It was a shame the weather was wet during our stay, but it didn't stop us from having a good time. The glamping tents at NRMA Port Arthur Holiday Park were spot on—cosy and warm, which was perfect for the miserable weather. Our five-year-old loved seeing the birds wandering by, and we even spotted a possum near our barbecue. We were also super close to the Port Arthur Historic Site, which meant we could still get out and explore between the showers. The glamping tents are a great option for families and we'd definitely recommend them.

Its a decent deal for the price however, by no means is it 4 star. They did'nt even have a dental kit available, had to go to a nearby supermarket. Also the carpet in the room is pretty bad. Washroom is quite nice and modern

入住前已經電郵通知酒店會較晚入住, 大約晚上八至九點,入住當天星期六,當日提前到達是下午五點半,酒店前台星期六,五點關閉,不能直接進入,不能得到任何幫忙,前台櫃檯燈已關上,唯有等待其他住客出入時,因本身沒有國際電話使用,向住客借電話嘗試查詢,最後通過住客聯絡酒店,得到幫忙,取得鑰匙進入房間. 入住當晚氣溫較低,嘗試調整室內空調,因為係中央控制,但因此台已經停止服務,房間內有電話可以聯絡一個遠端服務處理中心,得到答案,暫時沒有任何支援可以幫助,只有等待明天,房間內提供給客人穿著的房間拖鞋沒有準備,

This hotel is at a great location in St Helens. It is really good value for money so I did not expect much. The essential amenities were provided and the room was equipped with kitchen utensils like toaster and dishes. The only thing I was not entirely happy with was the noise. This is because the room is on first floor facing the street. Overall I am satisfied with the stay.

Recomendamos con firmeza a la autoridad del hotel que añada una microondas a la habitación. Si no es posible, al menos mantenga una alternativa. La actitud del receptor no fue tan satisfactoria. Esperamos una buena actitud de ellos. Se recomienda mejorar el estándar de la baño/baño.

Stayed 5 nights in the hotel. It’s a standard hotel room size. We booked Mountain View room, can see some part of the water. It’s not too near about city center, will take some time to walk to Salamanca Market. If you have a car instead, it’d be great as there is free car park. It’s a nice hotel with great service. And casino is next to it, can play during your stay.

The glamping tents were more luxurious than we could have hoped for! We were only staying one night but I wish we could have stayed longer. The bed was really comfy and the facilities were spot on. We weren’t aware about the beach access road but it was so lovely being able to walk from our tent straight down to the beach for sunrise! Matt was so friendly and lovely.

La casa de huéspedes tiene una ubicación privilegiada, y el cheque - en proceso es un brisa. Las habitaciones no sólo son insensiblemente limpias, sino también tienen un encanto único. Si mis amigos planean una visita a Stanley, les recomendaré sin duda que se queden aquí.

시설이 참 잘되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 그리고 6시 이후에 체크인을 해도 리셉션 옆에 우편함에 친철히 설명으로 적어놓으시고 쉽게 묶을 곳을 찾을수 있었습니다.

Nice clean apartment, bedrooms are upstairs with cushioned stairs. Spacious bathroom, hot water tank needs to have some break to heat it up after 3 ppl long shower. Staff is helpful, when there’s an issue they helped within a few minutes. 1 laundry was always used and needs to get the timings. Penguin tour guides are kind and friendly. Cute Penguins, rabbits, wallabies etc. Beautiful beach, enjoyed walking. Beautiful stars on the dark sky at night.
