We initially had a frustrating experience as our towels were delivered quite late. However, the situation was handled professionally by Manager Iza, who personally delivered the towels to our room and sincerely apologized for the delay. Her prompt action and attention to guests made a positive difference. Overall, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We booked four rooms and requested them to be located near each other, which the hotel successfully accommodated. However, housekeeping services need improvement, as one of our rooms was not serviced and there were some inconsistencies in room maintenance during our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. It is close to everything we needed, with Restoran Singgang Budu located right beside the hotel. There are also laundry facilities nearby, and plenty of food options within walking distance, making it a great choice for travelers. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and genuinely tried their best to accommodate our requests throughout our stay. While housekeeping could be improved, the service recovery by the management team and the hotel’s strategic location made our overall stay enjoyable.

All are superb Parking are available ay the back of hotel with charge rm2.20/day. Room are tidy and clean. Near to attractive location. Just for the room of improvement, Can provide more amenities such as brush teeth travel set and tea/coffee 3 in 1. Can variety the towel set. Towel quite smelly when in wet and got alot of mosquitoes inside the room. Do know where it came from. I guess from the window.

El hotel cuesta quinientos y pico, y las vistas de las Islas Perhentian valen cada céntimo. El hotel en sí, quizás unos pocos euros. Las Islas Perhentian son absolutamente impresionantes. Pasé tres días relajantes allí, y cada lugar que visité era hermoso. Todavía las echo de menos desde que volví a casa. Definitivamente es un gran lugar para unas vacaciones. Las instalaciones del hotel son bastante básicas. El primer día de mi estancia, descubrí que la lámpara estaba rota. El técnico tardó más de una hora en arreglarla. Esto debería haberse solucionado antes de que los huéspedes hicieran el check-in, lo cual fue una experiencia un poco desagradable. La cama se sentía un poco húmeda, así que recomendaría llevar un juego de sábanas desechables. El desayuno en el restaurante de las Islas Perhentian estaba bien, y puedes comer allí tanto el almuerzo como la cena. La comida era decente, pero el precio era bastante razonable.

Establecimiento antiguo. Se mantiene la limpieza. Opciones de desayuno limitadas y de calidad básica. Probaré villas y casas de huéspedes cercanas, ya que parecen nuevas. De hecho, no sabía que todavía hay tarifas limitadas para ir a las islas después de las 3 p. m., así que no necesito pasar la noche allí.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a really great stay at Awana Kijal! Overall memang sangat best dan selesa. Semua staff sangat friendly dan helpful, especially staff yang jaga entrance untuk breakfast — memang ramah dan welcoming. 🥰 Staff yang handle aktiviti lepaskan anak penyu pun sangat friendly dan baik dengan anak-anak. 🐢❤️ Really appreciate the hospitality sepanjang kami stay. Definitely a memorable experience and would love to come back again! ✨

All staff were friendly and helpful. Checked-in around 3.30pm and took about 15mins. Need to wait for a while before got the room but it’s ok since they served welcome drinks and mini tower and got sofa as well. Stayed at Bumbung room but our room didnt have the beach bag, might be forgot to put? And telephone also not working. Informed the receptionist about this and they wanted to send someone to fix but since took some time so we told no need (my brother’s room was beside us so just used his haha). food 4/5 for me. For dinner we ordered room service. Restaurant sent the menu via whatsapp and can order from there. chicken roselle so good but fried squid with mango salad was a bit meh. Since we went there during low season, bfast was ala carte but of course with unlimited order. Their teh tarik and coffee really good. Love all the food except for laksam which quite bland. They got lots of activities that can try but since we just wanted to chill so didnt try any. Just stroll around the resort. swimming pool area sooo beautiful. The view there really amazing. We also got to see the infamous peacock of Tanjong Jara. Anyway, we had good time there. Would recommend the to people who want to relax and escape from city life.

El paseo en barco dura 45 minutos. Bájese en la primera parada y contacte con el hotel para un servicio de transporte; el trayecto hasta el hotel es de menos de 10 minutos. Hay un restaurante local al lado del hotel; su arroz frito con tomate está bastante bueno (👍), aunque las judías verdes están un poco crudas, pero los precios son razonables. El restaurante del propio hotel también está bien; puede comer allí si no quiere salir. El desayuno buffet del hotel es bastante abundante, ¡y a los niños les encantó! 💕 El hotel tiene un estudio de yoga, gimnasio (necesita tomar el autobús lanzadera del hotel para subir a la montaña), un parque infantil, camas elásticas, billar 🎱, ping-pong 🏓, mahjong 🀄️ y ping-pong ⚽️. La playa está justo al lado de la piscina 🏖️. Si quieres hacer snorkel (nosotros fuimos a las 9:00 y a las 14:00; llega al centro de buceo 10 minutos antes), tienes que reservar con antelación en el hotel y luego ir al centro de buceo, que está detrás del restaurante, a recoger el equipo y esperar la salida. Hay muchos cangrejos pequeños 🦀 en la playa del hotel y muchos peces pequeños 🐟 en el agua; incluso hay peces más grandes en las zonas más profundas. El hotel es muy cómodo; los niños se quedaron 3 noches y no querían irse. Sin duda, volveremos a alojarnos en este hotel la próxima vez. A veces, los monos merodean por el balcón, así que por favor, no cuelgues la ropa allí, ya que podrían llevársela. La habitación es una cabaña de madera 🏡, por lo que las instalaciones son bastante antiguas. Muchos objetos muestran signos de humedad y moho, y los servicios básicos son bastante normales. Las personas con trastorno obsesivo-compulsivo probablemente no podrían alojarse aquí.

El complejo y todo el personal son simplemente increíbles. Si está buscando una isla para escaparse, este es el lugar para estar. La playa privada es impresionante y ninguna necesidad ni exigencia quedó insatisfecha. Las habitaciones están limpias y ordenadas y las camas son extremadamente cómodas. Sólo tenga en cuenta que la isla se compone prácticamente de este complejo, especialmente durante la temporada de monzones. No hay mucho más que hacer (excepto hacer snorkel y buceo); en general, es hermoso si buscas relajarte en el paraíso.

La habitación es limpia y muy buena desayuno. Situado en el centro de la ciudad de Paka y cerca de Masjid Jamek. Seguramente se quedará aquí durante el próximo viaje a Paka.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was comfortable and clean, and the environment was quiet and relaxing. The facilities were well maintained, and the staff provided good service. Nice view and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a very satisfying stay. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
