Stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The hotel is well designed, and staff were friendly, greeting you in the hallways when passing by. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Also appreciated the good coffee in the room. Would stay again.

El estacionamiento es limitado. En general, todo está bien. La televisión es buena porque hay muchos canales. Me dieron una habitación en el piso 11. Vistas. El desayuno tiene muchas opciones (6:30 a. m. - 10 a. m.). Cepillo de dientes, pasta de dientes, peine, jabón y champú están incluidos. Si te quedas una noche, no te preocupes por comprar artículos de tocador. El gimnasio es gratuito. Si tienes que pagar por el spa, por cierto, el pan de ajo está delicioso. Si tienes un presupuesto limitado, es más recomendable. Justo al lado de Eastern Plaza puedes ir de compras, como Karoks y Tgk Wyg Kerrr. Por cierto, el vestíbulo tiene una tienda abierta las 24 horas.

This is our 3rd stay at Sky Hotel. We booked a 2-bedroom suite and checked in at night, but unfortunately the room was not clean. There was dust and powder on the sofa, the floor was sticky and dusty, some flooring was chipped, and there was an unpleasant smell. We called reception to request a room change but were told the hotel was full. Housekeeping came to check and confirmed the room condition. We took some photos and went down to the reception counter, after discussingabout 10 minutes, the reception offered us an upgrade to a bigger suite, which was clean and much better. Appreciate the staff for resolving the issue quickly, but the room cleanliness should be improved.

Room is clean and well equipped. Free snack or iced tea available at a lobby. Famous restaurant is on the ground floor with 15% discount. However it opens late so not good for breakfast(or maybe closed due to holiday) nearby nothing. Only good if you have a car to explore.

Excelente ubicación, justo al lado del agua. Tiene piscina e incluso una piscina infinita. Y lo que es más importante, las habitaciones están limpias, son modernas y tienen una cocina funcional (¡nevera grande, cocina y fregadero!). ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente los Citadines por sobre los hoteles de “marca”!

Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Kota Kinabalu. The hotel is located in a very convenient area with lots of restaurants, cafes, malls, and the waterfront all within walking distance. Perfect location for sightseeing and food hunting. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a nice city/sea view. Staff were professional and friendly during check-in and throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was decent and the facilities were well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend for both couples and families visiting Kota Kinabalu.

Overall stay was so amazing! The facilities well functioned, services was great , public transport was easy to get. The hotel provide huge car parking for those who brings car. You also can bring your partner for fine dine since the hotel got rooftoop cafe and the views was so fabsss!! Well recommend everyone . Kuddoss to LA teams ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My comments related to building services, but not the house owner:- 1. Only 3 lifts are available, have to wait for 4 to 5 minutes 2. No ventilation system inside the lift. 3. No aircon or ventilation system main lobby. 4. Gym room and equipment is below the mark

El espacio de la habitación es muy pequeño en comparación con el hotel Sixty3 en el que nos alojamos las primeras dos noches. La ubicación no es tan buena como la del 63. Por lo tanto, por el espacio y la ubicación y por un precio más alto que el 63, no recomendaría este hotel. El único aspecto positivo de este hotel es la piscina, que tampoco me gusta. Jaja

Overall experience is nice. Room is clean and spacious. Service is fast. The only thing that is not so good is their food. Food variety is too less and doesn’t taste good. Dont have the picture so here is the sunset at Tanjung Aru.
