Bonito hotel con un lugar estratégico. Bueno para descansar después de explorar Georgetown. Hay muchos restaurantes y todo está a poca distancia. Este lugar es muy bueno también porque ofrecen un aparcamiento en el hotel (cuesta RM6 por día), que sigue siendo asequible. Pero sería mejor si pudiera mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones. Mi habitación está bien, pero tiene una mancha como de sangre en la manta y también algunos pelos en el suelo. Por cierto, sigue siendo un buen lugar para quedarse.

Es un hotel frente a la playa. El personal de recepción es amable y atento. Hay una tienda frente a la recepción donde se puede comprar ropa de batik, recuerdos, trajes de baño y joyería. También hay un salón con vistas al mar. Allí podrá relajarse con música y disfrutar de bebidas. La habitación es limpia y espaciosa. Hay una piscina infantil. Es una playa agradable para que los niños jueguen y naden. Los huéspedes pueden aparcar en el aparcamiento. Hay un gimnasio con vistas a la piscina, pero es pequeño y no cuenta con muchos aparatos. Hay varios restaurantes a poca distancia a pie.

It was a nice and hassle free stay. The place was very clean and nicely maintained. I would recommend this place to my friends and families.

Ventajas: Impresionantes vistas al mar y una playa muy tranquila. Hermosas vistas a la montaña justo afuera de la habitación. Dormir con la brisa marina y el sonido de las olas fue sumamente relajante; uno de los mejores sueños que he tenido últimamente. El ventilador de techo mantuvo la habitación fresca y hay aire acondicionado disponible si es necesario. Desventajas: La ubicación es un poco incómoda. Había moho en el techo del baño. El cepillo de dientes no fue proporcionado como se prometió y los artículos de aseo no eran muy buenos.

We have a vacation in penang and stay in this hotel, it is very comfortable and relaxing, nice bed and pillows, full amenities provided, the swimming pool is very fun also, there is complimentary parking provided, location is convenient, close to all the hawkers and food courts, as well as sight seeing places, hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, always attend to our needs, breakfast is good also, we highly recommend this hotel.

Surprised by how clean it was despite being an old hotel in the area. I am overall satisfied with the hotel and my room, especially the cleanliness of the toilet and tub area. If I have to be really fussy and pin point a thing I did not like, it would be that the blanket is slightly thinner than I would normally prefer a hotel blanket to me. However, this is just my very fussy side speaking. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4.9 out of 5. I had booked a room with breakfast during my two days there for a workshop. Both days are somewhat the same, food was decent. The workshop provided lunch which led me to again dining in the lunch buffet section, overall it was pleasant. I like it that the hotel provided a variety of Penang food over the two days. My fav was the rojak which I took a photo here haha! Hub enjoyed the pool and hot & cold pool (sadly the sauna was under maintenance). Before I checked out, I also happened to be part of the Penang heritage launch ceremony. So, I got to see some of the really beautiful art work and nyonya clothing items on sale at the pop up stalls at the lobby too. The hotel also was serving nutmeg juice and Penang famous snack 豆沙饼. I must mention too, that I got a sea view room which allowed me to see the extension project by MBPP. There was a very happening and lovely park opposite the hotel just minutes walk away. I couldn’t help to bring myself over and was really happy to experience the joy of the families enjoying the facilities there. Huge slide, lots of climbing equipment and a very decent skatepark! Running track was very nice too! You must check it out if you’re in Penang! It was overall a pleasant stay in all.

Un establecimiento muy bonito desde fuera. Pero el hotel está envejecido (se ha quedado anclado en sus antiguas costumbres). Un ascensor estaba averiado, el segundo tenía la pantalla rota y algunos botones rotos, lo cual no resulta muy tranquilizador para un apartamento en la planta 25. Solo el tercer ascensor funcionaba correctamente. Vistas al mar, pero muy lejos del centro, donde se concentra la verdadera actividad de Penangue. Suite económica, pero aislada. Quizás merezca la pena elegirla en un día soleado; de lo contrario, no merece la pena.

We stayed 1 night at PARKROYAL Penang for our honeymoon, and the experience was truly amazing from start to finish. The hotel upgraded us to a Family Deluxe Sea-Facing Room with garden access, which made our stay extra special and comfortable. During check-in, we were warmly welcomed with fresh flowers and welcome drinks, which immediately set a lovely tone for our honeymoon. When we entered the room, we were so happy to see beautiful honeymoon towel arrangements with chocolates,such a thoughtful and romantic touch that made us feel celebrated as newlyweds. One of the best parts of this hotel is that it has direct access to the beach. We had dinner by the beach at Gustoso, and the experience was amazing. The atmosphere was romantic and relaxing, and the food was really good, which made our evening even more memorable. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices, and the overall environment of the hotel is stunning, beautiful surroundings, peaceful vibes, and perfect for couples. Thank you to the team at PARKROYAL Penang for making our honeymoon stay so memorable. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for couples celebrating special occasions ❤️

It is a very best hotel so far. Nice room with king and single size bed for a family room. The toilet is quiet spacious and water also very heavy, good to shower. Room is clean, and also a nice view at the main entrance. Will stay here soon later.

Este es un hotel nuevo y limpio, convenientemente ubicado entre Batu Ferringhi y George Town. Llegué temprano, sobre las 11:30, pero amablemente nos permitieron registrarnos, lo cual agradecimos mucho. En Grab, se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar a la playa de Batu Ferringhi y unos 20 minutos a George Town, aunque el tráfico puede ser bastante denso durante el día, por lo que el tiempo de viaje puede ser mayor. El sistema de inteligencia artificial no siempre respondió con fluidez, pero aun así pude usarlo para solicitar que me enviaran artículos a mi habitación. Me alojé en Nochevieja y el hotel organizó una fiesta de cuenta regresiva junto a la piscina. No hubo fuegos artificiales, pero el ambiente fue agradable. Tanto la piscina como la zona de la playa son muy bonitas, y el desayuno ofrece una buena variedad de comida. En general, es un buen hotel para alojarse. Sería aún mejor si ofrecieran un servicio de autobús de ida y vuelta a George Town y la playa de Batu Ferringhi.
