Fue agradable, la gente que trabaja allí fue muy amable y servicial. Ojalá también sirvieran café por la noche. Me pregunto cómo funciona el depósito, porque al pagar me dijeron que solo era devolviendo la tarjeta. Los microondas también serán útiles, pero en general es un lugar genial.

A perfect location right on the coast with cozy fireplaces to take in the view of the beautiful west coast sunset. Check in was easy, The hot tub and pool were perfect for a late afternoon dip and relax. The gift upon arrival for our 30th wedding anniversary celebration was also a nice surprise. Also surprised by the local Space X launch which was pretty cool to see

I would love to stay here again. People who work here are outstanding professionals. I felt they care about guests. Travelers are also good well mixed. Love the ocean motifs wall decor. Spacious, coffee in the morning was great.

Hotel room was small but clean. Plenty of free parking and decent breakfast consisting of breakfast sandwiches, pancake and waffle maker, as well as yogurt and fruit. No daily housekeeping but you can request towels at the front desk. Quick check in and out.

¡La ubicación era la mejor! JUSTO en la playa de Venecia, junto al cartel de Venecia. El desayuno era bueno y el personal era amable. Lo único es que hay un club abajo en el mismo edificio, así que si quieres irte a la cama temprano no es agradable.

Nice hotel with a great environment. Nice to have some washing machines and dryers. The front desk was kind to postpone our checkout time.

Very poor internet connection. No wardrobe, not even a hanger nor hook for clothes. Booked a room for 4. 4 towels but only 1 hook (only one in the whole room) in the toilets for all to share??!! There is a microwave and a fridge. Iron but no ironing board. I called to check, was told that all rooms with the wardrobe room was fully booked. If there isn’t wardrobe available, the least is to provide more hooks around the room. The breakfast area is super crowded and crazy small given the numbers of room they have. BF selection includes scrambled eggs, beef patty, self-make waffle, cereals, whole orange, yoghurt, breads and muffins. 7 mins to SeaWorld and 3 mins to foods and stores. Overall, the room is clean, heater works well, plenty of carparks lots. All the staffs are working very hard (to replenish the breakfast) and housekeepers are friendly, it’s the Inn problems.

I booked a room here for my second night stay, during my trip. It overlooks the beach, so it’s colder at night. You must registered your vehicle during check-in, so front desk can provide you with an overnight parking permit, to leave on you dash, in order for you to park your vehicle on the premise. Parking is quite limited and can be tricky, but thankfully, I was able to find parking on the night I check-in. The room itself is okay, everything just seems and look a bit outdated, from beddings to bedsheets, curtains to furnitures to electronics (I.e., TV, A/C-heaters doesn’t even appear to work properly, and the hairdryer looks outdated also. My booking does come with complimentary continental breakfast, but it’s mostly just pastries, fruits, coffee and juice.
