The hotel is nice and to Changbaishan visitors centre is close by. The town to main street if walk takes about 20mins so better to get hotel shuttle service to drive around. The good thing about this hotel is that can arrange train station pick up and return but the arrangement is very troublesome. You need to have WeiXin and arrange 1 day before. The department that in charge for this service respond a little slow. Check in hotel process is smooth. Breakfast spread is ok. The driver that came to pick us was great and patients. We even engaged him to drive us to Yanbian for day trip where the national Park was close due to bad weather. Overall stay was good.

El hotel está situado en una zona de 3 estrellas y está situado en el centro de la ciudad. La primera noche nos asignaron habitaciones que están en el piso inferior, pero la segunda noche nuestras habitaciones estaban en el piso superior - piso 9. Las habitaciones en el piso 9 están renovadas y se sienten más modernos .

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff were especially polite, accommodating and thoughtful. They carried an elegant demeanour and exuded warmth in performing their duties. The carpet lining of rooms could be better maintained but the bathroom and bedding were spotless and clean.

Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Shangri-La es Shangri-La, y todo en Changchun Shangri-La me satisface. está completamente satisfecho. Durante el período en Changchun, el primer día llegué aquí a Youshan y Wanda se comió Haidilao; el segundo día fui a Jingyuetan y por la noche caminé por Guilin Road. El Museo del Sitio de las Sombras está bien. La gente de Changchun que conocí es muy confiada y pacífica, y es realmente agradable viajar a Changchun. Pero la satisfacción que lo atraviesa es Shangri-La. Confianza total. Además, el personal de recepción es de primera categoría. Gracias

El hotel es muy limpio, pero cuando estaba allí con mi familia, hay muchas construcción que se llevan a cabo cerca del hotel y llueve cada día cuando estamos en Changchun.
El hotel está muy bien situado y es muy eficiente cuando sólo teníamos 30 minutos a bordo de nuestro tren para llegar a Changbaishan. Con éxito hemos conseguido embarcar nuestro tren gracias a la Sra. Fu Yang.
La cocina de la cocina se ha reservado para nosotros de forma involuntaria y nos ha dado una actitud. Desde las anteriores evaluaciones de los huéspedes, hay muchas evaluaciones positivas en relación con el buffet, por lo que decidimos pagar por el desayuno buffet.
En general, permaneceremos en el mismo hotel si visitamos Changchun otra vez. :)
La estación de tren está muy lejos del hotel, pero también DiDi funciona bien.

UUsuario invitadoWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

ZZhoujinchen～從萬達凱悦過來，簡直是從地獄到達天堂，價格差不多（甚至還便宜了100）但是任何都比那強太多，不管是服務還是硬件。
一進房間已經在保温杯里泡好了蜂蜜茶擺好了果盤（每天不同的晚安茶飲品和水果入住每天都有，水果當地特色 桃子藍莓），房間裏的咖啡和茶葉都提高了n個檔次，還送了一小罐椴樹蜂蜜（好喝到已買），傍晚大堂吧還有免費的飲料酒水。凱悦除了一堆收費的零食飲料，衹有入住當天有蘋果香蕉等常見水果。
這邊湯池景色無敵，温泉環境也很好，還有好幾衹花栗鼠，下午去的基本沒人，隨便拍照。萬達暑期温泉跟下餃子是的，所有温泉裏面的一圈都坐滿了人，每個淋浴排隊2-3人（男士不排隊）。
由於這個酒店人沒那麼多，早餐每天都能坐到美麗的靠窗位置，早餐屬於超精緻那種，蝦餃燒賣小籠包、鳳爪排骨大蝦，每天有不同的麪（豚骨拉麪等），豆漿粥品明顯比大鍋飯強很多，當然種類沒凱悦這種人超多需要排隊的酒店菜品種類多，但是靠質量取勝了！
這裡有一整套小童用品+可愛的小孩拖鞋浴袍，連潤膚露都有；凱悦衹有小孩拖鞋+浴袍（我住多天，甚至有一天沒有浴袍），其他毫無，連牙刷都是大人的。
接駁車這裏都是專車專人送，一家人一輛車，還各種幫忙拿行李，時間也合適，到那溜一圈就準備上車了。
硬要説缺點就是估計地板老舊，有的地方會嘎吱嘎吱響。
