I would have given an Excellent rating if not for their poor wifi connection. We did not have wifi for both of our room for most part of our 4 days stay due to their ”technical” issue. I find it amazing that this problem was not even resolved within 1-2 days. However, the layout and cleanliness was excellent. Room was huge and squarish with separate shower and toilet. The washing area was like an island top separated out from the bed area and it was spacious. The hotel is about 10min walk from Nagoya station and you will walk past Yanagibashi Central Market.

¡Muy decepcionado de que el gimnasio solo pueda ingresar de 6:00 am a 8:00 am y sea gratis! En todos los demás horarios deberás pagar JP$3300 por vez. Definitivamente no vale la pena si tengo que pagar esta cantidad. No muy cerca de la estación de Sakae, ya que necesitas caminar unos 10 minutos. ¡El personal es muy amigable! Pero en general, el hotel es demasiado caro en comparación con otros hoteles en Nagoya.

Ubicación conveniente, justo encima de la estación de tren JR y los grandes almacenes Takashimaya. La habitación es un poco más pequeña de lo esperado. También hay cargador de móvil disponible en la habitación. El desayuno buffet ofrece una variedad razonable de opciones, pero una selección limitada de verduras y frutas. El arroz unagi, la tempura de gambas fritas y las alitas de pollo están deliciosos. También se ofrece café con leche caliente artesanal en el bar.

La ubicación es muy conveniente, directamente conectada a la estación y la estación. El hotel era muy limpio y moderno, agradable para permanecer. El servicio era tan bueno, el personal estaba muy atento. El hotel tenía un pequeño problema con el itinerario y el personal estaba muy útil para gestionar la situación. El hotel dispone de una sauna y un gimnasio accesibles. Cerca de muchas atracciones, restaurantes y tiendas. Buena para compras. ¡Seguramente reservará aquí otra vez!

We booked this hotel for a last-minute trip to Nagoya, choosing it as one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. Prior to arrival, it was difficult to reach the hotel to arrange spa bookings, and the process took quite some time. Even upon check-in, making spa reservations through the front desk felt complicated, so we eventually visited the spa directly to enquire. The wellness facilities, including the pool and fitness centre, were excellent, though advance booking was required, which could be inconvenient. Service throughout the stay could have been more flexible, especially when our food delivery arrived and the team was unable to hold it briefly at the concierge while we came down to collect it. That said, the location was great for sightseeing around Nagoya.

¡La ubicación es inmejorable! Los días de lluvia, puedes ir directamente desde la estación de Meitetsu al lobby del hotel en el piso 15, y el transporte público a otros lugares también es muy conveniente. Está rodeado de centros comerciales, ¡así que es muy práctico! El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad, es inferior al de muchos hoteles, pero el ambiente y el servicio son buenos, y las habitaciones son más grandes. En general, estoy satisfecho.

Hotel Indigo Group standard. Wonderful stay, a nice hot spring. a few minute walk from the inuyama yu en station. few steps next to urakuen . free admission and inuyama castle. every staff speaks fluent English. tidy and clean.

Great Legoland Hotel and wonderful kid friendly facility provided, including kid play zone - Keep playing Lego. My kid enjoyed so much. Large room with treasure box quiz in room as gift. Good location and car parking area nearby, less than 10min walk distance. Adjacent to Legoland Japan. Fantastic buffet breakfast offered to visitors. Strongly recommended if you like Lego!

the room was a little small as expected from the typical japanese hotels , but it was fine as we were only there for a few nights. we absolutely loved the location though! we came just at the end of cherry blossom season and they beautifully decorated the lobby w florals. very peaceful area and within walking distance to sakae shopping area. bonus : the airport bus drops u right by the hotel which was so convenient!

location was near nagoya station where there are plenty of food places and easy to get around. The service was courteous but not exactly warm. safe and convenient to walk about at night and exercise in the early morning.
