I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience with the front desk staff. I arrived at the hotel Sunday 01 march around 12:30 PM and politely asked if early check-in was possible. The two women working at the reception told me that no rooms were available until 4:00 PM. I said that was fine and that I would wait in the lobby. However, while I was waiting, several other guests arrived and they were checked in immediately. It was very clear that rooms were available, which made the situation feel unfair. Later, I approached the desk again with the same guests who were checking in and said that I had a reservation for today. The receptionist acted as if nothing had happened and looked visibly annoyed. During check-in, she tried to charge my card again for the reservation, even though my booking had already been fully paid online. When I saw the amount and asked what it was for, she could not clearly explain it. I had to tell her again that the reservation was already paid. Both receptionists then started checking the system and appeared irritated and nervous in front of other guests. Eventually they explained that there was a security deposit of $50 per day, which I completely understood and agreed with. However, they attempted to charge the wrong amount again, and I had to question it once more before they finally corrected the charge to the proper deposit amount. Overall, the situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. First I was told to wait until 4 PM while other guests were checked in, and then I had to deal with confusion about charges that should have been clear from the beginning. The hotel facilities are good, but the front desk service was very disappointing and needs improvement.

This hotel is aging, but the location is amazing! We traveled to Cleveland for my son's birthday trip to a Cavs game. Upon arrival, the valet was extremely congested. No one came out to welcome us or anything so I thought all the valet were out parking cars. Instead, three of them were inside, laughing and talking. There was no mention of cost anywhere, so I was very surprised at the $50/day charge upon checkout. Considering it took them an hour to bring my car back to me upon check out, I would say that charge is VERY exaggerated. When we went to check in, I was surprised that they needed a credit card to hold $200 on. I prepaid and expected they would need a card on file, not to hold funds. Anyway, our first room seemed nice. It had an amazing view of Rocket Arena. But, I decided to rest a minute and when I looked at the ceiling, it was falling apart!! This was something I decided to give a pass on, considering the age of the building. However, when I got up to shower and there was a huge clump of long brown hair on the wall, that was too much for me. I went to the front desk and they were very nice about the issue and quickly moved us to another room. The rooms are basic. There is an armoire with an iron, two bottles of water, a coffee maker and coffee and a mini fridge. The televisions in the rooms are very large, that was nice. Check out was easy, just a lobby full of people all waiting for their cars to show up! The only other thing I can say is that I paid for a supreme room through Trip and was only given a standard room. So, there must be a miscommunication between Trip and the hotels. Be wary...

The hotel was centrally located to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Although the parking was not right on the property it was in a covered parking lot within a short walk to the hotel and the cost was included in our stay ! The front lobby looked rather new and was clean and shiny. Front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hotel room was very clean and accommodating for 2 of us and came with the amenities you would generally expect. We had a king bed and it was comfortable, although the pillows were rather soft and despite both of us having 2 pillows each we could have used 1 or 2 more to be more comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was well done with a good variety of choices for us as we eat a carnivore diet. The coffee was a good as you would get at Starbucks. I don't know her name but the staff member who kept the buffet full was definitely one of the hardest working individuals I have seen. She was friendly, accommodating and exceptional and the hotel should award her appropriately. The only negative to our stay was that on the 2nd day of being there we returned later in the day after sightseeing and our room had not been serviced by housekeeping. I called the front desk and the staff person who had checked us in informed me that they had forgotten to tell us that housekeeping is only every other day. Staff member did provide us with additional towels however it would have been nice to have the bed turned down and used towels taken away.

Месторасположение отличное. ”Уставший” отель, раньше это явно было на высоком уровне. Завтрак не брала, поэтому оценить не могу. Не смотря на очередь на ресепшене работают быстро. Отдельно хочу написать про освещение в номере выбранной мною категории ”делюкс”... В ванной перегорела лампочка, в комнате ни торшер, ни настольная лампа не работали, в одной из прикроватных ламп, также света не было.

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de Cleveland, donde se encuentra el hotel. El kick- start que ofrecen fue sorprendente! Fue una cena completa incluida en el precio del hotel! PLUS 3 bebidas adultas por adulto de estancia! Eran bebidas clásicas, pensando vodka de cranberry y whisky y cocaína. El desayuno también fue delicioso! El hotel tiene mucho más que el desayuno continental normal. La zona de comedor era muy limpia y mantuvo bien. Nos dirigimos a 5 minutos a la Casa de Blues para un concierto. La caminata estaba muy bien a la distancia del centro de la ciudad. El hotel es muy limpio, es un poco demorado (no hay salidas USB, el piombo es obviamente viejo, y se drenó un poco lentamente, pequeñas TV, viejo tapete) pero no se ha alejado de su encanto único de la antigua época con toda la mármol y la iluminación. ¡Las camas y las galletas son muy cómodas! Mi hijo mencionó que desearía que hubiera traído un buen vestido, BC su son muy finas. También nos interesaremos en permanecer en diferentes lugares de sequía cuando viajamos!

Excepto por la ubicación, nada más merece la palabra Renacimiento. Higiene: sucia y pobre Habitación: pequeña Cargo: caro

Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.  Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.  We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.  On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.  Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing……… I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down.  You really need to deliver on your promises.  So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

El hotel es en realidad más viejo, las instalaciones están completas, pero el entorno general es general, como alojamiento de viajes, la ubicación es conveniente, no se sugiere unas vacaciones, el precio es bajo.

Buena ubicación con entorno tranquilo a pesar de la gran carretera. Muy cerca de muchas salidas en los comunes de Rookwood y el pavillón. Muy cómodos camas. Conexión fuerte a Internet. Grande TV con muchos canales. Balneario grande y limpio. Me gustaba estar aquí. Hay que mencionar especialmente a un joven destacado llamado Mike. En un primer momento no pudo encontrar mi reserva a pesar de que tenía un número de reserva confirmado. Me di cuenta de que mi nombre de colegas estaba en la lista de invitados y luego me di cuenta de que hice la reserva bajo el nombre de mi colega accidentalmente sin haberlo hecho. Gracias a esta resolución, pudimos inspeccionarnos sin tener que hacer una nueva reserva y hacer la pérdida de la reserva trip.com. ¡Un gran kudos para mike para salvar nuestra viaje de negocios de ser un desastre!!
