I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements. 2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles. This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is always clean. Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

No cerca de la estación La habitación es pequeña pero el diseño es genial y el restaurante y la cafetería son encantadores. El servicio también es bueno. La tienda de Tokio es más bonita. Una estancia corta de dos noches es la mejor opción.

The location is excellent, and the family room for four was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the luggage courier service—highly recommended! Ms. Saito was exceptionally patient and assisted us with care, helping to arrange the transportation of eight pieces of luggage to Tokyo seamlessly.

ラグーナのナイトプールの後、宿泊させて頂きました。 有料道路が20時で閉鎖される為、それまでにチェックインしないといけないなど、宿泊前はハラハラしましたが、電話で細かく説明して頂いたり、チェックイン後は、親切丁寧な接客や、遅くに到着したのに翌朝の朝食の確認などきめ細かいご対応で凄く好印象で良かったです。 今年から、リニューアルで頑張って見えるとお聞きして納得しました。 また、梨🍐のサービスや、水回りは改装され綺麗で、価格が安く大満足です。 今回は大変お世話になり有難う御座いました。 コスパが良く大変おすすめです。 また、次回の時は宜しくお願いします。

残念ながら、大浴場の入場時間に間に合わなかったのですが、泊まった部屋からはお城が見えて、良い滞在になりました。川沿いで駐車場も無料で良かったです。ホテルのカフェのスタッフさんのサービスも親切でした。

¡Buen lugar, a pie a la estación de Nagoya JR y a otras atracciones como el castillo de Nagoya y los diferentes distritos comerciales! ¿El pequeño quirque de la habitación es la falta de un espacio para poner ropa mientras ducha, y la caldera por alguna razón no se detiene después de que haya cocido? Pero al menos el personal fue amable y rápido para resolver los problemas

¡Muy decepcionado de que el gimnasio solo pueda ingresar de 6:00 am a 8:00 am y sea gratis! En todos los demás horarios deberás pagar JP$3300 por vez. Definitivamente no vale la pena si tengo que pagar esta cantidad. No muy cerca de la estación de Sakae, ya que necesitas caminar unos 10 minutos. ¡El personal es muy amigable! Pero en general, el hotel es demasiado caro en comparación con otros hoteles en Nagoya.

Always stay in this hotel whenever I'm on business trip to Toyohashi, best hotel in town, spacious and cozy. Lounge have free coffee and wine for guests. Nearby train station.

Hotel is pretty aesthetically well designed. Love the interior and the lifestyle vibe. Staff are friendly and helpful. Recommended for couples that are having a short vacation at Nagoya, walking distance to a nightlife street. Love their breakfast! Very fresh and delicious options available!

Location for the win! Decent room and bathroom size, with bathtub. Staff was efficient and could converse well in English. We did not opt for breakfast, preferred to get our own elsewhere but understood that if we chose to have our breakfast with the hotel restaurant it has to be settled immediately and not during check out. Express checkout option suited our morning departure. A set of kids amenities was provided to my child during check in, cute! Hotel also included a set of fresh towels for him during daily housekeeping. Highly recommended this hotel for ease of travel especially to airport by train upon departure.
