We stayed for 6 nights and the location couldn’t get any better. On the doorstep to Mandrem beach which is also a lot quieter than the other beaches. Food wasn’t great and overpriced food/beverages in general (especially alcohol). We went half board and still had to pay for soft drinks for dinner. However we spent our days on mandrem beach and we ordered from a place called mandrem beach shack which was very reasonably priced for food and cheap alcohol. I’d recommend using that restaurant for drinks and food if you don’t go half board/ full board. We found it quite unprofessional as we were shortchanged each time and they kept the extra as tip as they couldn’t give any change. Overall, great location and perfect for the beach.

Goed gelegen hotel midden in Arambol. Service prima, zeer goede keuken met redelijke prijzen. Leuke kamer met balkon en uitzicht op zee. Vriendelijk personeel.

Номера в хорошем состоянии, но про то, что сушить вещи негде, не врали. Пользуйтесь разработкой: берете вешалки, на них ожежду, развешиваете на все возможные поверхности и включаете вентилятор. О,н кстати, потолочный: от жары спасет, но это не точно. Кондиционер, как я поняла, не работал в нашем 105 номере. Вид из него не фонтан, но зато без посторонних глаз, если, конечно, под окнами не будут люди гулять.
Кормят нормально, но однообразно. Последний день поели хешбраунов (драники), вот это сильно обрадовало. Сладкий стол отсутствует (точнее, есть фрукты два вида и кексы). Возможно, в ”сезон” иначе, мы были в конце марта.
До моря близко. Кушайте в сильвер спуне и будет вам счастье!
Спасибо за отдых.

El personal es todo sonriente y amable.Bajo la ventana del café en el que el maravilloso cocinero Ganesh es mágico, luz, amable y la alma más amplia del hombre.Cada visitante escuchará y hará todo en el nivel superior exactamente lo que querían.Mis deseos fueron ¿Qué pasaría si no sólo tenía sabor y placer, sino que también me hiciera útil? Y también comió la vaca, que vino cada mañana para los chips de arbusto, sí, nadie.Recomendado a All.The match de precio y calidad supera las expectativas.

Отель нам понравился! Все супер. Есть конечно к чему придраться:)( для меня это не хрустящее пастельное бельё) а так все норм завтраки а-ля шведский стол (а-ля это перекус на пару часов вам хватит, если вы мужик) не далеко от пляжа чистенько!
Но вот омрачили поездку создатели этого приложения из за войны с Ираном у нас отменили вылеты из Шарджи и нам пришлось купить другие билеты. Просили их поменять даты они да поменяем и свяжемся с отелем. Потом пришел отказ но в процессе переговоров я связывался с отелем они говорили, что с ними из трип кома ни кто не связывался, так что имейте ввиду при бронировании вам на встречу триповцы не пойдут! А отель клёвый!

Начну с лучшего: персонаж шикарный, начиная со входа и все с кем нам довелось взаимодействовать, вежливые, улыбчивые, искреннее настроены помочь и максимально удовлетворить все ваши адекватные потребности - это просто пушка, мегареспект. Приезжали всего на ночь с семьёй, это была вынужденная остановка, но к отелю это отношения не имеет, утром на завтраке нам приготовили лучший за все время омлет с молоком, потом мы спросили кашу, которой не было и какао, парнишка даже не знал что это такое, загуглил и нам все сделали! Территория красивая, дорога на пляж приятная, номера прекрасные! Песок на пляже мелкий, скрипучий как снег - просто рай!!
Ну и минусы которые требуют категорического внимания:
1. Пол в номере был ОЧЕНЬ грязным, мы приехали поздно вечером, уложили детей, приняли душ, ходили там по номеру, а утром посмотрели на свои ноги и офигели. Жена ради прикола взяла салфетку и провела по полу - лучше бы этого не видеть🤣
2. В бассейне очень чистая вода, сам бассейн с разной глубиной, очень комфортно - НО, в детской, более мелкой, зоне бассейна просто невозможно находиться, очень сильно тянет мочой из туалетов, прям воняет именно на уровне воды и метр выше. Если отплыть в противоположный конец, там все хорошо, проветривает.
3. Мы с проблемой не столкнулись, но мне кажется маловато лежаков на бассейне и пляже(8 шт), возможно пляжные лежаки больше актуальны для европейцев, тогда должно хватить.

GOX空港に着いて、ホテルがないことに気付き、急遽4日予約しました。
空港からタクシーで45分ほどのところにあり、ホテルからビーチも徒歩5分と便利でありながら落ち着いたローカルな雰囲気のあるホテルでした。
とにかくホテルスタッフの対応が素晴らしく、とてもフレンドリーでありながら丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。
ハウスクリーニングも毎日綺麗にしてくれて、とても気持ちの良い旅になりました。
また来年も訪れたいと思うホテルです。

Отель утопает в зелени, красивая, ухоженная территория. У бунгало есть террасы.
Локация неудачная. 5 мин от моря, но там пустой пляж, ни одного лежака и зонта. Идти до лежаков достаточно далеко, минут 15 по побережью.
В номере есть все, кроме горячей воды))
Завтраки не очень хороши. Кофе машины нет, только растворимый кофе. Даже кипяток для чая нужно просить отдельно. Из всего шведского стола можно есть только яичницу и фрукты.
Персонал на русском не говорит, не очень расторопный

El hotel está situado en la zona de la agrupación Goa, donde se celebran fiestas y eventos, y si quiere dormir tranquilamente en la noche, este lugar no es para usted. La música y las bases de las fiestas más cercanas se sentían justo en la habitación, y el sueño era casi imposible, incluso con las cejas o los oídos.

