Recientemente me disfruté de una estancia fantástica en el Courtyard del Marriott Nagoya Hotel, y quiero destacar algunos servicios excepcionales que hacen nuestra visita memorable. Amenidades pensables La crema de hielo de bienvenida para mis hijos fue una agradable sorpresa. Gerente de funciones Sr. Andei Ho Un momento de espera de nuestra visita fue cuando el Sr. Andei Ho, el Manager de Deuda, vino a ayudarnos durante una de nuestras noches en el hotel. Cuando volvimos de un día fuera y tuvimos que almacenar algunas propiedades en el concierto, el Sr. Andei nos acercó y nos comunicó en Cantonesa. Su amable deseo y disposición a ayudarnos realmente nos hizo sentir bienvenidos. Asistencia proactiva Después de nuestra salida, el Sr. Andei nos notó tratando de llamar a un Uber en el lobby y proactivamente ofreció ayuda llamando a un taxi en vez de eso. Teniendo en cuenta que teníamos demasiado equipaje, él se fue más arriba y más allá marcando las ubicacións de recoger y deshacerse para nosotros en la estación de Express del aeropuerto, garantizando una salida suave. Un día, nos vio esperar fuera por un taxi y proactivamente pidió a un colega que viniera a ver si necesitamos ayuda llamando a un taxi. I would have given an Excellent rating if not for their poor wifi connection. We did not have wifi for both of our room for most part of our 4 days stay due to their ”technical” issue. I find it amazing that this problem was not even resolved within 1-2 days. However, the layout and cleanliness was excellent. Room was huge and squarish with separate shower and toilet. The washing area was like an island top separated out from the bed area and it was spacious. The hotel is about 10min walk from Nagoya station and you will walk past Yanagibashi Central Market.

The room is quite spacious. The furnishings felt a bit dated but the housekeeping crew did a nice job of keeping the room very clean. My only complaint was that you cannot turn on the air con during winter time, because the thermostat was locked. Even after we had turned off the heating, it was still hot and stuffy. The window can only be partially opened, so the staff brought us an electric fan. Thumbs up to the staff for their impeccable service. All our requests -- whether it was making a dinner reservation, fixing a leaking faucet or booking a taxi to the bus terminal -- were attended to promptly and competently. The hotel is in a convenient location.There is a 24-hr drug store and a FamilyMart just around the corner. The bus terminal at Oasis 21, Sakae Station(Subway), Sakaemachi Station (Meitetsu Seto Line), Hisaya-odori Park, Mirai Tower and several department stores are only a few blocks away. The drop-off point for the airport limousine is right in front of the hotel, though you have to go to the bus terminal to board the bus bound for the airport.

The location is very convenient. Close to Donki and other shopping places. Good restaurants nearby as well. The window view is also excellent.

It’s an old hotel however, it’s relatively well maintained and very clean. Room is clean and spacious. Location is superb. It’s located at Nagoya Station and has easy access to other local trains such as the Meitetsu and Kintetsu (these are local metro which has their own station within Nagoya station). And this hotel has direct access at 3F to the bus terminal as well. View out of the room is great and there’s lots of natural light. There used to be a department store at the lower level of the hotel (The hotel company actually runs the Meitetsu metro and the department store) however in February 2026, the department store has since closed down as there were plans to re-modernise the entire building

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

We had a great stay at Nagoya Marriott Associa Hotel with our family and really enjoyed our time there. The location is hard to beat — it's right above Nagoya Station and surrounded by restaurants, cafés, department stores, and shopping malls. It made everything so easy, whether we were heading out for sightseeing, grabbing a quick meal, or doing a bit of shopping. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after a busy day exploring Nagoya. The hotel itself was very well maintained, and everything felt clean and welcoming throughout our stay. The staff were also great — friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The only small downside was the parking, which was a little confusing to figure out at first. Some clearer directions for hotel guests would make the experience even smoother. Other than that, everything was excellent. Great location, comfortable rooms, friendly service, and lots of dining and shopping options right at your doorstep. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting Nagoya! 😊⭐⭐⭐⭐

A fantastic, luxurious hotel with excellent facilities and an incredibly comfortable night’s sleep. From the moment we arrived, everything felt polished and well thought out. The onsen was a real highlight—relaxing, clean, and a perfect way to unwind after a long day. The view of the castle from the lobby was absolutely stunning and added a special touch to the overall experience. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities such Nespresso machine made the stay even more convenient. We especially loved having a private balcony with seating, offering a beautiful view and a great spot to relax. Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable stay, and we would definitely come back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was hands down our favorite family trip so far. It was our first time visiting Nagoya, and the experience exceeded every expectation. My son absolutely loved the hotel—honestly, I think he may have enjoyed it even more than LEGOLAND itself! The hotel was so engaging and family-friendly that we found ourselves spending more time there than we did inside the park, and we loved every minute of it. I also appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site. After a full day of activities, it was nice to have food readily available without needing to travel elsewhere. We didn’t get a chance to use the water park during this visit, but knowing it’s available as part of the overall experience makes me even more excited to come back. The convenience, the atmosphere, and the joy it brought my son made this an unforgettable stay. We will absolutely be returning before we leave Japan. If you’re traveling with children, I highly recommend it.
