If you don’t speak the local language, I do not recommend staying at this hotel. It was incredibly difficult getting both on, and off the mountain “scenic area”. Some hotels in Trip reached out to us in advance to help coordinate transportation, this one does not. Your only way to contact the hotel is by calling, which isn’t feasible if you don’t speak the language. The hotel website showed that parking was available, so I thought we would be able to get there by DiDi, as long as I paid the fee to get the car into the park. This was not the case. We did see private vehicles, but I’m not sure what goes into that, but I believe 4 wheel drive is one requirement. So with our luggage, he dropped us off at the base of the mountain. It took a little while to get to the ticket office, you have to walk up several stairs and through a cobblestone market to get there, so we got nice and sweaty and uncomfortable. From there, you take a bus (ours had no underside luggage stowage) about halfway up to another stop. We had to awkwardly hold our luggage in the aisle of a full bus, while going up-hill and doing switch-backs. Everyone gets off about halfway-way up, at a station with several different buses. We asked for help and someone pointed us to the correct one. From the final bus stop up top, it was a short walk to the hotel. We figured going down would be much smoother, but after getting off the first bus, we accidentally got on the wrong one and started going back up. Overall, took us about 2.5 hours from the airport to the hotel, then just over three hours from hotel to the HSR station. Minor descriptions for the room were inaccurate. Ours was listed as on floor 3 or 4, it was actually basement level. The hotel is in the edge of the mountain, so it still had a scenic view. The window in our room was dirty (I expected more for what we were paying). The hand soap in the bathroom was in a re-used bottle and was watered down. Listed amenities said sauna and massage room, there are neither here (nor was there an offer of other local places to go when I asked). The breakfast food was amazing, including a hot, fresh bar with a chef making eggs and noodles. I wasn’t able to partake in the noodles one day because of the language barrier. Hotel staff was more hesitant than other places we’ve stayed in using translation tools and I felt like too much of an inconvenience in using them to ask for noodles. There is bottled water in the rooms, you can ask for more for free (they friended me via WeChat on Check-In and is largely how we communicated). There is free tea and snacks in the afternoon, the hotel was quiet so we were able to take up one of two seats that had an amazing view outside. The staff working the tea time was great and super courteous. You can hike to South Crag Palace and Nanyan Palace by foot, both are absolutely stunning. In summary, if we were to visit the area again, I would stay at a hotel at the bottom of the mountain (not in the scenic area) and use the day exploring/getting lost on the bus. While the view was great, it simply wasn’t worth the high price and the difficulty in getting there for non-locals. If I knew a hotel in the scenic area would reach out to me in advance to assist, then I would go for it. But unfortunately, with the way Trip.com works right now, hotels have to initiate that, guests cannot. I don’t recommend this hotel for non-native speakers.

Esta es mi sexta estancia en el Marco Polo. Quedé muy satisfecho con las anteriores. Esta vez, me sentí muy decepcionado. No sé si se debe a las vacaciones o a otra cosa. 1. Al registrarme, no me indicaron el número de piso del salón ejecutivo. El ascensor no subía. 2. La luz del armario no se apagaba la primera noche. Contacté con el personal y me dijeron que era normal. Les comenté que ya lo habían arreglado muchas veces y que esto nunca había sucedido. El hotel lo arregló al día siguiente. 3. A la 1:30 de la madrugada, hubo un problema en la habitación de al lado. Me despertó el personal hablando durante más de diez minutos, sin tener en cuenta a los demás huéspedes. Tengo grabaciones de vídeo y audio como prueba. La grabación se hizo a través de la puerta y el sonido es muy claro. 4. A las 6:30 de la tarde, el salón ejecutivo aún no había preparado los postres ni la fruta. Muchos platos llevaban más de una hora sin reponer. La comida no estaba tan buena como antes; era simplemente normalita. Antes, los platos de carne eran una parte importante del menú, pero cuando fui sobre las 18:00, apenas repusieron los platos hasta las 19:30. La loción corporal también estaba vacía cuando llegué; ¿no la revisan durante la limpieza de la habitación? 8⃣️ La plancha era muy difícil de usar y, lo que es peor, el cable estaba expuesto. Por favor, mejoren la seguridad de los artículos de baño. Los únicos puntos positivos fueron el excelente servicio en el salón ejecutivo; el personal fue muy responsable y atento, y los gofres del desayuno estaban deliciosos.

Cuando vi la recomendación del hotel de Wuhu International en línea, abrió la reserva en Wuhan. Cuando entró en el hotel, sentí un servicio entusiasta. Nice central location, super close to Wuhan Metro and within walking distance of Chuhehanjie Shopping Street. We enjoyed being able to get to all of Wuhan’s best attractions within a few subway stops like East Lake and the Hubei Provincial Museum. Also, we like the breakfast, would recommend buying it for at least one day, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

整體入住的體驗非常好，前台給免費升級了房間方便我們；我們到酒店的時候箱子非常多，值班經理劉女士主動幫忙送到房間；開窗正對面就是湖北省博物館，非常方便第二天的博物館參觀（應該是距離博物館直線距離最近的酒店了；酒店送的“遇見·勾踐劍”演出體驗也是非常驚艷，彷彿歷史閃回般；因為酒店步行過一個地下通道就可以到省博，我們一早就能入館，全天基本所有的重點珍寶和演出都體驗了（放了幾張越王勾踐劍和吳王夫差矛和其他精美文物的照片）；我們後來還落了一個包在酒店，酒店前台小刑很耐心細緻地幫我們找到了包，後來還操心幫我們把包安全移交給跑腿。總體的體驗是酒店非常正規、安全、安靜、整潔，酒店的服務水準也很在線。下次來省博還會首先考慮楚天粵海。👍

Professional service and great value: This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the staff are very professional. Excellent amenities including a gym and sauna. Its proximity to Wanda Mall makes it very convenient for shopping and dining. The buffet breakfast was also awesome. The complimentary photography session and the robot delivery service were impressive ”extras” that made the stay memorable.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，整體感受特別好。酒店位置便利，出行方便，周邊配套也很齊全，不管是吃飯還是逛街都很省心。前台小凡，小邱同學服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房效率很高，態度温和有耐心，有任何問題都能及時幫忙解決，讓人覺得特別貼心。 房間乾淨整潔，裝修簡約舒適，床品柔軟親膚，睡眠質量很好。房間設施齊全，空調、衞浴、網絡都很給力，用品擺放整齊，細節處做得很到位，沒有任何臟亂差的情況。衞生間乾淨無異味，熱水出水快，水壓穩定，使用起來很舒心。 酒店環境安靜，隔音效果不錯，完全不會被外界打擾。公共區域乾淨明亮，電梯運行平穩，安保到位，住得很有安全感。早餐種類豐富，口味不錯，食材新鮮，能滿足不同口味需求。整體性價比很高，服務貼心、環境舒適、設施完善，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，下次來還會選擇這裏，也真心推薦給身邊的朋友。
