From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were professional, patient, and helpful. We arrived at varying times due to shift rotations, and the staff accommodated our check-ins and room assignments efficiently. They were understanding of our group’s needs and provided quick assistance when we required extra keycards, directions to nearby stores, and help with logistics such as early morning check-outs. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, even though some of us had to sleep during daytime hours after night shifts. The air conditioning worked well and was easy to adjust — very important for technicians coming in from long hours in server rooms or outdoor installations. The workspace setup in the rooms was decent, with desks and accessible power outlets. However, more ergonomic chairs and adjustable lighting would be a major improvement for those of us who have to log in remotely and work through tickets or troubleshooting after hours. Wi-Fi performance was fair overall — adequate for emails, documentation, and remote access to most of our systems. That said, we did encounter intermittent connection issues during peak hours, which caused delays in remote diagnostic sessions. A dedicated high-speed option for business users would be a valuable addition. Breakfast was solid, with a good mix of hot and cold items. However, as many of us work early mornings or late nights, more flexible dining hours — or at least a 24/7 grab-and-go station — would have made a big difference. Several times we returned late from jobs and had limited food options available. Having microwaves in all rooms (not just suites) would also help, especially for reheating meals during odd hours. Parking was sufficient for our work vehicles and easy to access, which saved us time during morning departures. Being able to come and go at any hour without hassle made our daily schedules much smoother. We also appreciated that the hotel is located close to supply stores and quick-service restaurants.

Airconditioning was making so much noise so I couldn't sleep properly. The bathroom also smells like it's connected to the sewers. Overall, the room didn't feel ”clean”, it could be better. The hot shower is great though. The staff were really nice and accommodating so it compensates for the room issues. The breakfast choice is limited but for the price it's a fair lineup. Location is great since it's near the bus terminal and a lot of restaurants.

me and my girlfriend had fun staying here! The room is clean we also enjoyed the pool, restau and their free breakfast! They have nice stuff too! 😊

En primer lugar, comprobamos en la habitación a lo largo del camino no puedo dormir debido al ruido así que llamé a la mesa delantera para cambiar la habitación es tranquilo.. pero el calefactor en nuestra habitación no funciona.

El hotel es medio y en una ubicación muy buena. La estructura del edificio todavía se ve nueva, sólo no hay ascensor. Mi único alimento es el personal necesita más atención al comprobar la habitación cuando está listo para que los nuevos huéspedes utilicen la habitación. El hotel está en una habitación de baño, y el hotel está en una habitación de baño. En general, tuve un buen descanso en mi habitación.

El hotel está muy lejos del centro de la ciudad. Debe tener un vehículo privado ya que se encuentra a un poco de 5 minutos a pie de la carretera principal. El hotel tiene un tema estético para los muebles y los equipos y una sala privada para programas y eventos. También tiene ducha caliente y baño espacial. Hay un poco de premio en los precios de la comida que es comprensible, ya que las comidas son excelentes. Esto se recomienda para las reuniones familiares y excursiones.

Very convenient location in Cauayan since it’s near the airport. The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Perfect for early flights or a quick and easy stay. Just noticed that the pool had some burned leaves or ash, maybe coming from outside, so it could use a bit more maintenance. Overall, still a good experience and would consider coming back 😊

It was my 2-3rd stay here it’s a nice hotel and breakfast was also good.
