El hotel del castillo es enorme, pero en realidad es un hotel de decoración común en el castillo restaurado, muy adecuado para ser un lugar de desplazamiento (excepto en invierno) en el camino de Eriwin a los israelíes. No es amable para los viajeros que llevan el maletín. El estacionamiento está a unos 150 metros de la carretera del hotel, la carretera de pan y piedra, y está molesto para arrastrar. El castillo puede ser visitado por un precio, en realidad, es suficiente ver la zona libre, el deseo temprano, el paisaje es bueno.

Чудесный отель в историческом здании, полностью навевает атмосферу 19 века, рядом центральная улица и парк с бюветом. Завтраки выше всяких похвал, дополнительно в отеле есть спа (включен в стоимость), который тоже стоит обязательно посетить. Останавливались в день рождения, сделали приятный подарок в виде бутылочки вина ❤️🍷

Природа,погода и сам отель понравились настолько,что мы продлили проживание в нем-и не пожалели!Завтраки,СПА центр и такой чистоты и дошеаногр отношения вы в Бакуриани не найдете.За четыре дополнительных дня мы объехали все окрестности,детские парки,изучили узкоколейку Кукушка и поднялись на вершину посмотрели Бакуриани с высоты птичьего полета

Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de hotel kamer. De locatie is dus uitstekend. Personeel is helaas niet zo behulpzaam. Met onze koffers moesten we drie verdiepingen omhoog lopen. Ontbijt was beperkt, dus je kan beter zelf gaan ontbijten in Borjomi. De kamers zijn ruim maar gedateerd. Hotel vertoont op meerdere plekken behoorlijke vocht plekken

Staying at Crowne Plaza Borjomi from October 4th to October 9th, 2024, was an exceptional experience. The check-in process was smooth, leading to a spacious and comfortable room that set the tone for a relaxing stay. The breakfast offered a delightful variety, catering to all tastes. The hotel’s location is simply fantastic. Nestled right by Central Park, it features a vast courtyard extending to a picturesque riverfront, surrounded by lush hills and greenery. This serene environment is perfect for unwinding and feeling refreshed. The food selection was impressive, with a diverse menu that never disappointed. Although the spa went unexplored this time, it’s definitely a reason to return. Overall, Crowne Plaza Borjomi offers a wonderful mix of relaxation and natural beauty, making it a place worth revisiting.

We booked this hotel for the first time through Trip.com. The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child. It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby. Check-in is only after 3 p.m., and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass. This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil. Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty. Also, body lotion and some toiletries are not provided unless you ask the cleaning staff directly. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and quality for a 5-star hotel.

房間設施少了點，住的房間沒有電視，不過總體來説酒店外邊環境很不錯，游泳池也很不錯，可以看到石頭城，推薦

В номере было достаточно чисто, имелись полотенца с тапочками и моющими средствами (мыло, гель для душа). В шкафчике находился сейф. Так же в номере присутствовал платный мини-бар и пара бутылок чистой воды с чайником и пакетированным чаем. Балкон выходил на реку, на балконе имелась уличная мебель и освещение. Перед входом в отель имеется кафе, посетителей кафе ночью на втором этаже было слышно, несмотря на закрытую балконную дверь. В душевой не было полочки для личных моющих средств.Кровать была довольно маленькая (около 140 см в ширину). Персонал был очень приветлив, несмотря на то что плохо говорили на русском всегда старались понять. Пару слов о завтраке: довольно разнообразно и вкусно, было даже национальное блюдо Грузии - хачапури по мегрельски. В кафе перед входом готовят отличную пиццу со хрустящей корочкой, так же хочется отметить что там работают улыбчивые и приятные официанты.
