Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

La ubicación del lago era muy agradable. Todos los habitaciones estaban frente al lago. Disfrutamos de las comodidades, el restaurante y la zona de juegos. ¡Nos gustaría que todos tomaran el tiempo para visitar la ciudad de Ghost .... compartir la historia de la zona. ¡Hasta ahora!

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

Our stay was amazing, rooms were excellent, clean, modern and comfy, also even though we didn't have the ocean view, it was still beautiful to see out the window. The restaurant was pleasantly surpising. For a hotel restaurant we werent expecting highly rated quality, but all the meals we got satisfied us and impressed us a lot. We usually only save one night for hotel restaurant, but we ended up having multiple meals here because the food was just that good. Will definitely be coming back

Muy bonito hotel con buena ubicación.. y vista al río Fraser ... bienvenido del recepcionista con un regalo por comprobar en ... botella de agua, & chocolate. Disfrute de su estancia y encrusta este hermoso hotel

U can enjoy the free tea and cakes around 1600-1700 at lake view restaurant. The opening hours of the hot spa is long enough for you to enjoy from morning to midnight

Need to line up for checking in- But good thing the female receptionist is fast. I wasn’t able to find the gym. Reception is not answering calls. They don’t offer breakfast. No face tissue inside the room. No dringking water. Don’t expect too much. Otherwise, not bad as we are just there for a night.

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

Esta vez fue un poco decepcionante, ya que me asignaron una habitación justo al lado de la piscina, así que tuve que cerrar todas las cortinas para tener privacidad. Un poco anticuado en comparación con mi estancia anterior. Lo mejor que recomendaría a otros es que hicieron todo lo posible por registrarte incluso si llegabas muy temprano. Tenía un vuelo de más de 14 horas y necesitaba urgentemente la cama, pero lo arreglaron sin decir nada.