UUsuario invitadoЗдравствуйте! Персонал по- русски не говорит, раннее заселение за дополнительную плату невозможно. Персонал медленный, номерной фонд ооочень старый и дряхлый. К сожалению, на сайте фотографии нн соответствуют номерам отеля. Отель полностью вегетарианский, единственное что радует это самое близкое к пляжу месторасположение из всех отелей которые рядом. Не уверен, что ещё раз поеду в этот отель и уж тем более не буду советовать друзьям.

AAkanksha KanwarThe stay was marvellous… thankyou to the team at front office who did our checkin , fnb who prepared and served the food with live, room service who made sure we get the room clean and organised when we are back. I will definitely book the same once I m back to Goa. Taxi stand is near and the area is very safe for the female travellers.

UUsuario invitadoHaving arrived at st Regis Goa our expectations were high and we were truly looking forward to spending Chinese new year eve. On arrival everything seemed a bit chaotic in the lobby and then I soon found out that they were expecting a wedding and the next day was fully booked because of that. As we got through the day I noticed that the staff were all paying attention mostly to the wedding preparations and not the in house guests. From this hotel I expected a better service to be honest and even the so called special butler assigned to us was responding with delays of almost an hour which is not nice for such a so called high standard hotel. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but decided against having dinner at the property because even though I mentioned it is Chinese new year no special do up was done for us so even though I did not expect given that we were in India and they don’t celebrate obviously but since I did mention at check in this would have brought out Regis standards in a big way as they are known for worldwide but no special thing was organized for us. The shower drainage was blocked and I had to unplug the cover just to let the water drain out. This should be checked before guests arrive. Even the towels had this strange odour which only means it was not laundered properly. Otherwise the property is great but they should improve for the standard they portray and the rates they charge. Also another point to note is that while booking through trip.com I booked a better level room and after I paid it was immediately cancelled and refund was provided but strangely when I tried to re-book the price had gone up significantly and this is not a nice thing to do to guests. Now I’m not sure if this was the booking app failure or failure on part of the hotel but notable to mention nonetheless. So I opted for the normal lagoon room instead because I felt cheated and didn’t want to pay more for something that was clearly indicated. Pool was fantastic and room was decent but big mosquito problem on the property. We actually stayed next door the previous night at holiday inn and didn’t notice mosquitos as much as here so beware and get enough repellant. The carpet in the room also needs to be deep cleaned as it was literally black with dirt. Even spider web in the room. Shocking for a Regis hotel. Hats of to the garden cleaning ladies who do a fabulous job and the valet and entrance staff and the guy who gave us a nice welcome and welcome drink. Breakfast was fantastic so speaks volumes of the chefs and staff behind the scenes. Highlight of the hotel no doubt. Best one so far in India!

We were shown to our room and things explained.
The balcony was small but ample.
The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue.
The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter.
The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby.
The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way.
The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though.
The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning.
Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble.
We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection.
If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss.
Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in.
All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice.

DDoufutravelsFor our India trip, it’ll be Little India Beach Cottages that’ll be our special haven! Goa is a beautiful stretch of India already, but this hotel has gone above and beyond to make it shine all the more! We’d originally booked a standard room, but we wanted something bigger so we asked at reception for some options. They jumped at the chance to help us, suggesting one of the larger spaces which had separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. It became our little home for three nights—and we loved it! That night, we tried to hotel bar and restaurant, and from then, we ate there daily. The food is divine and easily some of my favourite Indian food! As typical Brits, we loved the sweet and spicy potato! We also tried Cabo (coconut liquor) for the first time because of the wonderful recommendation from Sonu! Sonu made sure we were looked after whenever we wandered into the restaurant, hungry and in need of some delicious curry! He was so warm and really helpful with my dietary requirements! He’s such a sweetie!!
We also booked our excursions through the hotel. Kapil was not only our driver but also our tour guide! He’s super knowledgeable about Goa to an almost superhuman level! He was such a laugh on the trip and made sure we had the best time possible. He really taught us a lot about life in Goa and how the history shaped the people and life the there. He was also the one to drop us off at the airport so we got to leave on a high note!
Generally, all the staff were fantastic. We were sad to leave our haven by the end.

UUsuario invitadoThe hotel itself is nice and clean, the room we had was 511 which if you want to walk to the beach going out the back way is a nice short cut, security guys are on point and really nice, only thing I would say the reception staff could do with some ramp up, what I mean by that is when we had checked in we was told that our passports will take 5 minutes to scan which to us was a bit alarming, scanning a document in today's day and age takes seconds, once that was done we was told ok you’ve checked in room 511 and that was it. So we asked the question ok it is our first time here are you able to point us in the right direction towards the room, to the response we got was 'oh you don't know where the room is' to which it replied 'happening to be our first time here no we do not know where the room is'
Just this little issue did put us off on day one but what can you do, apart from that we didnt have any other issues.

They know how to treat their guests.
They decorated the room, and arranged a surprise, everything was special.
There was a small blunder, but they made up for it, and sorted everything out, a perfect 5 star experience.
Also the attached beach by the hotel… is a different sensory experience to wake up to.

UUsuario invitadoThis resort has the potential to be good as it looks well, has a decent pool area and the rooms are well proportioned. There is just something missing in the fine detail of running a resort.
Breakfast was decent but we found dinners disappointing, particularly the risotto which was delivered cold and then seemingly microwaved when we pointed this out.
We attended a Sao Joao pool celebration which was a bit disappointing, it supposedly started at 12.30 but decorations were still going up at 1pm.
Most disappointing was when we arrived very early due to a night train arriving four hours early but we’re not offered as much as a glass of water and when we asked if our bags could be stored whilst we purchased breakfast we were told no and just to eat poolside. Saying that most other staff we dealt with were friendly.
