In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. La habitación estaba limpia, pero la colcha era un poco fina y no sabía cómo regular la temperatura del agua. El desayuno era normal; el beicon estaba demasiado salado y solo te daban una taza de café. No hay cepillo de dientes ni zapatillas desechables en la habitación. Se puede guardar el equipaje.

Tuvimos una experiencia terrible con este hotel. Después de confirmar la reserva y llegar a la zona, el propietario desapareció durante horas, no respondió a los mensajes de texto ni a las llamadas telefónicas y no dejó a nadie en la propiedad para registrarnos. Tuvimos que rogarle a los lugareños que nos ayudaran a conseguir el número de teléfono del propietario. Además, cuando hicimos el registro, tuvimos que tratar con personas que no hablaban inglés (¿cómo se alquilan propiedades a nivel internacional sin poder comunicarse?) y también exigieron el pago de impuestos en efectivo a pesar de que no tenían cambio, por lo que terminamos pagando más de lo necesario. La propiedad en sí es muy bonita y limpia, pero recomiendo mantenerse alejado.

Soggiorno di due giorni. Struttura a pochi passi dal centro storico , prezzo oltre la media, visto che due servi zi non erano ancora attivi, ovvero il pagoda per la piscina e il ristorante di sushi. Consigliato Happyssimo settimo piano e il ristorante interno. Il personale in servizio ad esclusioni di alcuni già navigati e preparati, risulta poco attento e poco professionale. Anche alla reception il personale risulta impreparato.

Sigue siendo uno de mis hoteles favoritos en Nápoles, obviamente cuando el precio se ajusta a mis expectativas. Céntrico, pero tranquilo. Cuando solicité una habitación tranquila, me la cambiaron inmediatamente por una habitación interior realmente tranquila. Vi consiglio per capire meglio come spostarsi e vedere i diti di interesse,fare un giro sugli autobus che fanno il giro turistico della città e scendere alle varie fermate per vedere le attrazioni da visitare

The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage. Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.
