Ok so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience. Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert. Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus. From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout). The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy. In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.

Para ser un hotel de lujo tan caro, esperaba que la habitación estuviera más limpia. Se notaba la limpieza básica, sobre todo en el baño. Había manchas en la ropa de cama que me hicieron fruncir el ceño. Llegamos un viernes por la noche y salimos tarde, pero nadie vino a nuestra habitación a reponer las toallas, así que tuvimos que llamar para pedir más, lo cual no fue gran problema, solo que teníamos mucha basura del fin de semana y un montón de toallas sucias. Fue un fin de semana muy concurrido, ya que estábamos allí para un torneo de voleibol, ¡y casi todo estaba lleno! Creo que las ”tarifas del resort” fueron totalmente innecesarias, ya que no pudimos hacer mucho y mis hijos solo pasearon y observaron a la gente; pagar 1000 dólares por el precio normal del hotel ya es suficiente. Era un evento de ”alojamiento para jugar”, así que no teníamos otra opción. Los restaurantes del hotel eran mediocres y ¡escandalosamente caros! Sentí que era un pozo sin fondo y que esa era su única intención. Estábamos en el piso 15 y teníamos una vista estupenda del amanecer/atardecer justo al lado de la puerta de nuestra habitación, y creo que eso fue lo único que realmente disfrutamos allí.

En general buen hotel de ese tamaño y número de huéspedes. Personal amable, la habitación estaba muy limpia. Buena ubicación. Había mucha gente la fecha en que nos registramos. Fue un poco inesperado que tardaran tanto en registrarse. También cobrarían más de lo esperado porque hicimos el check-in antes de las 4pm.

Perdí el autobús 112. Desde Manhattan, tomé un tren de 10 dólares al aeropuerto. Luego, del tren pasé al tren lanzadera del aeropuerto, y fue muy conveniente llegar a la P4. Bajando las escaleras estaban las paradas de los autobuses lanzadera de los diferentes hoteles. El de este hotel estaba bajo el letrero número 2. Tuve suerte, el autobús llegó en 2 minutos y me llevó directamente al hotel. El servicio del personal fue muy bueno. Había agua y máquina de hielo disponibles. La habitación también estaba bastante bien, aunque el papel pintado estaba un poco sucio. Como era solo para pasar una noche de tránsito, no hacía falta ser muy exigente. Por la mañana, el autobús lanzadera al aeropuerto también transcurrió sin problemas.

Hotel muy grande, la habitación está bien, hay un despertador, solo dormí dos horas y sonó, fue difícil conciliar el sueño debido al jet lag, el aire acondicionado estaba apagado para enfriar y estaba caliente cuando se encendió, no había agua gratis y no se nos permitió registrarnos temprano incluso si llegamos por la mañana, y no se nos permitió registrarnos hasta las 3 en punto.

La distancia directa desde el aeropuerto de Newark es de sólo 3 kilómetros, pero primero debe tomar un tren pequeño y luego hacer transbordo al autobús del hotel, que tarda aproximadamente media hora. Para ir a la ciudad, un taxi cuesta unos 60 en horas de menor actividad y un tren cuesta 16,8 por trayecto, pero es necesario hacer transbordo a Penn Station. La mayoría de ellos son viajeros en grupo, por lo que puede considerarse un hotel rentable. El desayuno se puede pagar en el lugar por 19 € por persona. En general es bastante espacioso, pero las instalaciones son relativamente antiguas. No hay agua mineral y la calidad del agua aquí es muy mala. Cuesta 6 dólares en la recepción. El agua es muy cara en Nueva York. Pero el café es bastante completo. Solo puedes hacer el check-in después de las 4 en punto. No sé si es una regla unificada o un requisito separado para viajeros individuales😂. Bono de recorrido en autobús: No se recibieron indicaciones ni información.

Esta es la segunda vez que hemos estado en este hotel. Funciona bien para nosotros porque está cerca del aeropuerto de la libertad de Newark. Hay unos pocos lugares para comer en este hotel, pero no mucho. El hotel está muy cerca de la zona de la ciudad, y tiene un par de restaurantes. En nuestra habitación, como antes, los puertos USB en la cama no funcionan, y la presión del agua es bastante baja. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. No necesariamente un romper, pero me pareció que alguien se hubiera ocupado de esto. Cuando nos quedamos allí antes de viajar, también proporcionaron transporte al puerto de crucero costing$36 por persona. This hotel was a good choice very clean very posh selection I love how the hotel had two sides one side updates stayed on the updated side the guests at the hotel were very friendly staff members were friendly it was an amazing time

We left already counting down to our next visit, and we cannot recommend it more highly.
