Staying at Crowne Plaza Borjomi from October 4th to October 9th, 2024, was an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth, leading to a spacious and comfortable room that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s location is simply fantastic. Nestled right by Central Park, it features a vast courtyard extending to a picturesque riverfront, surrounded by lush hills and greenery. This serene environment is perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed. The food selection was impressive, with a diverse menu that never disappointed. Although the spa went unexplored this time, it’s definitely a reason to return. Overall, Crowne Plaza Borjomi offers a wonderful mix of relaxation and natural beauty, making it a place worth revisiting.

We booked this hotel for the first time through Trip.com. The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child. It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby. Check-in is only after 3 p.m., and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass. This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil. Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty. Also, body lotion and some toiletries are not provided unless you ask the cleaning staff directly. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and quality for a 5-star hotel.

Прекрасная небольшая гостиница на 4 номера. Чистые номера, чистое белье, все исправно, можно воспользоваться кухней-столовой, вокруг красивая природа, 4 мин до центра Боржоми. Основной плюс, это радушная Тина, которая встретила нас и с которой общаться было одно удовольствие! Спасибо всему обслуживающему персоналу за прием! Просьба к хозяевам отеля уточнить адрес в приложении Trip.com

فندق عائله جميل وجديد ونظيف الاستقبال ممتاز جدا شرا جزيلا وتم ترقية الغرفه المكان هادئ وجميل والخدمه ممتازه جدا يوجد شطاف في دوره المياه فندق متميز والمجهود فيه ممتاز جدا انصح فيه للاسره التي تبحث عن هدوء لايوجد خدمه تقديم الطعام في الغرف فقط في المطعم تستطيع تناول الطعام المطعم ممتاز والإطلالة رائعة في الليل الوضع مخيف قليلا نظرا لوجودنا في وسط الجبال اقدم شكري لاداره الفندق

Очень уютный номер. Все гармонично подобрано, понравилась цветовая гамма сиреневый и белый…очень выигрышно смотрится. Просторная ванная комната. Удобный шкаф-купе. Красивые простыни и пледы. Имеется чайник, холодильник, телевизор. Правда по телевизору было все на грузинском, но мы не расстроились. Холодильник маленький, но вместительный, есть морозилка и даже формочки для льда. Также есть огромный балкон, с красивым видом на горы. Завтраки у нас были включены, всем остались довольны. Завтрак в формате шведского стола.

Природа,погода и сам отель понравились настолько,что мы продлили проживание в нем-и не пожалели!Завтраки,СПА центр и такой чистоты и дошеаногр отношения вы в Бакуриани не найдете.За четыре дополнительных дня мы объехали все окрестности,детские парки,изучили узкоколейку Кукушка и поднялись на вершину посмотрели Бакуриани с высоты птичьего полета

-Es muy limpio y el lugar es perfecto cerca de todas las actividades. -No hay espejo en la habitación excepto uno pequeño en el baño - No Shatafa.

Отличное местоположение. Хороший номер с теплыми полами и балконом. Матрас супер мягкий, но не критично. Завтраки хорошие. В этом же отеле можно и поужинать. За окном река, спали с открытыми окнами под шум воды, шикарно. На ресепшене девушка говорила на грузинском и английском. Рекомендуем!

Un hotel realmente maravilloso! La ubicación es super, muchas de las atracciones increíbles están muy cerca y todo es conveniente para alcanzar. El restaurante y el bar también son muy recomendables. Quiero destacar especialmente el personal amable y de ayuda. Hemos estado muy bien aquí y volveremos en cualquier momento. ¡Recomendación absoluta!

El hotel fue un buen hotel, pero no ha sido mantenido durante varios años y se desintegra lentamente. El punto comienza con una puerta de baño que cae de la puerta o con una caja de acoplamiento que se desmonta de la pared y se mantiene en la pared y en muchos lugares de la SPA que no funcionan. Pero el hotel estaba limpio, pero necesitaba un maestro con más presupuesto para hacer reparaciones. En nuestra estancia, el gasoducto fue intercambiado y no se ha producido calefacción ni agua caliente, y no se nos ha informado de ello antes, sólo a petición de que la piscina no se caliente. Esta falta de comunicación no está bien. Hemos recibido una devolución por la estancia de trip.com.
