El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son amplias con todo lo necesario. Los diferentes espacios de piscinas son top. Mini golf, billar, volley playa, realmente todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. A 5 minutos a pie, a pocos minutos a pie. Recomiendo este hotel para un servicio muy bueno sin tener que gastar un presupuesto muy abundante.

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

Excellent Family Stay in Ibiza with Minor Areas for Improvement Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island. What We Loved: Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family. Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay. High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer. Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Areas for Improvement: Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests. Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained. Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement. Negative Aspects to Report: We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay. Overall: Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless, relaxing, and incredibly well-suited to balancing work and well-being. Facilities & Comfort: The resort offers a unique blend of tranquility and professional amenities. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

We stayed at AluaSun Continental Park for four nights and overall had a very nice stay. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food selection was good — I’d rate it around 8.5/10. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the reception team. Our first room was close to the elevator and unfortunately very noisy, especially in the mornings because sound really carried through the hallway. After the second night, we were able to change rooms, which we really appreciated. The hotel has clearly been in use for quite some time, and you can notice some signs of wear, for example in the showers and in parts of the rooms. However, this was absolutely fine for us overall. The rooms are quite spacious, the beds are soft and comfortable, and considering the price, we felt the hotel offered good value for money. If you are sensitive to noise, we would definitely recommend asking for a room further towards the back of the hotel, away from the elevators and preferably along one of the carpeted corridors, as these areas seemed much quieter. The location is very convenient. The beautiful beach is only about a 6–7 minute walk away, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and Lidl is around 3 km away. The hotel does not have its own private parking, but there is quite a lot of free parking available in the surrounding residential streets. Depending on how busy it is, you may have to park a little further away, but even in the worst case it was only around a 5–6 minute walk back to the hotel. The Alcúdia area is also a great base for exploring Mallorca, and we definitely recommend visiting Alcúdia Old Town as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if you are looking for a well-located and reasonably priced base for exploring the north of Mallorca.

La ubicación del hotel cerca del centro de Ibiza es conveniente, pero la calle donde se encuentra el hotel es frecuentada por gente local de clase baja, que puede sentirse insegura después de las 23:00. Si bien el ruido de la calle no era audible en la habitación con vistas al mar, desaconsejaría reservar una habitación que dé a la calle. La falta de ventanas de doble acristalamiento dificulta el sueño, especialmente con un ruidoso supermercado cercano que pone música tecno a todo volumen hasta altas horas de la noche, junto con su ruidosa clientela. Además, el restaurante también era ruidoso. Además, hay opciones limitadas de aparcamiento disponibles. La recepción no proporciona información al respecto y la calle en sí no parece ofrecer mucho aparcamiento, lo que puede ser un verdadero problema si planeas alquilar un coche. En resumen, a menos que planees salir día y noche y no requieras estacionamiento, recomiendo evitar las habitaciones con vista a la calle por el ruido y la falta de comodidad.”

Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Cama comodísima y almohadas de 10. Vistas espectaculares al mar, pero no está a 500m del centro, más bien al doble y además hay 121 escaleras. El desayuno son 15€ en el hotel. El jacuzzi pequeñito y compartido. El personal muy amable excepto las recepcionistas de mañana.

La ubicación es bastante buena, todo está cerca, incluidos supermercados, restaurantes, etc. Es muy conveniente para ir a todas partes. Está en el centro de la parte occidental de la isla. Llegamos a cenar y mi marido lo describió como un mercado de ganado. Había demasiada gente y, de nuevo, no quedaban tenedores ni vasos. Salimos y fuimos a comer a otro sitio. Una experiencia gastronómica muy estresante y caótica, y nunca más lo intentamos. Intentamos pedir algo de beber en el bar principal de la piscina del hotel, pero nos dijeron que necesitábamos los llaveros que venían en la mochila, algo que nadie nos avisó. Al parecer, las pulseras del todo incluido no son suficientes. Al final no usamos el todo incluido y gastamos más dinero en otro sitio. Las piscinas estaban limpias y acogedoras, pero la gente reservaba todas las tumbonas con antelación. La ubicación era buena, a un corto paseo de la playa y a 5 minutos del parque acuático, que fue muy divertido. Hay un pequeño restaurante genial al lado que sirve curry, kebabs, pizza y bebidas por la noche, y también una tienda Spar a un par de minutos.
