end of my stay, everything was amazing. The 270-degree room was exactly what I wanted and more. The view was superb and honestly unforgettable. The birthday touches really made me feel special. I received a cake, fresh fruits, a lion mascot and even the bed sheets were decorated with a “Happy Birthday” message. This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China. Breakfast was excellent with a good mix of Western options and the staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely courteous throughout my stay. Special thanks to Nora, who checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. This hotel truly delivers luxury and a premium experience. If you’re visiting Qingdao, it’s an excellent choice and I would definitely stay here again.

Una sorpresa inesperada. De regreso a Pekín desde Shanghái, pasé por Linyi. Elegí el Hotel Pullman después de buscar en internet. El mejor hotel de Linyi hace honor a su nombre. El hotel está situado a orillas del río Yi, con un paisaje precioso. La recepcionista me arregló una habitación con vistas a la Torre de Televisión de Linyi. El paisaje desde la ventana es comparable al Bund de Shanghái. Hay un aparcamiento subterráneo exclusivo, seguro y cómodo. El servicio en todos los aspectos del hotel es muy bueno. El personal de recepción, planta baja, buffet y desayuno está muy bien de ánimo y tiene una atención de primera clase. Se nota que el hotel concede gran importancia a la formación en gestión y negocios. El hotel cuenta con instalaciones completas y equipamiento de alta gama. El buffet es muy variado, delicioso y asequible. El desayuno es abundante y tiene todo lo necesario. El gimnasio exclusivo del hotel está muy bien equipado y bien gestionado. Si vuelves a Linyi, no hay duda de que elegirás el Pullman Hotel.

Hotel is well located. Behind the hotel was a long distance bus terminal. It is easy to book a long distance trip to Penglai and the 8 mortals sights. The journey takes around 2 hours. If you are coming from Yantai Railway Station the walk is about 15-20 minutes walk to hotel or alternatively there is a public bus stop right in front of the hotel. By taxi CNY 9.00. Check-in staffs are nice and friendly. Hotel room is clean and rather hip too from the main door. A little set-back was the water kettle which I find a bit inconvenient wherever I need to boil water as you need to un-plug the whole kettle and it can’t filled much water. Not the traditional type of water kettle which I feel needed to be upgraded. Overall, a nice hotel to stay.
