¡Recomiendo muchísimo esta habitación doble con vista al mar junto a la playa de Shichangzhe en el distrito de Laoshan! La ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos minutos a pie de la playa, lo que la hace increíblemente conveniente. La habitación ofrece una vista panorámica del mar azul, con vista directa a la playa de Shichangzhe. Podrás contemplar el amanecer sobre el mar por la mañana y sentir la suave brisa marina por la tarde. Las camas individuales son amplias y cómodas, la ropa de cama está limpia y confortable, la habitación es luminosa y limpia, y las instalaciones son completas. El baño tiene ducha y WC separados, y los artículos de aseo están a tu disposición. El ambiente es tranquilo y apacible, lo que garantiza una estancia muy confortable. We recently stayed at this resort and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is just outside the city, about a 40-minute drive, and the drive there is beautiful. The resort was also very easy to find. Check-in was simple and smooth, and the staff were excellent throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. The room was large and clean, although it does show some signs of age. The hot springs, pool, and slides were a lot of fun and were kept clean, which we really appreciated. That said, some areas, especially the roof and floor surfaces, also show visible signs of aging and could use some maintenance. Our room did not have coffee or tea available when we arrived, but the staff provided it very quickly after we asked, which was great service. Breakfast was average, but for only a slightly higher price, it is worth including with your stay for the convenience. Overall, this is a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, especially if you are looking for a getaway just outside the city.

At first, Nicky took great care of me during check-in and gave me a special gift and experience. Plus, Nicky is handsome. Haha. Kimi was also a great staff member to me during check-out. El ambiente y el servicio del hotel fueron excelentes. ¡Muy recomendable! Está muy cerca de las atracciones, me volvería a hospedar aquí la próxima vez. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y el desayuno era abundante. Sin duda, elegiré este hotel de nuevo para mi próximo viaje. ¡Muy satisfecho!

The positive attitude and service performance of the staff ranging from front desk, concierge/security to breakfast restaurant and house keeping is excellent. The classic hotel personal service with a modern twist makes the stay a memorable experience. On my check-in, Ms Xiao Jiao and Ms Xiao Cong gave me and explained briefly the leaflet on the hotel’s suggested tourist attractions in Yantai. They also enthusiastically exchanged small RMB notes with me. They also gave me a piece of mooncake of my choice (and during my check-out too). The restaurant staff is attentive, replenishing food and drinks and attending to requests promptly. Due to my lack of command of Mandarin and accent, the chef cooked the wanton instead of the mackerel dumplings for me, he immediately served me the dumplings when he realised the miscommunication. The next morning, after serving me the mackerel dumplings, he, I think, recognised me, suggested I could add soup and condiments to the dumplings. I find their fleshly cooked dumplings are even better than the dumplings from the most famous dumplings restaurant in Yantai. The concierge staff on 2 days helped me book taxi using her phone app, paying in advance on my behalf as booking via internet cannot be settled in cash. The concierge/front desk lent me umbrella without question. After a delayed and tiring flight, Mr Xiao Gao brought me to my room and explained the mechanics of the switches in the room. There was a hand-written welcome note from Ms Liu, with 2 cups of white fungus/goji drink beside it. The drink together with the note and fruits in the room, not only soothed my dry throat but also lifted the mood. House keeping provided fruits, white fungus/goji drink and dried chrysanthemum/rose flowers (to prepare for drinking) and 4 bottles (500 ml) of water daily, with up to 14 bottles at the lift lobby on my floor, and guests can also request house keeping for more bottles. On my check out day, during my breakfast, they left at the door handle, a bag of goodies, fruits and bottles of water and souvenirs (4 key chains with various types of sea shells), together with a hand-written farewell/bon voyage note from Ms Liu. Well done The Center Hotel staff, you are a pride to the hotel, the hospitality industry and Yantai!

Este hotel me lo recomendó un amigo antes de venir a Qingdao. Está justo al lado de la playa Shilaoren. Cuando llegamos en taxi, el conductor nos dijo que tenía vistas de primera línea al mar. Al llegar, todo fue realmente impresionante y satisfactorio. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, y el baño también era grande, con tres zonas separadas. Tenía piscina y gimnasio, y se podía acceder directamente a la playa desde el hotel. El desayuno, tanto occidental como chino, ofrecía mucha variedad y estaba delicioso. El hotel también ofrecía un servicio de fotografía de viajes. Cada habitación recibía tres fotos gratis que se podían hacer en el interior, en el césped o en la playa. El proceso de selección de fotos al día siguiente fue muy fluido y las fotos quedaron genial. Descubrimos que se llamaba Jinghong Travel Photography, y la verdad es que fue excelente. El servicio en todas las áreas fue muy bueno. Al salir, un empleado nos ayudó con el carrito de equipaje hasta el taxi. En resumen, si tengo la oportunidad, definitivamente regresaré.

El hotel ofrece un servicio muy bueno. El hotel está muy bien situado y muy útil. Quiero dar las gracias a Sophia , Reya , Joy. El desayuno chino es absolutamente bueno. Definitivamente escogeré y permaneceré aquí si voy a ir a Qingdao otra vez.

We arrived at the apartment quite late, around 1am, feeling exhausted. Unfortunately, we were greeted by a staff member with a rather rude attitude, which left us with a poor first impression. The apartment is spacious and can comfortably accommodate five of us. However, it is visibly aged, with noticeable wear and tear in several areas. The sea view from the window is pleasant, although it is not a full 180-degree view as it is partially blocked by another tower. Cutlery was not provided in the unit and had to be requested from the front desk, which was a bit inconvenient. Nevertheless, the service is generally good. A robot delivers meal orders directly to the unit, and parcels can also be received at the lobby, although guests need to collect them personally. On two occasions when I had to leave early and was unable to attend breakfast, I requested a takeaway option, and they kindly prepared boiled eggs and fruits, which was much appreciated. The location is strategic and within walking distance to May Fourth Station, MIXC Mall, and May Fourth Square. Overall, it was a good stay despite a few shortcomings.
