It was a nice and hassle free stay. The place was very clean and nicely maintained. I would recommend this place to my friends and families.

Staff very friendly & helpful. It just that the room can be quite noisy when it's raining & it just happen to be thunderstorm the day we go there. The room also got leaking everywhere but the staff really helpful that they try to help us with our thing

everything is ok.. the breakfast food is delicious while eating you can see the sea.. the view is beautiful.. the location is good.. the beach is close to the hotel.. only the cleanliness is a little lacking in the room.. the bed sheet is dirty but a little.. the worst thing is the smell of the pillow is a bit less pleasant.. hope the hotel can make improvements

The accommodation is in a convenient location, easy to travel to, and there is a convenience store at the hotel. The hotel is near the sea, has a good atmosphere, and the receptionists are friendly and provide detailed information about the room. There is a room deposit of 100 ringgit, which will be returned on the check-out day.

Todo está bien.. la habitación es limpia y cómoda, la vista es hermosa. La playa está detrás del resort. Sólo el ascensor tenía un gran problema. Fue demasiado lento, y esperamos 20 minutos pero todavía no podíamos bajar. lleno de personas. Tenemos que usar las escaleras para bajar al 15o piso.

Breakfast many variety and many people and crowded. Hotel located 15mins from airport. However it is out of town. First time tourists is not advisable to stay there. Surrounding with restaurant in Malay village. You can hear the mosque pray time in the Morning and evening. We choose to stay here for the pool access experience and we need to attend the wedding. The room is very spacious and long. Good with big family as there are 2 king size beds, indoor bathtub, small pools facing the sea, sauna room, jacuzzi seem not working. We check-in early and we didn’t face to long queue. During 5pm, we saw many family are queueing to get the room. The facilities are great for young children - board games, indoor playground, swimming pools. The hotel is front of the beach but unable to swim. You also can see some village boat parking there.

It is a beach front hotel. The reception staff is friendly and nice. There is a shop opposite the reception . You can buy shop batik clothes, souvenirs, swimsuits and jewellery there. There is a lounge too with open sea view. You can feel relaxed with music and enjoy drinks there. The room is clean and spacious. There is a swimming pool for kids . It is a nice beach for children to play and swim too . Guests can park car in the car park. The is a gym with swimming pool views. But it is small and not lots of equipment. There are some restaurant in walking distance.

Este es un hotel nuevo y limpio, convenientemente ubicado entre Batu Ferringhi y George Town. Llegué temprano, sobre las 11:30, pero amablemente nos permitieron registrarnos, lo cual agradecimos mucho. En Grab, se tarda unos 15 minutos en llegar a la playa de Batu Ferringhi y unos 20 minutos a George Town, aunque el tráfico puede ser bastante denso durante el día, por lo que el tiempo de viaje puede ser mayor. El sistema de inteligencia artificial no siempre respondió con fluidez, pero aun así pude usarlo para solicitar que me enviaran artículos a mi habitación. Me alojé en Nochevieja y el hotel organizó una fiesta de cuenta regresiva junto a la piscina. No hubo fuegos artificiales, pero el ambiente fue agradable. Tanto la piscina como la zona de la playa son muy bonitas, y el desayuno ofrece una buena variedad de comida. En general, es un buen hotel para alojarse. Sería aún mejor si ofrecieran un servicio de autobús de ida y vuelta a George Town y la playa de Batu Ferringhi.

Very nice view from the room window and the hotel lounge. Room is spacious and clean. Parking space is from level 2 to 9. Easy access to food court just walking distance opposite from hotel lobby. If easy access to ferringi area.

Surprised by how clean it was despite being an old hotel in the area. I am overall satisfied with the hotel and my room, especially the cleanliness of the toilet and tub area. If I have to be really fussy and pin point a thing I did not like, it would be that the blanket is slightly thinner than I would normally prefer a hotel blanket to me. However, this is just my very fussy side speaking. Overall, I would give this hotel a 4.9 out of 5. I had booked a room with breakfast during my two days there for a workshop. Both days are somewhat the same, food was decent. The workshop provided lunch which led me to again dining in the lunch buffet section, overall it was pleasant. I like it that the hotel provided a variety of Penang food over the two days. My fav was the rojak which I took a photo here haha! Hub enjoyed the pool and hot & cold pool (sadly the sauna was under maintenance). Before I checked out, I also happened to be part of the Penang heritage launch ceremony. So, I got to see some of the really beautiful art work and nyonya clothing items on sale at the pop up stalls at the lobby too. The hotel also was serving nutmeg juice and Penang famous snack 豆沙饼. I must mention too, that I got a sea view room which allowed me to see the extension project by MBPP. There was a very happening and lovely park opposite the hotel just minutes walk away. I couldn’t help to bring myself over and was really happy to experience the joy of the families enjoying the facilities there. Huge slide, lots of climbing equipment and a very decent skatepark! Running track was very nice too! You must check it out if you’re in Penang! It was overall a pleasant stay in all.
