Ich wurde bei meiner Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen – eine Renovierung oder zumindest der Austausch einzelner Möbelstücke wäre wünschenswert. Die Stromversorgung funktionierte erst nach ein paar Versuchen zuverlässig. Die Abend- und Morgenmahlzeiten konnte ich leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen, aber am Morgen wurden mir freundlicherweise Alternativen angeboten. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzial

Muy buena experiencia en el hotel HM Martinique de Magaluf los puntos positivos : 3 piscina + sauna y hammam se puede encontrar una tienda tan útil para comprar comida o bebida , El único punto negativo es el wifi que no funciona muy bien por mi parte . Le hammam n’était pas fonctionnel aussi pendant mon séjour . Plage à proximité.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Ubicación: La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para relajarse. Hay una parada de autobús a solo un minuto a pie, y los autobuses pasan con frecuencia, lo que facilita el desplazamiento. También hay algunas tiendas y restaurantes locales cerca, lo cual fue muy práctico. Personal del hotel: Los recepcionistas fueron encantadores, amables, acogedores y atentos desde el momento en que llegué. El personal de limpieza también fue amable e hizo un excelente trabajo. Sin embargo, mi habitación estaba justo enfrente del cuarto de limpieza en el cuarto piso, y empezaban a dar portazos alrededor de las 7 de la mañana, lo que me interrumpió el sueño. Experiencia en la habitación: El aire acondicionado no funcionaba cuando llegué, pero el técnico del generador lo arregló en 30 minutos, lo cual agradecí. Restaurante y comida: El personal del restaurante en el último piso, especialmente las camareras, a veces eran un poco insistentes, y algunas terminaban sus conversaciones personales antes de servir (un poco poco profesional). La comida del restaurante fue decepcionante. Pedí una pizza por 10 €, pero no se parecía en nada a la foto y me decepcionó muchísimo. Por otro lado, el desayuno fue excepcional: abundante, delicioso y con una presentación impecable. Nunca había disfrutado de un desayuno tan generoso en un hotel. El personal del desayuno también fue increíble y muy atento. ¡Enhorabuena! Instalaciones: La piscina era fantástica, y si te encanta nadar en el mar, este es el lugar perfecto: un acceso precioso y unas vistas espectaculares. Notas para viajeros solitarios: No recomendaría este hotel si viajas solo y buscas conocer gente. La mayoría de los huéspedes parecían un poco antipáticos, y como pertenezco a una minoría étnica, sufrí algunas miradas incómodas. Esto no es necesariamente culpa del hotel.

Fue imponente que eligieran la música para ti, especialmente cuando preferirías algo diferente o el silencio. El servicio de recepción fue aceptable, aunque no excepcional. Las mujeres de la recepción me parecieron más amables y serviciales. El desayuno fue lo más destacado de la estancia, ya que ofrece una amplia selección de opciones deliciosas. La ubicación del hotel cerca del centro de Ibiza es conveniente, pero la calle donde se encuentra el hotel es frecuentada por gente local de clase baja, que puede sentirse insegura después de las 23:00. Si bien el ruido de la calle no era audible en la habitación con vistas al mar, desaconsejaría reservar una habitación que dé a la calle. La falta de ventanas de doble acristalamiento dificulta el sueño, especialmente con un ruidoso supermercado cercano que pone música tecno a todo volumen hasta altas horas de la noche, junto con su ruidosa clientela. Además, el restaurante también era ruidoso. Además, hay opciones limitadas de aparcamiento disponibles. La recepción no proporciona información al respecto y la calle en sí no parece ofrecer mucho aparcamiento, lo que puede ser un verdadero problema si planeas alquilar un coche. En resumen, a menos que planees salir día y noche y no requieras estacionamiento, recomiendo evitar las habitaciones con vista a la calle por el ruido y la falta de comodidad.”

The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Another reason I keep coming back is the atmosphere—Hotel Bendinat is peaceful, refined, and never overcrowded. Unlike larger resorts, it maintains a boutique, exclusive feel. El personal es muy agradable. El desayuno es muy bueno, aunque siempre el mismo, pero con mucha variedad. No puedo opinar sobre las cenas porque solo teníamos el desayuno, sin embargo, cenamos dos veces en el hotel y no tengo ninguna queja. Las piscinas están relativamente bien, aunque la de la azotea no es muy profunda (1m) y faltan tumbonas en ambas piscinas; no hay suficiente espacio para todos. Sin embargo, el gran punto negativo son las habitaciones, al menos la nuestra. La rejilla de ventilación del aire acondicionado tenía moho. La bandeja de ducha estaba rota en algunos lugares, el agua a veces salía caliente y a veces fría, lo cual era muy desagradable. No teníamos terraza, por lo que era imposible secar los trajes de baño y las toallas. Las paredes no tienen aislamiento acústico, se oye todo lo que pasa en las otras habitaciones, así como el ruido en los pasillos. El hotel está al lado del aeropuerto, por lo que hay ruido de aviones, pero es soportable. La zona de alrededor está bastante bien, con muchos restaurantes y tiendas.

Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.
