Excelente hotel, todo estaba actualizado, los desayunos estaban bien, no eran superduper, pero puedes elegir, aunque mi esposo y yo tenemos preferencias completamente diferentes, la ubicación es excelente: el mar, los bazares, los lugares de interés antiguos, los tranvías, un gran centro comercial y Dikathlon, un supermercado, deportes y Mango; en general, hay mucho para disfrutar.

Добрый день! Только что вернулись из данного отеля. Перед поездкой читала много отзывов о Green Max и, честно говоря, ожидала худшего. Номера - да, требуют обновления ( особенно ванная комната+ маловато света в комнате и ванной, недостаточно розеток), но всё не совсем критично, если для вас это не главное. В комнете, тем не менее, чисто, тихо ( жили в корпусе Zeus), убирали каждый бень, минибар пополнялся. Еда не скажу, что очень уж разнообразная, но и не скудная, блюда по вкусу найти всегда можно и голодными уж точно не останетесь. Тем более, что в отеле много точек питания в течение всего дня. Алкогольные напитки среднего качества: пробовали красное, белое, розовое вино, мартини, пиво - нормально, а вот шампанское не понравилось. Персонал очень понравился - все вежливые, приветливые, очень много трудятся, всё чётко организовано, так что менеджменту отеля - 5 баллов. Территория отеля очень зелёная, красивая, цветущая, за ней постоянно ухаживают. Всё грамотно распланировано -молодцы. Анимация активная ( и днём, и вечером), молодёжи скучно не будет. Много всего для детей ( отдельная зона бассейна, водные горки, мини клуб, небольшая детская площадка). Море - главное, за чем мы ехали и что в этом отеле великолепно, особенно в первой половине дня, когда нет волн. А вот организация лежаков на пляже не понравилась - стоят очень плотно друг к другу, никакой приватности, приходилось занимать возле бассейна, там гораздо больше возможности для уединения, хотя часто слишком громко гремела музыка. В итоге отдых понравился, считаю, что цена/ качество очень хорошие. Отель советую, если с самого начала иметь адекватные ожидания.

I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.  On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked.  His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making.  I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT  received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !!  I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.  Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error,  I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

It was our first time going all inclusive in Antalya and we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The facilities are quite nice and the staff were very helpful and polite. There were quite a lot of option for food and drinks. Although I wish they will put more option on english food as the english breakfast cost extra. You can drink as much as you want including cocktails ans beer. You can also book pool table to play for an hour for free. They also offer tour but more pricey than booking it outside. And the massage were pricer than outside. The wifi is quite good as well. The TV in the room is out of date and small. Would be good if its bigger and with netflix.

El hotel es un hotel grande, donde todo está. ¡Se detuvo después de caminar por el camino de Likia por una noche. ¡Se podía ganar fuerza y disfrutar de comer! La vista desde el balcón es excelente)!

Отель оставил только положительные эмоции! Достался номер с двумя отдельными кроватями и с видом на горы! В номере чистота и порядок. Как и во всём отеле! Номер очень светлый и уютный. Никаких посторонних запахов. Ванная комната просторная. Завтрак по системе шведский стол - всегда в наличии омлет, варёные яйца, наггетсы, картофель фри, жареные сосиски, несколько видов сыра, колбаса, два вида маслин, огурцы, помидоры, сладкий перец, листья салата. Всевозможные виды джема и масла. Всегда свежий хлеб. Всё очень вкусно! Чай и кофе можно пить в любое время. На ресепшене ребята отдельная песня! Всегда помогут со всеми вопросами. Очень дружелюбные и приветливые. Многие говорят на русском языке. Это отель в котором хочется находиться! Большое преимущество отеля - он не на дороге, поэтому в нём тихо. Однозначно рекомендую на все 100%!!!

On Trip we booked Kamelya Aishen, but this hotel is closed now, so they provide room in Kamelya Selin which is fine. All inclusive is good to stay with children, food, drinks and ice-cream unlimited. Bar and restaurant is wonderful with good choice of everything! Big plus + Building nearby the beach with two swimming pool indoor & outdoor. +Mini club and disco open for kids everyday. - this hotel not provide toothbrush no toothpaste, so reception said go to shop to buy it... - noisy housekeeping service when they cleaning rooms from morning until everything very disturbing us!

В целом неплохой отель. Снимаю звезды из-за кухни. Приветливый персонал, на ресепшене прекрасный парень, женщина в СПА очень добрая, разговаривает по русски, помогала и подсказывала. Спасибо им. Отель чистый, уютный, людей немного. Возле бассейна пару человек, лежаков много свободных. Что касается номера, если не придираться, то хорошо. Ремонт новый, но.. где-то оторваны ручки у шкафов, лейка душа дешевая, стаканчиков для зубных щеток нет. Мыло, шампунь в наличии. Но самое главное, это кухня. Именно этот отель я выбрала из-за кухни, оплачивая не увеличила фото и не посмотрела, что нет плиты, но это еще не всё, все шкафы и ящики пустые, ни тарелок, ни столовых приборов, только чайник и 2 кружки. Уважаемые хозяева этого отеля, пожалуйста обратите внимание на кухню, зачем она нужна, если там ничего нет? Может ее оборудовать? Были включены завтраки: вареные яйца, сосиски, зелень, огурцы, помидоры, хлеб, соленый сыр кубиками, его на хлеб не намажешь, картофель фри, йогурт 2 вида, орехи, изюм, шарики шоколадные, пару видов печений, рахат лукум, кофе, чай, сок и всё. Wi-fi: если телефон выкл, то и в wi fi каждый раз надо заново заходить. Возле бассейна ловит плохо. Море: идти пешком минут 15-20, на пляже платные лежаки, песок грязный, везде валяются бычки, стаканы, вообщем очень грязно и дорога к пляжу, как помойка. В самом поселке идти некуда, очень много магазинов outlet с одеждой.. как рынки, по цене не могу сказать не были! Рестораны есть рядом, но все очень дорого, например паста карбонара 800 лир(~ 1800руб, бургер и картофель фри ~ 2000 р), есть забегаловки ну так себе, грязно очень, там шаурма 500 лир ~1000 р, в Анталии для сравнения 150 лир.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.
